• gioacchino (8/5): Buono ma non buonissimo - · La casa è pulita e si trova in un'ottima posizione. · Anche l'esterno e il parcheggio sono niente male, decisamente un punto a favore. Difetti e disagi: · All'ingresso si percepisce subito una temperatura gelida: il condizionatore non sembra funzionare al meglio. · Il lampadario è rotto. · In bagno, non siamo riusciti ad accendere il termosifone. · La stanza al piano superiore ha un problema di oscuramento: è impossibile chiudere le finestre in modo efficace contro la luce e la mattina alle 7 è già pieno giorno. Insomma, basterebbero davvero pochi accorgimenti e una maggiore cura della manutenzione per trasformarlo in un ottimo posto dove soggiornare.
• Joachim (5/5): - Eine schöne Wohnung in eine ruhige Lage. Aber in der Wohnung sind ein paar Punkte die nicht so gut waren. Nur 4 Stühle obwohl die Wohnung für 6 Personen geeignet ist.. Es fehlt Erklärungen wie die Heizung im Bad angeht, wie der Fernseher funktioniert. Die Garderobe musste wieder an der Wand richtig geschraubt werden. Eine gründliche Reinigung von dem Teppich wäre auch dringend nötig.

• LAETITIA (7/5): Tres bien - J ai aimé la deco de l appartement et le comfort . Le menage etait mediocre et aurait aimé avoir les notices des appareils de chauffage car compliqué pour les mettre en marche.
• cingillo (6/5): - L'appartamento nuovo e carino , ma un po' scomoda la scala a chiocciola Il piano superiore era minimal , mancava un armadio dove riporre i vestiti ,uno specchio e comodino . Qualche accessorio in più non guasterebbe dato che c'è molto spazio . Metterei anche le cialde x il caffè.

• Margarita (10/5): Wir würden das Appartement gerne wieder buchen. - Ein sehr schönes modernes helles Appartement mit viel Platz für eine -auch größere - Familie. Die Gegend ist sehr ruhig und entspannt. Durch die Nähe zu Deutschland und der Schweiz konnten wir Ausflüge in alle Länder unternehmen. Wir hatten kurz ein technisches Problem in der Küche, das wurde sehr schnell erledigt und so hatten wir dadurch keine Einschränkungen .

• Thuany (1/5): In a word: filthy - Spacious and affordable. Nice and calm surroundings. Cleanliness is my top priority, and this place was far from it. The sponge in the sink was disgusting, as was the shower. Everything was greasy and dirty, and even the bed linens had holes. Spider webs everywhere. Under the bed, there was an unbelievable amount of dirt. Upstairs, there were no blinds, the windows were covered in grime, and there were black mold marks. The shower was awful too - we had to fight just to get a few drops of water.
• Özmen (1/5): Wohnung die nicht gereinigt wurde. - Die Wohnung ist Groß Leider sind wir schockiert über den Zustand der Wohnung gewesen - Der Spiegel im Bad ist komplett dreckig, sowie die Fenster der Dusche - ⁠Rechts unter dem Waschbecken Tisch sind die Fliesen kaputt - ⁠die Lampe im Wohnzimmer ist kaputt, hängt schief und ist voll mit Staub und Spinnennetzen - ⁠der Fernseher und die Fensterbänke sind voll mit Staub, sowie viele Ecken voll mit spinnenweben - ⁠der Herd und das Becken ist verschmutzt mit Flecken - ⁠unter dem Bett und unter dem Sofa ist alles extrem verschmutzt . - Im Badezimmer Schimmel Zusammenfassung: Wir sind sehr enttäuscht, die Kaution auch nicht angemessen in meinen Augen. Es macht den Anschein, wie auf den Bildern zu sehen, dass nur die Bettwäsche gewechselt wurde. Die ganzen Punkte sind nach nur 5min anschauen der Wohnung aufgefallen… und ich finde es schon fast respektlos einer Familie mit 2 Kindern eine Wohnung in so einem staubigen Zustand zu geben. Provided with all the things we’d need to cook and towels etc. Very attentive hosts who tried to accommodate any requests Using the shower floods the bathroom slightly so we had to make sure we were showering at night. Some information about how to get around by public transport would have been useful.
• Mark (7/5): Praktische tussenstop op onze reis. - Locatie was goed. Appartement was schoon. Erg lastig om contact te krijgen met verhuurders, binnen de aangegeven tijden.
