- Helen (10/5): Fantastic hotel in Nimman - This hotel is well located in Nimman, perfect if you love coffee shops and massage places. The hotel is set back from a main road, quiet but the planes can be noisy (ear plugs sort it). The staff are incredible from the moment you get in the door! The place is super clean, breakfast delicious and the rooms are a great size. I recommend a pool room

But the staff were the biggest asset for the property as they could not have been more friendly and provided excellent service. From the impressive welcome tea service to the excellent breakfast buffet and cooking and Thai tea making lessons. They brought my friend a birthday brownie and drinks and sang to her for a wonderful treat. Really a great team. The neighborhood was walkable and had everything you could want. The plane noise was very loud at times as it is right by the airport which was not clear in any of the reviews.

- Carissa (10/5): Incredible staff members - I stayed here with my mother-in-law and had an excellent experience. Unfortunately, she became unwell at the beginning of our stay and was unable to leave her room. Every single staff member went above and beyond to make sure she was comfortable. They checked in on her regularly, adjusted meals to suit how she was feeling, and provided excellent room service throughout our stay. The staff showed genuine care and were incredibly helpful during an unexpected situation for our stay. The hotel itself is absolutely beautiful and very well maintained. I would highly recommend staying here.

- Kris L (10/5): Relaxing boutique stay in the heart of Chaing Mai. - Lovely boutique hotel in an ideal spot — just steps from great restaurants and bars. The pool area is peaceful and perfect for relaxing. Breakfast was exceptional with plenty of options to please everyone, and I loved the daily juices and sparkling wine. The staff were fabulous — friendly, helpful, and welcoming. The welcome and departure drinks were a lovely touch that made our stay feel special. Highly recommend, hope to return soon. Absolutely nothing.

Room is very tastefully decorated, very comfortable. We thought the service was outstanding, especially for a small hotel like this. Staff members went out of their way to make us feel welcome and special. Always with a smile. And very efficient. I have had much better service in this hotel than in some European leading hotels of the world. The welcome drink and goodbye drink were lovely, check in was smooth and done in the comfort of the lobby sofas. There was an afternoon tea included in our stay, which was much appreciated. Also as. we stayed for 5 nights, we got a complementary transfer to the airport on our departure. I definitely recommend this hotel. The only fault I can find is that the hotel is on the airport taking off route, so you hear a lot of planes taking off .

The staff were super friendly upon arrival, welcoming us with a drink and small treat. The location is great. It’s near cafes, restaurants, a shopping mall and more. All are within walking distance I had to return only a few hours after I left because I became ill. They had a room ready for me right away. The proximity to the airport means there is some airplane noise, especially on the top floor. Still. It wasn’t too much of a. Inconvenience.

- Don (6/5): Amazing but one big flaw - Loved the hotel which was beautiful. Bed was incredibly comfortable. Staff great and breakfast really good. They put us in a family room which had a joining door to another room. We could hear everything from that room as the door had no seal around, meant we had to change rooms which was disruptive. Next room was nice but with no view, and still no seal around the main door to block out noise. Disappointing as it’s a very simple fix.

Fin dal nostro arrivo siamo stati accolti e coccolati da uno staff gentilissimo, sempre disponibile e attento a ogni dettaglio. I prodotti offerti sono di ottima qualità, sia per la colazione – varia, abbondante e con proposte eccellenti – sia per la cura personale, con creme e prodotti da bagno davvero molto piacevoli. Anche la piscina è splendida, ben tenuta e perfetta per rilassarsi. Le stanze sono curate nei minimi dettagli, arredate con gusto e molto confortevoli. Nel complesso l’esperienza è stata estremamente positiva e l’hotel merita assolutamente di essere consigliato. Un soggiorno di qualità, all’insegna del comfort e dell’attenzione al cliente. L’unico aspetto da segnalare riguarda il rumore, soprattutto per chi soggiorna al piano terra dove si trovano le piscine: essendo le camere adiacenti alla sala colazione, nel corridoio si avverte una certa confusione al mattino, anche a causa delle attività del personale delle pulizie.

