• Pamela (10/5): - The interior of this apartment was beautiful, the furnishings were perfect. We appreciated the tea / choice of coffee as additional too. The location was perfect, located just off main square so the choice of bars/ resteraunts were ideal for us. The street of the apartment is a built up area located very central for a trip to Krakow. For us, this was perfect and no complaint - there was street noise late at night but that was something we expected. At no times did we feel unsafe or that it were antisocial - it was just a very busy street.

• Luca (9/5): Bezaubernd - Sauber und unkompliziert um zur wie auch in die Unterkunft zu gelangen. Beim Check out konnte man sogar ein paar Strassen weiter sein Gepäck bei der Reception sein Gepäck dort lassen. Leider konnte man nicht vom Bett aus TV schauen. Da das Bett nicht so wie auf den Bildern dargestellt ist wie in echt. SCHADE !

Elsker at den ligger så sentralt. En god del støy fra Capote Bar rett utenfor vinduet vårt. Skjønner nå hvorfor det lå øreplugger på sengen ved ankomst…😅Men det plaget oss ikke for mye. Sengen var veldig hard. Kunne vært mye mer komfortabel med en overmadrass.

Die Unterkunft würden wir für einen weiteren Aufenthalt wieder - Tolle Lage , sauber und unkomplizierter Zugang mit Code Wir waren mit einem 3 jährigen Kind da und es wäre toll gewesen wenn es einen kleinen Staubsauger gegeben hätte.

• Christina (3/5): I would not recommend for people above 40. - The location is not at all quiet. Especially if the room is on the 1 st floor with front view at the central street. It is full of bars with young people staying up until early in the morning. That I could not sleep at night. They provided earplugs but I am not used to sleeping with earplugs.

• Wlodzimierz (10/5): Znakomity apartament, w świetnej lokalizacji, zaplanowany ze smakiem. Chętnie wrócę i polecam!! - Bardzo dobra lokalizacja z pieszym dostępem do atrakcji miasta. Mieszkanie estetyczne, wykończone ze smakiem, na wysokim poziomie wykonania. Przestronne, widne. Ma swój urok, klimat. Czuliśmy się otuleni komfortem i wygodą. W pobliżu znakomite restauracje. Brak wieszaka na ręcznik przy umywalce, brak uchwytu na papier toaletowy, niekompletny odbojnik podłogowy – drzwi wejściowe uderzały w drzwi szafy, brak kluczyka do odblokowania klamki okna – nie można było otworzyć okna. To drobiazgi, które nie obniżają wysokiej oceny apartamentu. Zapewne można łatwo je wyeliminować. Trochę hałasu w związku z remontem podwórza, ale to konieczne, żeby uzyskać miły widok za oknem.

Sehr zentral, viele Bars und Restaurants in nächster Umgebung, Fenster schließen sehr gut, auch wenn auf der Straße viel los ist, das Apartment ist sehr sauber und sehr gut ausgestattet, Betten sehr bequem, Kommunikation schnell und problemlos, dieses Apartment ist definitiv zu empfehlen.

• Emilia (7/5): Bardzo wygodne łóżko i świetna lokalizacja to największe plusy tej oferty - Lokalizacja doskonała dla osób chcących zaznać nocnego życia w Krakowie. Apartament zaaranżowany wygodnie, z dbałością o użyte materiały i wyposażenie. Bardzo wygodne łóżko, przyjemna w dotyku kanapa, ciekawie wykończona łazienka. Atutem niewątpliwie były okna dachowe i obecność klimatyzacji. Otwieranie apartamentu z pomocą kodu, bez konieczności noszenia kluczy czy karty bardzo ułatwia pobyt. Obsługa bardzo zaangażowana. Niestety czystość łazienki pozostawiła niesmak, czarne kafle na podłodze nie zdołały ukryć obecności włosów po poprzednich lokatorach. Warto byłoby pochylić się też nad kwestią trzaskających drzwi, bo każdy ruch na klatce jest mocno słyszalny. Mimo wielu opcji oświetlenia trudno stworzyć miłą atmosferę po zmroku. Apartament zapewnia dwa rodzaje kawy, mieloną i rozpuszczalną. W tej cenie apartamentu fajnym dodatkiem byłby ekspres automatyczny.

