• Andreas (10/5): Perfekte Wahl für größere Familie oder zwei Paare. - Große, gemütliche Wohnung. Gute Ausstattung, auch Kleinigkeiten wie Salz, Zucker, Tee waren vorhanden! Die Lage ist sehr gut, es gibt in dem Komplex zwei Bäckereien mit Frühstück, und die Galeria Kazimierz mit Supermarkt etc. ist direkt in der Nähe. Bis in die Altstadt braucht man 20 bis 30 Minuten zu Fuß. Es war ruhig in der Wohnung. Das eine Schlafzimmer hat ein eigenes Bad und eine eigene Garderobe. Die Aufteilung der Wohnung ist perfekt für eine größere Familie oder zwei Paare. Bei Problemen konnten wir uns jederzeit an den Vermieter wenden und unsere Anliegen wurden schnell gelöst. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und können die Unterkunft sehr empfehlen. Die Beschreibung, wie man in das Gebäude kommt, sollte durch zusätzliche Fotos erklärt werden.
• Alison (9/5): - A beautiful roomy apartment with all mod cons Staff were very helpful beforehand with helping us with booking trips and taxis etc we arrived very early but we're given instructions how to enter the building and apartment and were able to get in before the alloted time of 3pm. We had an issue with the shower flooding the bathroom floor but we reported this ASAP. An engineer was called out but we still had to be cautious when using it for the rest of the trip.

Були проблеми із інтернетом , була проблема із закриттям дверей. Але ці питання власник вирішив, хоча спілкуванея було трохи хаотичним. Було також приємно , що мені запропонували невеличку компенсацію На кухні мені не вистачало маленької капсульної кавомашини, та не було капсул для прання. .

• Evelyne (10/5): Parfait pour un séjour à Cracovie . - Appartement superbe, spacieux, bien équipé, très propre, dans un environnement calme mais à distance raisonnable des différents quartiers de Cracovie à visiter . Il y a tout ce qu'il faut pour faire quelques courses à proximité. Nous avons apprécié le confort du couchage après de longues journées de marche . Le contact avec le secrétariat est simple et rapide si besoin et la procédure d'entrée dans les lieux est aisée. Hébergement à recommander. Un petit escabeau serait le bienvenu pour accéder aux assiettes qui sont placées trop haut , surtout pour un petit gabarit comme moi !

• Rūta (9/5): Good place to stay - Very nice, clean and modern-looking apartment. The highlight for us was the bed which was super comfortable with 2 big duvets, felt just like at home. Location was also cool, you have zabka and brunch spot in the same buildind and big shopping mall across the street. The builiding itself feels like a nice hotel. Radiators did not work, but the agency sent somebody to check right after we mentioned it. Unfortunately, it was not fixed during our stay, BUT there is a properly working AC which we used to warm up the aprtment. So it wasn’t a deal breaker for us.

• Katarina (9/5): - Prístup do apartmánu bol pomocou elektronických kódov, takže to bolo veľmi jednoduché a efektívne. By je menší, ale útulný a čistý. Boli sme rodina s 2 deťmi. Kuchynský kút je vybavený dostatočne na krátky pobyt resp. raňajky a pod. Do centra mesta je to cca 15-20 min. chôdze. V okolí apartmánu sú dostupné obchody, reštaurácie (Chleb & More vrelo odporúčam). Auto sme parkovali v nákupnom centre 1 min. chôdze od apartmánu, ale nie je to problém. Veľmi slabá wifi. Inak všetko bolo super.
