• Alain (8/5): Confortable et efficace pour profiter de Carcassonne !!! - Les explications pour accéder au logement étaient claires et sans surprise. Le quartier est très calme, et des parkings se trouvent à proximité immédiate. L'appartement est confortable, bien qu'un peu sombre, avec un accès à la chambre qui nécessite d'être prudent, au niveau de l'escalier, si l'on est un peu grand comme moi (environ 1,80 m). Les équipements étaient suffisant et le séjour a été agréable. Le couloir d'entrée commune mérite un petit rafraichissement.
• Macy (8/5): Fijn verblijf. - Accommodatie lag fijn gelegen in het dorpje Carcassonne. Heel centraal en was snel overal.
• Rodolfo (1/5): Nous n'avons pas pu entrer dans l'appartement. Impossible de joindre le propriétaire !!!!! -

• Veronique (9/5): - Emplacement. Rue calme. Proche du parc et de la cité. Appartement identique aux photos. Parfait. Escalier un peu abrute pour personne âgé. Canapé lit convertible serait un plus pour dormir en bas éventuellement pour 3 a 4 personnes.
• Nicole (5/5): Ok. - Zentrale Lage und neu eingerichtet. Leider klaffen hier Fotos und Realität auseinander. Es ist sehr dunkel, die Beleuchtung ist grell und sehr ungemütlich. Dann liegen die kleinen Fenster zu einem Innenhof, in dem man nicht mal den Himmel sehen kann. In der oberen Etage ist vor dem Fenster ein stark verdrecktes Gitter angebracht, damit die Tauben nicht reinfliegen können. Sie versuchen es trotzdem. Es gab nur zwei Handtücher, keinen Badvorleger, kein Licht am Spiegel über dem Waschtisch und keine Handtuchhaken. Die Toilette ist direkt neben dem Bett.. Für eine Nacht ist es ausreichend, aber mehrere Nächte kämen für mich nicht in Frage.
• Inma (1/5): Absolutamente lamentable - Pudimos hacer el check in 1h antes Yo reservé este apartamento 10 días antes de llegar. El mismo día me dijeron que no estaría disponible y me darían otro en el mismo portal. El que me dieron era mucho más pequeño y era un estudio, nada que ver con el que yo había reservado. Aún así accedí al cambio, cosa que a día de hoy sigo sin entender si lo reservé con la suficiente antelación. El apartamento que me dieron estaba sin limpiar. Pelos, plásticos, comida, tierra y uñas por el suelo. Los desagües del baño y cocina con pelos. Por si no fuera poco, la cama estaba rota (estaba completamente hundida hacia el centro, tremendo). Me pongo en contacto con el alojamiento para mandarles fotos del estado del apartamento. Su respuesta fue que no todas las fotos que les mandé eran porquería, que algunas cosas eran defectos permanentes del apartamento. No solo eso, sino que me dicen que confían en la señora que va a limpiar y que no puede ser que me lo haya encontrado en esa situación (ALUCINANTE). Su solución fue darme otro apartamento a 20 minutos de donde estaba este, alejándome del castillo, cuando yo reservé este por su ubicación en primer lugar. A esto, les dije que aceptaría el TERCER apartamento, pero que me reembolsaran el dinero porque yo no quería eso y no me podían dar otra solución. La persona que estuvo en contacto conmigo flipó cuando le pedí el reembolso después de todas las molestias que me había ocasionado. Finalmente reservé otro apartamento en la misma calle. Se supone que me reembolsarán el dinero dentro de 2 semanas. Jamás he tenido una experiencia tan pésima en Booking.
• Paul (9/5): Great location with everything you need for a few days. - It was really central, most things were very new. It was well equipped with kettle, microwave, cooktop, oven, toaster etc. bed was comfortable. TV and wifi worked well. Access was easy once we received the instructions. Sheets were new but a little uncomfortable, pillow new and ok but not great. Air conditioning would be helpful. Stairs were very steep in the apartment. Putting a bond was a little cumbersome as we needed to be online.
