Cleanliness is also perfect. Pool is good and clean, also there is a seperated little pool for kids. Location ia very good. You have access to bay by 5min walking, and around 15-20 min to dubai mall. Also cafe de paris and Kana are suggested, near to the building. May be the area seems smaller, bacause of big balcony

• ChengI (8/5): Nice Stay with Incredible Balcony Views - Great location, around a 15 to 20 minute walk to the Dubai Mall. The views from the balcony were truly breathtaking. The host was welcoming and responsive, and the check-in process was smooth. The apartment would have benefited from a more thorough clean. It was generally clean, although not quite spotless, particularly regarding the kitchenware. Several mugs were left with coffee marks, and the toaster showed obvious signs of previous use, with crumbs still inside. A used bar of soap was also found in the shower room. The water pressure was rather weak, which made showering less comfortable.

• Patricia (10/5): Muito confortável, vista para o Burj Khalifa e estacionamento! - Boa localização, vista para o Burj Khalifa, distância a pé do Dubai Mall! Camas muito confortáveis e o apartamento tinha todas as comodidades! O contacto com o Faisal foi sempre excepcional, super atencioso, deu todo o apoio necessário! Nas 2 últimas noites houve crianças um pouco barulhentas no apartamento em frente, mas acabou por se resolver!
• Filippos Varouxakis (10/5): - Άριστο δωμάτιο, βολικό και άνετο, αρκετό για 5 άτομα. Πολυ καθαρό και οργανωμένο με πλυντήριο ρούχων για τις καθημερινές ανάγκες μας. Η τοποθεσία ήταν καλύτερη από αυτή που περιμέναμε. Το προσωπικό φιλικό και ευγενικό, πρόθυμο να βοηθήσει 24/7. Αν βρεθώ ξανά στην πόλη του Ντουμπάι θα το επισκεφτώ οπωσδήποτε.

• Helene dulcie (9/5): C’était un beau séjour. - Très bien situé. Tout à côté il y’a des endroits de distractions. Et la vue est magnifique. Le fait de porter mes bagages toute seule de sur quoi j’étais avec mon bébé . Le téléviseur on ne l’a pas utilisé parce que tout était en arabe on ne savait pas où entrer.

• Yousuf (10/5): My Visit to Dubai in 2026 Winter - ما شاء الله موقع مميز جدآ جدآ وقريب من برج خليفة وأطلالة جميلة من بلكونة الشقة للبرج والمنطقة. الشقة بأثاث نظيف وتشطيبات راقية. أصحاب الشقة متعاونين كثير في الدخول والخروج من الشقة وعلى تواصل دائم لتقديم المساعده. يوجد موقف للسيارة بمكان أمان في المبنى Nil

• Mohammed (8/5): I will back again only because of the good treatment from Mr Faisal - Location Price was bit high. The company managing the recipient was very bad. The staff working for that company are not friendly they don’t know how to deal with the customer. My experience with them was very bad but Mr Faisal was the hero of the situation he is the man. He is very good guy and he was in contact with me before I reached the property

An den Wänden blättert die Farbe ab, aus der Dusche rinnt das Wasser ins ganze Bad , der Waschbecken unterschrank riecht schlecht , wir hatten für 5 gebucht aber es gab nur 4 Schlafplätze . Auch keine Handtücher für die 5 Person , meine 12 jährige Tochter. Der Preis war für vergleichbare Unterkünfte zu teuer.

• Lydia (10/5): Alojamiento genial en un lugar fantástico - La ubicación es inmejorable y las vistas desde la terraza simplemente fantásticas. Todo estaba a un paso por lo que es fantástico el alojamiento, y el anfitrión ha sido maravilloso, super atento a todo. Muchas gracias a Mahmoud Zeidat No hay nada, todo fue genial.

• Emina (10/5): - Here’s the English translation: A great location, about a 10-minute walk from the Burj Khalifa and Dubai Mall. Even though Dubai is constantly under construction, the apartment has excellent insulation, so noise won’t disturb your sleep. The building has its own pool, which is clean and a good size. You also get a parking space, and the host is very friendly and can even help you if you want to rent a car.

• Gity (8/5): Geweldig! - 14 minuten zonder file in de Dubai mall. Host was super vriendelijk en behulpzaam! Douchedeur sluit niet goed waardoor badkamer tijdens het douchen steeds nat wordt & de waterdruk was erg zwak. Bed kraakt een beetje met draaien.
