- Christina W (7/5): Hotel in process of being renovated - The room was comfortable. They were in the middle of renovating. We could tell that they had done some improvements already but were still working on certain things. I liked the location of the property. Breakfast was included and was nice. We had a light that did not work in the room. Unfortunately it was connected to the light switch right inside the door. Since it was after midnight when we arrived I had to use the flashlight on the phone to see where the other lights were. There was also a tile in the bathroom that was not glued down. My daughter and I kept kicking it out of place whenever we used the bathroom.
We were unlucky when it came to the night we stayed at the hotel. There was some state tournament happening and the price of the hotel was double. We were not expecting this as we were only in town for the night after transporting 18 rescue dogs from New Mexico to Montana.
- Lynn (3/5): Only there to sleep. - The staff was friendly and the location was okay. The beds and linens were good. The room didn’t feel secure. No extra lock on door. The window was unlocked without a screen. Recoded our key because it didn’t work the 2nd day without asking our name or for id. People smoking marijuana outside. Mold around shower/tub stall. They leave a not saying they are in remodel but we saw no signs of anything new or upgraded.
- Elitia (8/5): - Very comfortable bed and had a good night's sleep after my long flight from South africa The room had a heater that was set to very high heat. Woke up at 3 in the morning because i was feeling hot.
- Dietmar (1/5): Nie wieder!! - Furchtbar- schmuddelig-staubig-hellhörig
-sehr laut-kein Sicherheitsbügel an der Tür
-haben uns nicht sicher gefühlt
Preis Leistung weit entfernt von der Realität
- Charles (5/5): Was a quick trip for us, wasn’t the cheapest option but definitely felt we should have researched a. - Breakfast started at 7, nothing was really ready to go? They were warming biscuits a couple at a time in a very small microwave, when I looked there was no gravy, two cereals rice crispy and one other selection, and a line of about five families/ couples deep. Went back an hour later and peaceful. No line and the wife and I both had a waffle and drinks and some yogurt, and granola bar. So we didn’t starve! Bathroom door had holes on the inside( someone had punched), room wasn’t clean but the bed was clean and comfortable, and they let my dog in so we managed. Homeless people along the border of the property, didn’t feel secure! Staff felt snobby, wanted 50 dollars for a half hour early check in???
- Cindy (7/5): -
- Darlene (1/5): - Quite Management needs to make it so the office is available all hours in case of emergency!
- Dorothy (7/5): The stay was okay at best - Location to airport and price Not enough pillows, towels
Coffee pot only worked for one cup
Deposit off $100 on my card was more than room cost and not necessary

- Scott (1/5): Worst hotel I’ve ever stayed st - Nothing Everything
- Greg (9/5): - Price and close to Logan airport.
- Brandon (1/5): AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COST!!!!! - Not a single thing was in working order. Food left in an open fridge hot. Ice cold water in the shower. door wouldn’t close and if you did shut it it would get stuck. Floors were dirty made my feet black I was here about an hour asked for a refund and said term and conditions off booking.com doesn’t allow it. So I’m screwed out of a good night sleep and a wife couldn’t finish a shower.
- Anderson (6/5): It was as expected as we were just flying in and out of Billings. - Staff were very nice and accommodating The hallway and room floors were not clean and the corners in the bathroom was very dirty.
- Stella (6/5): - Very friendly staff! The 406 navy door, great food!! Typical breakfast, but good. They were short on staff, missed cleaning the bathroom. They got was trying very hard to get things done. Kudos to him!!!

- Dennis (4/5): - Staff was willing to help Rooms were cold and vented
- Wendy (1/5): Horrible and one of the worst hotels I've ever stayed in. Will never stay again. - The room had dirty and stained comforters. There was holes and chipped paint on the walls. The fridge shelf was tapped together. The fan in the he bathroom was hanging off and did not work. There was mold and mildew on the wall that connected to the tub. There was a tile on the bathroom floor that was not attached and we keep tripping on it. The water in the toilet kept running. When we needed to shorten our stay we waited at the front desk for about 15 minutes or more for someone to come talk to us. There was a female who told the front desk clerk that we were up front yet still waited. When he finally came out he said there was a bell we could ring but apparently no one knows how to read. We didn't ring it because we understood that he was busy and he had already been informed someone was at the desk waiting. Apparently being courteous and patient gets you treated like an idiot.