They are there to help you with any request this makes you feel very comfortable. Also, it’s fantastic that they are offering free if charge room of your suitcases after your check out. Nothing.

Only minor things like a full length mirror and possibly access to an English speaking to news channel we would suggest. But overall it was great as it is!

Everything needed for a comfortable stay including teas/coffee/sugar and complimentary water on arrival! Several small supermarkets just steps away with an abundance of lovely bars and good quality restaurants very reasonable priced. Keyless, key code entry brilliant..Seamless check- in with regular communication from hosts. Highly recommend and would definitely stay again.. Nothing.

The bed is separated from the living room by glass walls only, which works really well as a couple, otherwise maybe a bit weird. You don't have direct contact with anyone, you enter the apartment with a code. But it works perfectly and you get all the information in time.

To naprawdę piękne miejsce, idealne na krótki wyjazd – estetyczne, zadbane i dobrze zlokalizowane. Wszystko było naprawdę w porządku i z czystym sumieniem mogę polecić to miejsce. Jeśli miałabym wskazać drobiazgi do poprawy, to w łazience brakowało mi haczyków na ręczniki lub kosmetyczkę oraz jakiegoś wieszaka na ubrania. Szafa była wypchana zapasową pościelą). To jednak detale, które nie wpływają realnie na komfort pobytu. Jedyną rzeczą, która faktycznie była dla mnie odczuwalna, były dźwięki instalacji i wentylacji – szczególnie w nocy słychać było szum i lekkie trzaski, co może przeszkadzać osobom wrażliwym na hałas (dziękuje za zatyczki do uszów).

• Emily (5/5): - The location was great, although loud. It was clean. We booked a deluxe double studio but the studio we were given didn't have a couch like in the pictures. Just a bed and a table, which would have been fine had we not booked the studio based off of the images that included a couch. They also changed the door code after the first night of our stay and we got locked out. There was nowhere to hang a hand towel, and the shower got the entire bathroom floor wet.

• Sophie (9/5): Lovely stay - Perfect location just a few minutes from the main square. It wasn’t too loud at night and earplug were provided. Super clean, and friendly team who were always on hand if we needed anything. Also loved the keyless entry and easy self check in. Only minor complaint is a luggage store would be helpful, however payable options were provided. We used one for 30 zloty for 12 hours, it was easy to use!

• Clare (9/5): Short break in Krakow - Beautiful apartment 1 in a Clean vibrant area , spotless throughout, spacious, well equipped. Communication with apartment staff was fantastic. Be aware there is a bar adjacent to apartment I and people congregate on the street to smoke etc so the noise from people not music especially on Saturday night was pretty bad going on until early, early hours although Sunday and Monday were pretty quiet. The apartment could have done with triple glazing (I think)😚 Didn't spoil our stay but could see why some would be bothered.

The location is great, everything is close by, which made it very easy to enjoy Krakow. The apartment has everything you might need and it’s clear that a lot of thought has gone into the details. It was very clean, and we felt safe and comfortable throughout our stay. Getting in and out of the building was also very easy and practical. The team is kind, warm, and very responsive. They replied quickly whenever we had a question and were always helpful. A great place to stay if you want to really experience Krakow. We’d happily stay here again and definitely recommend it.

L errore iniziale , dopo il check-in ci è stato inviato un messaggio con l indicazione dell appartamento nr 1 con un codice, al nostro arrivo però all interno c' era un'altra coppia Francese , contattati telefonicamente c è stato assegnato l appartamento numero 6 con altro codice, non ho capito bene cosa sia successo.per il resto tutto molto bene..
