Elena (6/5): - Die Lage ist gut, man ist schnell in Olbia oder an vielen schönen Stränden an der Costa Smeralda. Der eigene kleine Strandzugang ist super für eine schnelle Abkühlung. Es fehlt an Sauberkeit überall. Es ist nur oberflächlich sauber. Unter der Couch ist schon Wochen nicht mehr gesaugt worden. Die Polster sind dreckig. Die Duschen nicht sauber. Die Türen quietschen extrem, sehr hellhörig alles, der Geschirrspüler ist kaputt, das WLAN ging nicht, die Terasse ist dreckig, es gibt keine Grundausstattung an Geschirrtüchern, öl, Salz, Pfeffer, Zucker, Seife, etc - man muss alles extra kaufen. Die Verständigung mit dem Verwalter vor Ort war mehr als schwierig, er spricht ausschließlich italienisch. Auch mit den Vermietern an sich war keine Kommunikation möglich, eine Anfrage für einen Hochstuhl wurde 5x ignoriert. Das ganze Gebäude hat viel Potenzial, ist aber sehr in die Jahre gekommen und nicht gut gepflegt.

Giulia (10/5): Fantastico - Ci siamo trovati benissimo! La struttura era impeccabile sotto ogni aspetto: pulita, accogliente e curata nei dettagli. Tutto era perfetto. Ma ciò che ha davvero fatto la differenza è stato il signor Sergio. Una persona squisita, attenta, sempre disponibile e di una gentilezza rara. Ci ha fatto sentire come a casa fin dal primo momento, con grande professionalità e umanità. Grazie a lui il nostro soggiorno è stato non solo piacevole, ma davvero speciale. Speriamo di tornare presto!

Giovanni (4/5): Très bel endroit. Mauvais rapport qualité/prix pour le logement. - Dear, Thank you for your email. Please find below our feedback regarding our stay at Villa Ca Rosa. First of all, we truly appreciated the surroundings: the location is beautiful, peaceful, and pleasant. Mr. Sergio was very helpful throughout our stay, and we would like to acknowledge his support. However, several points left us disappointed: • We had booked a so-called "luxury" room, but we do not believe that this label is justified. • Both bedside lamps on either side of the bed were broken. • The shower door seal was partially detached, and the joints inside the shower were very dirty. • The glass entrance door could not be locked, which is a serious security concern. • The accommodation description on Booking is incomplete and does not accurately reflect the reality. • It mentions that a barbecue is available, but there were no utensils, no kitchenware, and not even a table or at least two chairs. • No cleaning service or change of bed linen was provided during the stay. • There was also no equipment available to clean the room ourselves. Another surprising aspect upon our arrival: right next to our accommodation, an old refrigerator had been left, and the ground was dirty and cluttered. This gave us the impression of being lodged in an area meant for maintenance staff rather than in a space intended for guests. We later realized that Mr. Sergio’s room — the person responsible for maintenance — was located directly next to ours, which likely explains the general state of the area. As it stands, we do not believe this accommodation is suitable for a long stay (ours lasted 12 days). Moreover, given the above-mentioned issues and shortcomings, we feel that the rate of €1,650 for 10 actual days on-site is excessive in light of the services actually provided.

Prabir (1/5): Awful stay and most of the facilities are not provided. - None of the facilities mentioned were provided in the room. No soap and shampoo, hot water ran out after one person took shower had to wait another hour for hot water to be available, no blankets, dirty curtains were left to be used as blankets instead, no coffee machine, no tea, no milk or sugar, dirty toilet bowl, no car rental services. The behaviour of the host was outrageous, our flight was delayed by 2 hours and they kept blaming us for delaying our check in time. No one on the actual villa to whom you can communicate with. You have to WhatsApp their office and only then you can communicate with someone but there is no reception or a host present on site.
