• Maayan (1/5): - it was clean the heating didnt work. On our last evening the bathroom glass door broke in my hands. it was stick, i applied a tiny amount of pressure and it just burst. The whole bathroom was full with shattered glass pieces. I turned to customer service and asked for someone to come clean it up SOS. The response was jarring. I was told no one is going to come clean it up. when i said it was a safety hazard and we couldnt even use the toilet, i was answered "nothing is going to happen. Clean it up yourself. Just be careful." I also felt i was being accused of breaking the door. I am a 40 year old mother of child. I'm very responsible and would not do anything that could harm the property or my family. My son was asleep whn this happened. After much deliberation, i was told someone will come clean the glass in the morning. Until our leaving on 10:00 am no one contacted me or came over.

• Darja (10/5): - Good location. The apartment has everything necessary: a nice kitchen, a nice bedroom, and a shower. Self check in is very easy. In check-in instructions on the picture, the main door Hoogstraat 275 is green, but in reality, it is black. So, it was confusing when I was trying to find where to go. I was living in apartment 5 on the 1st floor. When I arrived it was extremely cold there. There is no air conditioner in the apartment to adjust temperature quickly. The battery on the radiator that was showing temperature died, so it was impossible to turn on the radiator either. In addition to that, the heater that was in the apartment was broken and was blowing cold air. I contacted support, called, sent messages on What's App, and sent emails, but they managed to solve the problem only at 11.30 am. So, one night I was sleeping in cold. In the morning the next day they brought a heater, so the problem was kind of solved. Why I rate it so high? Because I hope in the future they fix it. And in general it is a very good place to stay. And for a competition of inconvenience, they offered me later check out for free.
• Ellllla (7/5): - The apartment was clean and it looks nice, everything looks new, the instructions for entering were clear and the communication with the host easy. *Location is OK, but note that there is 7-10min walk to the nearest bus station. We didn't mind. The building entrance key was bent and unusable. The window roller was broken when we arrived, and there were only three sets of cutlery for the four of us. Both of these issues were eventually fixed during our stay. The living room is not soundproof, so you can hear every vehicle passing by throughout the night, and the couch is not very comfortable. We were also initially charged an extra €30 for the tourist tax, which was eventually corrected after some back and forth. Overall, most issues were addressed after we complained, but it took time and effort, which was frustrating when we just wanted to relax and enjoy our stay.
• Esther (7/5): - Location is super. Gebouw schrikt een beetje af en het is een geel basic appartement.
• Ae (9/5): Super accomodatie! - Het verblijf was op een superlocatie. We hadden twee appartementen, keurig netjes en super schoon! Veel aanwezig! Zelfs koffie, thee, opgemaakte bedden en handdoeken! Echt top en zeker een aanrader! Er was eigenlijk helemaal niks wat ons is tegengevallen!

• Shaakira (5/5): Passable - It’s a cute and clean apartment not extremely far from the centre The kitchenette has no sink so you need to use the bathroom. The place felt like a sauna on days with 25 degree temps. No aircon or fans available. The large windows helped slightly, but cannot be left open at night as one cannot sleep from the very loud church bells and street car traffic etc. Have talked to the property about this issue.

• Swapnil (7/5): Good - Well maintained apartment. Newly renovated, so we had pleasant night stay. Dedicated parking would help a lot. Street parking is not that easy.
• Fermin (8/5): It was a very nice stay! We enjoyed ourselves and the staff was very nice! There is a bus stop at 10 min walk from the a - The cleanliness! And also the location of the property. The fact that there wasn't a sink in the kitchen.
