• Albert (6/5): Good but - Well equipped facility. Terrace has sun and shadow if you wish. 10 minutes from city center and beaches. Helpful host who provided all the needed information, well organized. The walls are exceptionally thin, you can hear everything from all sides, even somebody's phone vibrating. And our neighbours were all extremely loud.

• Christine (10/5): - The location is perfect 5 minute walk to top of strip and 5 minute walk to Campanario. Very clean apartment, 24 hour security on entrance very safe complex. Will stay here again. Pool area and pool bar very clean. There is a little noise from next door but 1 apartment being renovated but that is when I was out of apartment.

• Adéla (5/5): - The accommodation had a great location, just a short distance from the main road, making it very easy to reach while still being quiet. A big plus was the nice terrace with outdoor seating, which was perfect for relaxing. The owner was very kind and attentive, regularly checking if everything was okay and letting us know that we could contact him anytime if needed, which we really appreciated. The property was protected by an alarm system, which made us feel safe and comfortable. Any minor issues we experienced were related more to the equipment rather than the accommodation itself, so overall we had a very pleasant stay. The main issue during our stay was the equipment, which would clearly benefit from being replaced. For example, the pans were heavily worn and damaged, making cooking quite difficult. The bed was uncomfortable, very hard and worn out, which affected the quality of sleep. Additionally, although Wi-Fi was advertised, it did not work at all during our stay. Overall, the accommodation itself has potential, but updating the equipment and basic amenities would significantly improve the guest experience.
• Joanna (10/5): Czuliśmy się jakbyśmy przez trzy tygodnie mieszkali na wyspie, piękne uczucie - Apartament na parterze, z tarasikiem. Wygodny, czysty, z dostępem do pięknych basenów. Na wyposażeniu jest pralka i zmywarka, co przy długim pobycie było bardzo przydatne. Bardzo blisko do centrum i przystanku, trochę daleko do pięknych plaż, te blisko są kamieniste. Jeździliśmy z przystanku autobusem na Grande Playa. Wlaściciel był z nami w stałym kontakcie, dopytywał czy jest nam wygodnie i czy czegoś potrzebujemy. Mieliśmy wszystko, więc Go nie fatygowaliśmy. Polecamy i sami chętnie wrócimy. Nie ma na co marudzić

• Francesca (9/5): Hi vam estar molt còmodes - Luca, l’amfitrió, va ser molt amable i atent en tot moment. Va atendre totes les nostres peticions. Ens va facilitar una caixa de seguretat per guardar-hi les claus i evitar que una part de la família s’hagués d’esperar fora mentre l’altra part acabava les seves activitats. Per al check out, ens va permetre sortir de l’apartament molt més tard de les 10:00 per tenir l’oportunitat de dutxar-nos després de fer activitat física i abans d’agafar el ferri. L’apartament és modern, comfortable i està molt ben equipat. A més, està ben decorat. Ben situat. Es a prop d’on havíem d’anar a fer activitats. Els espais comunitaris, jardins i piscines, estan molt ben cuidats. Als jardins i als caminets, que per cert, estaven molt ben cuidats, s’hi veien molts escarabats. Tot i que segur que hi estaven posant tractament

El dueño educado y amable No hay seguridad, habían ocupas, me robaron de la terraza calzado, gatos que se colaban en el apartamento y marcaban, el personal de recepción un kaos y el olor a pis de gato y otras sustancias de apartamentos vecinales. Para ir con niños hay que pensarlo

It was perfectly clean, and everything matched the photos—no surprises, just a cozy and well-maintained space. The location was excellent, with a swimming pool inside the residential complex and a water park just a short walk away. Plus, with easy access to the main road and plenty of nearby amenities, it’s a great place to stay even without a car. After a full day of exploring the surrounding streets, it was the perfect spot to relax. Highly recommend it for a comfortable and hassle-free stay! -
