• Magali (9/5): Séjour confortable - Pas trop loin du métro et appartement moderne. Lits confortables. La piscine et la salle de sport sont sympas. Le magasin d’alimentation juste à côté. La documentation pour le check-in et check-out est très précise. Les voisins qui font la fête les vendredis soirs et la voisine qui accueille des jeunes enfants à partir de 7h le matin. En cuisine, une poêle aurait été utile.

• Andrea (8/5): - Modern unit in a safe and clean building, within a great neighborhood. Ok so the unit is good, but if the items below were improved I would have given a higher rating. The instructions and directions were not clear to get to the lock box unfortunately at check in. And at check out there was no way to re-enter the building from the parking level once you have returned the keys to the lock box in the parking garage. I had to walkthrough Loblaws to get outside onto the ground level to leave the building complex at check out. Please re-write the instructions re. lock box asap or future persons will be confused. Couch in the living room is not modern and is very uncomfortable/like cardboard. Bathroom interior design furnishings need to be refreshed a little. The soap in the bathroom is a poor quality and does not have a great smell so you may want to swap this out for something else.

• Math13 (8/5): Parfait endroit pour un court séjour dans le quartier - Tout était parfait: qualité prix, l'emplacement, les services, le confort, et la propreté. Le lit et les oreillers très confortables, ce qui est rare! Bien que le stationnement ne soit pas inclu dans la réservation, un stationnement sous terrain est disponible et accessible de l'intérieur du bâtiment, ce qui est vraiment génial dans ce secteur. Nous y retournerons c'est certain! Ce fut compliqué d'obtenir les clés car on nous a demandé de nous identifier avec photo et pièce d'identité alors que nous étions en route et que la réservation était approuvée et payée. Nous avons trouvé cette procédure un peu exagérée considérant que nous avions réservé avec Booking (site légitime) et que nos dossiers sur différentes plateformes de réservations indiquent que nous sommes des invités vérifiés et habituellement très appréciés. Toutefois, les hôtes sont restés très respectueux et gentils dans leur demande. C'est la procédure et non les hôtes que nous avons trouvé un peu exagérée.
