• Martina Lina (8/5): - Die Lage ist super und die Schlüsselübernahme unkompliziert. Geräumige helle Wohnung Küche eher wenig Equipment. 3 abgezählte Kaffeelöffel. Geschirr war teilweise leider nicht so sauber und musste nochmal von uns vor Benutzung gespült werden.
• Barry (7/5): Well located accommodation that with a few tweaks could be excellent. - The property was clean, spacious and well located in the city centre only about five hundred metres away from the Piazza Maggiore and a fifteen minute walk from the main railway station. The water pressure in the shower was fabulous. There was always plenty of really hot water for us both and the washing up. The decoration of the property was so minimalist, it was almost austere. The lighting was extremely harsh with no softer alternative other than the light in the cooker hood. Extension cables were draped from the curtain poles to power the aircon units, which would release water from time to time requiring catching or wiping up. The kitchen equipment provided was only just about adequate for preparing food.
• Omarilis (6/5): - It was clean and good location. Very clear instructions from the owner for the checking in. I really recommend this place, I have provided a couple of suggestions to the owner to improve it. The AC of the living room didn’t work and there was a very bad smell in the bathroom. I think these couple of things are easy to fix. The rest was okay.

• Patryk (4/5): I suggest looking for another accommodation in Bologna. - The apartment's location is excellent. It's close to the Old Town and the train station, about a 15-minute walk in either direction. I would not recommend this apartment to my worst enemy. On the day of arrival (!!) I received information that the apartment was under renovation because the owner decided to install air conditioning. When I asked what I should do in such a case (everything had already been paid for). I was informed that I could come to the apartment but there would probably be inconveniences related to the installation and that they would postpone further work until my departure. For accepting these inconveniences, I was offered a partial refund of the rental cost. Due to the situation, I agreed to these conditions, because where was I supposed to look for a new apartment to rent in Bologna when I was already on my way. After arriving at the place, it turned out that due to the installation of air conditioning in one of the rooms, the curtains were removed, which meant that in the evenings we actually did not use it at all because everything that was happening inside could be seen from the street. To this day, I have not received the promised partial refund that I was offered. I do not recommend this apartment to anyone, avoid and look for other places in Bologna.
• Alexandra (10/5): Exceptional - The apartment is clean and spacious. Facilities are great. The most important: very close to the city center, coffee shops, markets etc. Everything was perfect
• Neville (10/5): Other than the keys mix up preventing us accessing the flat and the lack of hot water on the first d - Keys were given to the wrong tenant and we had to wait four hours before it was sorted out To save electricity they turned off power to all amenities in the room including the hot water system which was cold for the next day after we arrived.

• Smilte (10/5): Very nice and comfortable - Very modern, cozy, comfortable, spacious. The owner was helpful and friendly, the building is nice and clean, too. The ventilation could be better or an ac would help, especially for guests who are planning to stay here in summer. The shower door does not close all the way, so it was a small inconvenience.

• Ivan (10/5): Great choice for exploring Bologna! - Excellent location, everything is just a 7-8 minute walk away, while still being quiet and peaceful outside the absolute center. The apartment has just been renovated and is in perfect condition, very spacious and comfortable. The only thing I'm wondering about is why the shower cabin is so small and uncomfortable, given that there's plenty of space.
