• Alizah (1/5): - Owner did not even give us the code to the lockbox, had us waiting outside for hours just for him to cancel it on us. No communication and horrible service.
• Small (1/5): This is one of the worst air Bnb’s I stayed at. - Nothing The property had no heating, no internet connection. Single glazed windows so it was always cold.

• Phanida (1/5): Not recommend - So bad smell, broken chair and no electricity .. overall worst The apartment did not have electricity.. no lights, no plugs were working, cold water only because even boiler was not working. The refrigerator had horrible smell inside as also the whole living room had disgusting smell. There was toilet roll with used toilet paper inside left at the kitchen desk, chair with broken leg, etc. Landlord communicate to send tech. people at 5 pm and then disappeared.. no answers to us, no answers to booking dot com.. when was already dark in the evening, we had to find another accommodation because we could not stay with my family in completely dark apartment without heat, without electricity, without option to even charge mobile.. horrible experience!!!

• MJ (5/5): Terrible experience.. terrible bathtub, internet didn’t even work .. crap place .. - Location I got a visit from a couple of men at 8pm delivering a new bed. No one told about this .. so I was very confused by the two bringing a new bed into the apartment. Anyway I basically just had to go with it .. and eve the men were confused about why I was there .. 😳

• Ruth (1/5): Read the reviews!! - Absolutely nothing. Don't stay here. Worst accommodation I've ever stayed in (and the most misrepresented in the listing) - had to leave after the 1st night (of a 3 night stay). When we arrived, there was dog poop on the doorstep that had been trailed into the building, the flat itself looks like an old student flat - everything is stained or damaged. The bed was literally broken (not repaired from a previous review months ago), so had to sleep on the mattress on the floor - the property pretended to be shocked when I messaged about it. Mould in the bathroom and broken tiles that could cut your feet and they were super slippery when wet ("unfortunately a bathmat was unavailable", ridiculous). The worst part about the flat is the noise from the flat upstairs - absolutely zero acoustic insulation between the flats (you can hear everything from the stairwell too), the ceiling was insanely squeaky and you could hear everything, impossible to sleep through, the upstairs tenants arrived around midnight and were up before 7am. Another fun experience while staying here was being threatened with the police to act on a warrant from the property's energy provider - they'd ignored several notices about a meter change and the energy company demanded entry while we were staying. Avoid this place like the plague, we left after the first night and had to find different accommodation at our own expense. We requested a refund which was obviously rejected because the property owner just doesn't care, and booking.com were also no help - they were "unable to reach an agreement with the accommodation". This flat is not fit for rental and they shouldn't be allowed to post on here.

• Patrycja (6/5): Było by super jakby było bardziej sprzątane. - Wszystko super; okolica i wielkość mieszkania. Czystość masakra. Zakurzone wszystko, kurz walający się po podłodze, brudne naczynia. Mieszkanie nie przechodzi między gośćmi większego sprzątania. Niby jest cukier kawa i herbata ale cukier spleśniały, herbata z kurzem i kawa zwietrzała - stoi nie wymieniane.

• Kate (6/5): Good generous sized accomodation - The property is a very good size for a family or two couples. Good facilities, though the bathroom requires some attention. Also bath slip mats and outside bath mats are essential safety items which were missing. Overall good quality property in nice central area. Communication was poor from the host not answering a call and setting out in detail costs of a few hours overstay- off-putting. But generally a lovely property and incredible value under the Black Friday 2 day sale. Missing bath and slip mats. Rugs would help reduce noise. The flat above was rather noisy. The front door was off the latch on arrival but no sign of anyone nearby.

Cloisons très fines (on entend les pas des voisins et même leurs ronflements...). Les lits sont un peu petits (compliqué quand on mesure 1m90) et couinent beaucoup. Pas de tapis de douche dans la salle de bain. Problème général à la location d'appartement (qui font regretter les hôtels) : on ne peut pas laisser ses bagages le jour du départ. Il faut trouver une consigne ou autre. Ce n'est vraiment pas pratique, surtout quand on a des enfants.

• Matthew (2/5): Take ear plugs - Fairly close to the tube. Very tatty, like a student flat. Mouldy bathroom, falling apart kitchen, creaking beds and extremely noisy from the other residents. Don't go here for a relaxing stay... Take ear plugs.

• C (5/5): Lovely hosts, but apartment can do with fundamental structural upgrades - The host was very friendly and helpful; and indicated on the app we can reach out in case of challenges. There were challenges we experienced (see below) but given the short stay of 2 nights it didn't make sense asking someone to let someone in and fix it while we were out sightseeing the whole day. The apartment is as advertised, in that it's a two-bedroom, with bathroom, kitchen and living area. The space was clean. The apartment is on the second floor, which, if you have luggage, you're going to have a tough time accessing it. The stairs are tiny (with narrow steps), so if you lug a suitcase up and you're not balanced, it's going to be challenging. The bed was creaking the entire night with every movement, making for a restless two nights. The lounge area has a large sofa and a table, and for the small space makes moving around the apartment difficult. There were no glasses (only beer glasses), and they were stained or seemed used upon arrival - they weren't packed away, but were left on the kitchen counter. The kettle should be replaced - the element has seen better days so the scale build-up and marks inside make it appear very dirty. The windows (in kitchen and living area) are difficult, near impossible to open and affix in-place, so eventually when it slides back down, closes off air flow and makes the space a bit stale.
• Rochelle (8/5): Was good for one night - It was clean and bright. Lovely little flat! The host’s communication, when I came to London for a day event, I asked about early check in or being able to leave my bags there before check in and was advised I couldn’t (kinda understandable as it was a last minute booking but it’s self check in so after arriving in the evening, I didn’t really see the issue with coming earlier and dropping bags off). I had no signal at the event so when I left (20:00) and tried to get details on how to access the property, I was asked for my ID, purpose of visit and a screenshot of my booking? I supplied this information on WhatsApp before receiving instructions on how to check in. I was only there one night and received 3 notifications about my check out time of 10am and the additional late fees that would be added if I hadn’t left on time, which l felt unnecessary as I knew what time I had to leave.. The number I was initially provided didn’t respond either, so I messaged through booking and got another number to contact. I wasn’t asked anything at all, ‘everything okay?’ Or ‘thanks for staying with us, have a safe trip’ Just a missed call and a text at 10:11 asking if I’d left lol. You are not very welcoming at all lol I wasn’t expecting a red carpet when I arrive but gheeze the three different numbers I had contact with (no names lol) were straight down to business!

• Carole (8/5): Friendly hosts, good clean apartment. Great for short stay in London. - Clear instructions for entry and early check in. Clean apartment and comfortable beds. Great communication with hosts, very quick to respond. The apartment would be more comfortable with a couple of fans as it was extremely hot. Some noise during the night from the property upstairs but appreciate that’s no fault of this property.
