- Raphaella (10/5): Ótima estadia - O apartamento é bem confortável, tudo novinho e limpo conforme as fotos do anúncio. A cozinha é bem equipada e o chuveiro funciona bem. A região é tranquila e segura, com fácil acesso ao metrô. O check-in e demais entradas e saídas do prédio foram complicadas, pois é o porteiro do prédio que precisa liberar o acesso todas as vezes e é necessário dar nome, documento, número do apto, empresa que alugou, etc. Hóspedes não possuem acesso às instalações do prédio, pois utilizam reconhecimento facial. Uma das toalhas de banho estava toda manchada de maquiagem e o box do banheiro é minúsculo. Apesar destes pontos, voltaria com certeza.

- Tyler (7/5): Nice stay if you can deal with potential check-in problems. - The property itself was actually very nice. A very new building so everything is nice, new and working. Good location with nice coffee shops and small restaurants within walking distance and good bus routes to all around São Paulo. The check-in process is a nightmare, particularly if you don’t speak Portuguese. It’s all organised through WhatsApp and feels completely unprofessional. To add to this, we couldn’t check in until 5pm because the bedsheets weren’t ready. This ultimately ruined our plans for our first day in São Paulo because we had to wait around nearby with our bags.
