• Naomi (9/5): Perfect for our stay - The view from here was stunning, apartment was clean and felt luxurious, the kitchen and washing machine also made it perfect for our 10 day stay. Host met us with the keys even though it was very early hours of the morning when we arrived. The fact that there is a a host of local restaurants, a hotel opposite with a nice bar and the river just behind us was also a treat. We had a slight issue with the drains in the main bathroom but hosts were very good about it. The traffic was a little tricky at certain times in this area, if you are taking a taxi just allow a little extra time.

Cleanliness, staff, ammenities. Staff took 30h to respond to a request to provide items that should have been in the apartment per description. Staff attempted to scam us by claiming we broke property. Staff failed to show us where the pool is; the security guards had to do it instead. Check-in process was chaotic.