I received free transport from the airport (for guests staying 5+ nights) and was then immediately sat down, given a refreshing wet towel, fruit drink (delicious!) and small sampling of fruit as they checked me in. The bed was incredibly comfortable and the room exceptionally clean with a large rain and handheld shower in the bathroom. They provide all the free bottled water you need and the morning breakfast is excellent, with a pool-side egg station (making omelettes, fried eggs, boiled eggs, etc.) and fresh fruits, juices, Thai savory breakfast items and excellent coffee....more than any one person could eat! It was about a 20min. walk to the old town and all the sites therein and it's right around the corner from a 7-11 for those wanting to pick up a beer or snack before going to bed. It's right around the corner from a bustling, hip neighborhood with many excellent restaurants and bars with many people walking around, sitting outside listening to live music and just enjoying the ambiance. Excellent hotel, excellent staff, excellent breakfast, excellent, excellent, excellent! 6 stars out of 5!

- Elle (10/5): Perfect stay - This was the best hotel I have stayed in. The property was gorgeous. The rooms were perfect and the outside areas were so peaceful. The hotel staff were so lovely and welcoming. The breakfast everyday was varied and delicious. We felt very lucky to be staying at Chino and would highly recommend the hotel. We loved the market on Friday night nearby the hotel and the cocktails the hotel served in front of the property. We also really liked the location of the Nimman area. Everything was perfect

- Samantha (10/5): Boutique Beauty near Nimman - Details were on point! The hotel was decorated with intent and class. Beautiful floral arrangements, beautiful prints and patterns everywhere. From scent, sound, sight, the place was very enjoyable. Tea time was nice from 2-4 you can get drinks and snacks. The beds were so comfortable and pillows were perfect. Welcome and farewell snack and drinks were awesome! Very nice touch. I loved how it showcased Lanna thai style snacks and drinks! We had a room near the pool on third floor and the tourist swimming were noisy! This has nothing to do with staff but just thought you’d like to know. Rooms ceilings are not too tall.

They also have a wonderful pool area and the breakfast buffet has a lot of great options I had to stay an extra day because I was sick and they charged me a walk-in fee rather than the booking fee I had for my first night

Nothing was too much trouble for all the team members. I think you should discourage guests from drying their underwear and clothes on the balconies. Not a pleasant sight whilst relaxing by the pool. Also a poolside snack menu with some light options would be great.

All the staff were extraordinary and remembered details of our tea/coffee requirements at breakfast, that we loved an G&T at the end of the day, and quickly learnt our names. Nothing was too difficult. They were all gracious, warm, and friendly. We loved the Nimman neighbourhood - quiet away from busy central Chiang Mai, and great dining and coffee options close by. The breakfast was excellent, and we loved sitting outside by the pool to dine in the mornings. So tranquil. Beautifully appointed rooms. A bowl of fresh fruit replenished regularly. Clean and fresh with huge comfy beds, pillows and linen. Luxurious. Housekeeping is excellent. The hotel has a very special welcome and departure ritual with mocktails, a cold towel, and warm greetings from reception. The staff throughout the hotel were next level professionals. Big thank you to the wonderful reception team and also the restaurant team. Thank you so much to you all for making our stay (5 nights) so very special.

The interiors are well thought out and the interior design blend of Chinese and Portuguese works well Access from the street to the pool courtyard should be gated for enhanced security, privacy and piece of mind.

Located at the hub of the town and surrounded by the chic cafes, must-try restaurants, the hotel also boasts spectacular interior design, sizeable room and super-comfy bed that I need to ask what brand of the bed linens they are using. Breakfast are excellent. And may I said that the service from all staff members are impeccable.....and, in this case, I need to be redundant because the staff are flawless. This place will be the ONLY place I will stay when I come to visit Chiang Mai. You get more bang for your bucks. None.