- Jennifer Frank (1/5): The staff was friendly but the facility was old and dirty. Would not stay there again. - Breakfast was typical but not impressive. Location was great, close to the airport. Our room was filthy and it smelled like cigarette smoke.
- Jennifer (5/5): - Location Food left in fridge
- clark (6/5): Good, cheap - It was close to the hospitals. My room was clean. Construction going on nearby made it noisy.
- Charles (8/5): - The staff was exceptional. The hot water in the shower took a long time to come on in the evening. No problem in the morning.
- Dustymy (10/5): - The warm hoapitality of the staff Dusty but understandable due to their ongoing construction
- Nikolay (10/5): - Clean and organized Friendly staff
- Gurkan (8/5): - Having passed 90,000 miles and traveled through 71 countries on my bicycle world tour, I was nearing the end of my North America journey. After Christmas, I arrived at Airport FairBridge Inn Express in Billings, Montana. At that time, I was also dealing with a mechanical issue on my bicycle, so getting proper rest and having the bike repaired in the city were essential.
The rooms were clean and comfortable, and the restaurant across the hotel was quite nice as well. The best price in the city. The hotel manager and the entire team do an excellent job. They hosted me wonderfully for several days.
Meeting such kind-hearted people along the way is what makes my bicycle world tour truly unforgettable. Their hospitality earned Montana a well-deserved place on my list of American hospitality experiences.
Thank you.
- Makovsky (1/5): - Nothing Everything
- Grindell (5/5): Convenient location but very mediocre rooms. - Staff was very helpful and they were great about giving me a shuttle ride to and from the airport exactly when I needed it. The location close to the airport is very convenient for an overnight stay while traveling. You can hear everyone in the rooms around you all night long. My upstairs neighbor was up at 2 AM for the rest of the night and it sounded like elephants over my head. The place is clean, but old and in desperate need of upgrade!
This hotel does longer term rentals and many neighbors are smoking weed outside their doors and coming and going loudly.
- LAUREN (3/5): Mediocre room with poorly cleaned shower. Friendly staff and decent bed were the only saving grace. - The desk personnel was extremely friendly, and the bed was clean and comfortable. The room was extremely sub-par. It looked like a manager had lived there for 3 years and never cleaned the bathroom. Shower had mildew all over it, I was scared to take a shower barefoot. Bathroom lights were missing covers, and picture frames and other decor looked like they had been banged up in storage for a few years. I'm hoping it was the last room and I got the short straw as it was not in a condition to rent to a guest in my opinion. If that is what all guest rooms look like, they have a major problem. Thank God the bed itself was clean and comfortable!
- Guest (8/5): -
- Guest (2/5): Unfortunately it was not clean. Also they do NOT offer a shuttle to and from the airport - The room was dirty. The tile was soft. The shower was covered in mold. The sheets had hair in them.
- Chance (10/5): Amazing - Amazing place to stay and great location.
- Myers (5/5): -
- Stops (7/5): - Comfortable and privacy Nothing
- Guest (7/5): Overall, a pretty good stay. Just a bit annoying about the parking. - The staff, the location in the price were amazing! It was great. The staff member mentioned that they had parking much cheaper than the airport, so I paid for parking for four days. We had an early flight, so they were going to pick us up in the morning and take us to the airport. We waited for 10 minutes and nobody showed up, and we were running late, so we left.

- Gunn (10/5): Good stay & Great Value - Love staying here! Friendly staff, rooms are comfortable and very quiet. No complaints.
- Jessica (1/5): Absolutely horrible! Dont waste your money! - Absolutely nothing. Was too expensive for what was offered. Everything. The beds had piss stains on the sheets and the mattress, the room was dirty and you felt like you needed to shower as soon as you walked in but good luck with a tub thats separating from the floor with black mold growing in the cracks. Then if you dare to step in it the patch work to "fix" multiple spots in the shower and tub looked like plaster.. it would have been better to sleep in my car in a parking lot than waste money here ever again
- Skaličanová (10/5): Úžasné - Ubytovanie nás naozaj prekvapilo. Personál bol úžasní a dokonca kvôli nám otvorili aj skôr raňajky a ponúkli nám cestu na letisko. Ubytovanie bolo čisté a ráno nás čakala káva. Boli sme veľmi spokojní.

