• Maddy (7/5): - If there had just been the 2 of us, it would have been almost perfect! It's a really good location with a beautiful view of the skyline of Calgary. The kitchen was really well stocked and the place was very clean. I would recommend! We booked for 3 people and although the futon bed was left for us to put up (which is fine as it would have taken up the whole living room area), there was no towel left for the 3rd person and we had to take some bedding off the main bed for the person on the futon. Also if I wasnt here for the weekend I would have been a little unsure of where to park the car as the on-street parking was only for 2 hours in the day if I understand it correctly!

• Corey (10/5): The best time, we had a toilet issue at 7am and the owner was here with a plumber and had it fixed by 9, amazing stay al - The property is located a short 5 minute walk from the tram station and about 30 minutes walk from 17th ave, the balcony captures phenomal views of the city skyline and is perfectly big enough for 2 people. There isn’t anything to not like about the property itself or the location. If you’re visiting, or like me an my partner, trying move here, this place is the perfect experience into living in Calgary

• Kendra (10/5): Thoroughly enjoyed our stay. - We actually stayed three nights. The apartment is within walking distance to OEB (great breakfast place) and downtown Calgary. The apartment was clean and very quiet. Parking on the street was a breeze without any issues. I would gladly rent this place again. Tanuj was very pleasant.

• Jon (10/5): Sweet, compact apartment close to everything you need - In a great neighborhood and close to many amenities: market, cafes, walking trails, river, transit. Everything worked in the apartment, and it is warmly decorated. It has a lovely view of the city, day and night.

• CHIA CHIA (4/5): - 廚房的設備很齊全。 拿取鑰匙的方式非常複雜，住宿方在我們抵達前跟我們說要按密碼進去，但是這個密碼是有時效性的，而且整棟大樓只要有人要上下樓我們的密碼就會失效，來來回回好幾次都沒辦法進去最後只能跟住宿方求救。還好有其他大樓的住戶有讓我們先進去大樓大廳，不然外面暴風雪待在外面是要冷死。退房前我們將房間溫度設定在住宿方指定的溫度(雖然我看那個室內溫度是固定的)，也有把碗盤放入洗碗機按下清洗，有將垃圾都集中在一起(住宿方沒有跟我們講要丟在哪裡)，把鑰匙放在原位，卻跟我們說我們沒有遵守房屋規則。房間的網路非常弱，可以直接視為沒有網路。

• Sophie (10/5): A lovely stay! - We loved looking across to the city lit up at night from the apartment. The location was great - we Ubered everywhere and the rides were short and cheap. The apartment is clean and we loved the 'cosy den' vibe of the bedroom. Communication with our host was excellent too. A lovely stay at Bow River Cabin!

• Raquel (10/5): Muy agradable - Las vistas son impresionantes. Todos los detalles están muy bien cuidados y la ubicación es muy buena. La única pega que le ponemos es que el sofá es muy pequeño. Estéticamente queda precioso, pero sería mucho mejor si fuera un pelín más grande, para poder pasar un rato en el salón.

Tämän takia jouduimme odottelemaan 20 minuuttia tyhjää hissiä ennen kuin pääsimme asuntoon. Olimme sopineet, että käytettävissä olisi kaksi erillistä vuodetta, mutta lisävuodetta ei ollut tehty valmiiksi. Kaikkiaan tulostamne paikan päälle meni siis tunnin verran aikaa ihan hukkaan.

• CARLES (10/5): Las vistas desde su balcón no te defraudarán - Las vistas del apartamento, el buen estado del mobiliario y su limpieza. La obligación de tener que tirar las bolsas de basura en el cuarto habilitado, el funcionamiento del ascensor (necesitas una tarjeta para poder usarlo en todo momento), y la imposibilidad de no poder dejar el equipaje en alguna estancia o lugar habilitado antes de la hora prevista del check-in. Tampoco la ubicación es la ideal si planteas ir andando hasta el centro (se pasa por los alrededores de un centro de indigentes drogadictos)

Host very helpful overcoming issues gaining entry due to wrong code being sent on confirmation. If I return to calgary I will definitely stay here. • Carolyn (6/5): Nicely appointed but too hot and uncomfortable for sleeping - Nice view, looked clean, laundry and dishwasher were very convenient as well There was no air conditioner… the apartment was hotter then outside… the host was contacted and said we could have another fan but there was one here already. It would have been unbearable without the precious fan… it wouldn’t extend but it did oscillate. We were given permission to set the thermostat to 12 but it made zero difference… Also the walking route to the downtown takes you past a sketchy area but you can walk around once you know where to avoid.

Overall a comfortable stay The sofa wasn’t the comfiest - one of that size could definitely benefit from a footstool Check in instructions felt a bit like getting into Fort Knox but at least this made us feel safe
• Katrine (1/5): Avoid at all cost: The host and owner were completely dishonest. - The building receptionist was the only helpful person we encountered. The host and owner, on the other hand, were not only completely unhelpful and useless but also made the situation worse by hiding critical information and refusing to take any responsibility when we were left in an impossible situation. Unfortunately, almost everything else about our experience was unacceptable. On the day of our checkout, there was a planned building-wide power outage from 8:00–16:00. The host never informed us of this in advance, even though it was clearly known. We only discovered it by chance when we saw a note on the door. This outage made the apartment completely unlivable. With no power, we had no lights in the bedroom or bathroom (both without windows), no water (confirmed by the building receptionist), and therefore no ability to use the toilet or shower. Since we were staying on the 10th floor, we had no elevator access to get our heavy luggage down to the street. On top of that, the electric key fob would not work without power, meaning we could not leave and re-enter the building safely. Had we not noticed the note, we could have been stranded without any way of leaving or collecting our belongings. As a result, we had no choice but to leave the property and book another hotel at the last minute. This cost us more than double the price of our original booking and created unnecessary stress, wasted time, and extra costs for taxis and phone calls. Despite all of this, we have still not received a refund.

• Robert (10/5): Excellent! - Wat een prachtig appartement is dit zeg! Op loopafstand van downtown voorzien van alle luxe. En dat voor een faire prijs. Basis zaken om te koken zijn aanwezig dus dat lukt ook. Prachtig uitzicht op de skyline. De luchtverversing maakt wel wat lawaai (en ik kreeg deze niet kleiner gezet)

• Zachariah (9/5): Stayed here twice now and will likely stay again when going through Calgary - Location is great. 20 minute walk downtown. It is quiet as it is on the back of the building. Too many cushions! In order to use the couch or bed you need to find a place for all the extra cushions. Also, the living room floor lamp's switch was tucked in behind the entertainment center.
• H1993 (10/5): Great apartment, perfect location, great views!! - The location and views were great. Just a short walk into downtown. Didn't get to make use of the BBQ area but it's a great space!! The apartment was well stocked with everything we needed - super clean and bright. We parked on 1st Ave NE and it was completely fine - it is 2 hours free parking after 7.30am, so we didn't have to pay for that. Plenty of parking spots too. I would highly recommend this place and will consider staying at the apartment again when I am next in Calgary! The only negative is we decided to walk back from downtown after going out for the evening and we felt it wasn't overly safe - not by the apartment but around the bridge and the river. Of course we could have got an Uber, but it was a lovely night and the walk was not too far.

I would definitely stay again. Bridgeland is just off of downtown. I should have looked more closely at the property’s address. No window in the bedroom.

It was a bit challenging to use the elevator, but the security noticed we were having difficulties and helped us right away. Also the bed was as hard as a board. If you like that, then you will love the bed, but I prefer a softer bed.
