- Khaled (9/5): Casablanca - La climatisation, l'appartement propre, l'endroit est génial est bien situé. Le bruit de la rue on entend vraiment tout.
- Edilbert (8/5): Très bel appartement, très bien situé pour personnes n'ayant pas trop de ventre ! - L'immeuble est très qualitatif avec gardien jour et nuit, ascenseurs et de beaux appartements, très bien situé avec de nombreux commerces et restaurants ainsi que la corniche et la mosquée Hassan II, parking disponible en sous sol. L'appartement est très confortable et équipé (clim, four, frigo congélateur, etc). Le balcon côté chambre est pratique pour sécher son linge. L'appartement n°1 est au 1er étage et peu ensoleillé côté rue. Pour entrer dans la douche, il y a une porte coulissante en verre trempé bien trop large et l'accès est limité aux moins de 32 cm ce qui oblige à entrer dos au mûr et surveiller son ventre !! En terme d'équipements, nous avons demandé à disposer du micro ondes, de verres à pied et d'au moins 2 serviettes de bain (ce qui nous a été apporté le lendemain, merci). Par contre pas de tire bouchons, pas de planche à découper et très peu d'ustensiles de cuisine (couvercle de casserole, éplucheur, grande casserole). Je pense qu'à la lecture de cet avis, Boujemaa (que je salue) va y remédier