- william (7/5): It is the closest hotel to the airport so good if you get in late or have an early morning flight. - bed was very comfortable, and the room quiet and clean, everything else was good. They are in the middle of some renovations so the hallway was dirty. The lobby was only open from 7am - 11 pm. Because I had to leave very early for a flight, I had to go out a back door and walk around the hotel to get to my car. Also, would have loved a coffee before I left, but it was 4:30 am so I understand.
- Donna (10/5): -
- Christin (3/5): Cheap, and not in a "great value!" Kind of way - Check-in was easy, receptionist was nice -paint issues
-bathroom issues
- Raeleigh (10/5): -
- Katarzyna (1/5): - Dirty, disgusting
- Anonymous (3/5): Staff was nice but the facilities are lacking and I will not stay there again. - It was clean. No airport shuttle, light switch next to the door didn’t turn on any lights, poor repair job very noticeable on bathroom wall, no useable outlets, lots of traffic noise.
- Anonymous (1/5): Bad -
- Mary (10/5): Exceptional -
- Mark (6/5): Pleasant - Price, location, breakfast Shower could have been cleaner.
- Liz (1/5): An un-stay - This property cancelled all reservations the day of my reservation, apparently sold or foreclosed - no longer in business.
- Marianne (5/5): Passable -
- Anonymous (4/5): Served the purpose!! - Wasn’t able to try it Two guest 1 towel Luke warm water to shower in
- Anonymous (2/5): Very poor - The beds were comfortable Everything else
- Green (1/5): 2 day and 2 night - Well, we were disabled and we were put on the 2nd floor no elevator.
The room was still thin. There was not a coffee pot. There wasn't anything they had no problem with me coming down and getting a broom to go up and sweep my own room for $96. She thought that at least my room would be clean. We have very visible license plates. That's disabled. It's got a wheelchair on It and we were put on the 2nd floor. Tell me what you're rating would be. Nothing
- Barba (7/5): Good -
- Colleen (4/5): Disappointing - Location The fact that back door is kept open a little so anyone could come in. There were some "shady" characters in & around the hotel.
- Shell (1/5): Short - Location Had to walk because I didn’t get picked
- Quincy (2/5): There were needle caps in the bathroom and the sheets were unwashed and had burn holes in them -
- Patricia (9/5): Superb - Location was good The lock door to the lobby.
- Nancy (4/5): Disappointing - No internet, which also means no TV.
Thankfully we brought our pillows
- Stalker (8/5): Very good - Quiet and clean, staff was very friendly. Restaurant and casino next door
- Colleen (4/5): As a women traveling alonr nervous ! - The seemed nice , The location was good, The facility is showing it age, Iy also doesn't feel very safe, There are people wandering around what appeared to be abanded cars in parking spaces,
I was also told by an employee instead of coming through the lobby to have a smoke I could use the back en54qnce ad the door doesn,to lock
- Javan (6/5): Pleasant - Needs to be unkept. They were friendly and very helpful but the room they put us in first was dirty and the toilet wasn’t connects to the floor. The sheets were not changed. They gave us a different room which was better. The pictures on booking weren’t even close to the room we got. We were only there for sleeping and didn’t spend much time in the room.
- John (3/5): It's ok - I likes that we got to park there. And we got our deposit back. Rooms very out dated. Things need fixed bad
- Redwoman (4/5): Disappointing -
- Shannon (7/5): Good -
- Rustin (3/5): Will not stay there again. - The only good thing about the property was the friendly helpful staff and location. The facility was disgustingly. Our first room the ac didn’t work, the toilet was running and wouldn’t fill, and the room was dingy and not totally clean. We asked for another room that had no shower curtain and mold was growing on the floor from the water escaping the shower from not having a curtain. The room also smelled like mold.
- Gary (1/5): Honestly the worst experience I've ever had in 40 years of traveling - The Bed and pillows where comfortable...but I really think it's because I was so tired from driving 13 hours The front desk employee ask for 40$ cash per room for early check in after demanding a 200$ cash only deposit . Keep my ID and said she would come to the room and return it after 3 when the payment through Booking.com went through. We'll see tried to pull the money through booking before 3 and Booking.com yourself declined her because it was before 3 so she used that as a reason not to return my ID and not only did she not come notify me but left and left instructions for the next employee to pay for the 160$ booking fee with my full 200$ deposit. There wasn't any hot water at all the bathroom door was broken and falling off the hinges. And. Didn't return my travel documents when checking out. I drove over 100 miles before I realized they had keep my ID. I called and took me telling them I would get the authoritys involved if they didn't find my id till finally they said they had found it. I ask several times to talk to management or someone that would help me. With no help or any way to get in contact with management. So in all my 40 year this was by far the worst experience I've had with any establishment.
- Winda (9/5): Superb - Excellent location and friendly staff.
- Cynthia (7/5): Good - Very convenient location The owner hasn’t kept up to date on completion of the refresh updating the electrical switches no plate, the key wouldn’t work, as the porch’ light was burnt out (was pitch black at our door)
- Anonymous (1/5): It sucked. - The staff was very kind and the bed was very soft. It's was the dirtiest place I ever been in. From the carpet on the stairs and hallway to the room. My floor was sticking with my shoes on then when I took my shoes off my socks were filthy. My bedding was clean but the head of the bed frame was filthy. The first room they put me in was the dirtiest and the TV didn't work so they moved me right next door. The next door was just as dirt but the TV works. There was lots of places were the point was coming off the wall and the floor was coming up. This hotel needs a makeover badly. It was a low price but it should have been even lower for the condition it is in.
- Ec (1/5): It was terrible, and we never want to go again. - Location near to the airport. Don’t have a hot water in the shower.
- William (8/5): Very good -
- William (8/5): Very good -

- Sativa (2/5): Very poor - Location Staff
- Mariah (6/5): We had a pleasant stay. - The staff was amazing! Extremely friendly!
