Déjà dis j avais fais un commentaire cela peu importe j ai payé 2 fois le même séjour . Je vous avais expliqué le fait apparemment il faut que croire que vous ne lisez pas les messages . Je ne booke plus pour l instant pourtant je suis encore en vacances vos prix sont supérieurs et quand nous sommes là réception la chambre est moins chère .?????? Peut être que vous répondrez ou pas ?
• Tino (1/5): Ich habe für zwei Nächte bezahlt, bin aber nur eine Nacht geblieben. - Check in erfolgt über code und schlüsselentnahme über box. Es war mir nicht ganz schlüssig, deshalb wollte ich beim Gastgeber nachfragen. Dieser hat nicht geantwortet. Zum glück half der nachbar aus dem Hanfladen. Im zimmer angekommen musste ich feststellen das es keinen balkon gibt, wie in der Beschreibung angegeben. Daraufhin fragte ich nochmals beim Gastgeber nach. Erstaunlicherweise erhielt ich sofort eine Antwort, in dem er mir mitteilte, dass ich ja das Zimmer wieder verlassen könnte, er mir aber kein Geld zurückzahlen würde. Das Zimmer liegt direkt an der Hauptstrasse, und ist extrem laut. Das geht schon gegen 4:00 Uhr morgens los mit dem Verkehr. Es gibt sozusagen keine Lärmdämmung. Man hört auch jedes Geräusch aus dem Nachbarzimmer.
• Teddy (6/5): Central, good price, wrong category sold, no refund. - The GoInn is centrally located and has (I think) 4 relatively large rooms with balconies to the main road. There two floors with another 4 rooms to the side. White tiles and clean. Tv, water, and a really favourable room rate. I booked one of the 30 m² rooms with a balcony around noon and checked in at 13:00. However, only two smaller rooms without balconies were available upon arrival. Since the room category I booked was not available, I requested to cancel the booking shortly afterward (around 13:45) so the hotel would still have a chance to resell the room correctly. Unfortunately, they refused my request and charged me the full amount, which I found quite rude considering they downgraded my booking. The housekeeping lady was very kind, although she didn’t speak English, so we communicated through a translation app. I informed her that I would be leaving again. Additionally, there was construction work directly in front of the hotel. Large iron plates had been placed on the road, and every passing car created extremely loud noise when driving over them. I was glad I could leave, and fortunately the customer service of Booking.com helped me resolve the issue. If you actually get the correct room with a balcony and the advertised size, Go Inn could be a fantastic place to stay - but it is certainly noisy. Rating 6 because I previously visited a friend in one of the big balcony rooms and I really liked it. Besides the cleaning lady was kind.

• Mike (1/5): Main street. Very loud and stinky. A lot of traffic in front of it - Did not stay there, as it was too loud. It's on the main street!! We tried to cancel with them, but they even did not try to just open the room again. Not helpful at all. Self Check in, be carful. Does not work After it was clear we would not stay there, we tried to open the room with them again. Did not show any interest to do so. It was our fault to book there at all 😅

• Anthony Keir (4/5): Check-in process shambolic and stressful - Good location close to train station, markets and places to eat and the beach. Water and toilet paper provided. Room was a good size. Check-in process (as noted in other reviews) does not work and was very stressful. I provided my passport information and arrival time before arrival as requested, but was not provided with a code to access the apartment keys. And no-one would answer the numbers shown on the building entrance. It was only by luck that another guest at the property came out and managed to contact the owner who then gave me the code. There was not even an apology for the inconvenience. The apartment itself was well appointed with air conditioning, TV and comfortable beds. However, again as reported elsewhere the room had a small ant infestation and they got absolutely everywhere, over food and cups, in our luggage and in the bathroom. Overall made for a very disappointing stay, despite the relatively low price.
• Wittreich (9/5): - In guter Lage, ruhiges Guesthouse mit guter Verbindung zu Bussen und Bahnhof..Rund um.das Guesthouse sind reizende Cafes und traditionelle Restaurants.. Eine traditionell chinesische Arztpraxis befindet sich direkt gegenüber. Den Beach erreicht man in ca. 7 - 8 Minuten zu Fuß.
• Deo (5/5): - Top Locatie. Badkamer moet gerenoveerd worden want het ziet er niet uit. En veel schimmel in de badkamer. 1e dag dat ik aankwam stopt het water mee tijdens douche. Er zijn veel min punten om op te noemen.

I would choose it again if I ever ome to Hua hin again - Good location nearby the beach and just around the corner to book a busticket to bangkok , easy self check swift reply by whatsapp Some rooms have a great and huge balcony Spacious rooms with good aircon My room and my friend room had a lot of mosquitos , might come in through the aircon. Nothing they cant really do something about it but the junction where the hotel is located is very busy and very loud. Not sure why maybe because there are so many old western guys in Hua hin but day and night there is a constant noise of ambulances

• Trung Hieu Phan (9/5): Lovely, but not helpful host - The location is near the beach so you can either walk there or ride a motorbike there. Market is nearby as well so you can easily find food The host is not approachable, however, the clean lady is super helpful and very friendly. I asked the host if it's generally safe to park my scooter outside, and all he answered was "This is not the hotel's parking area, so the hotel will not be responsible for any problems that may arise." I guest that is a helpful answer? Also, mosquitoes are everywhere.

Self check in, do not go here out of hours the number you call to self check in is only open till 5pm so if you booked last minute like me you will be stood outside with no access till 9am when the office in another city opens and takes your call.
• lotfy (5/5): You better pay a little bit more and stay at a better hotel. - Location is good. It's located at the center of Hua Hin. It's surrounded with restaurants of different levels. TV was not working and they just stick a piece of paper on the screen says, TV is broken. They didn't try to fix it or change it. walls are thin, you can hear your neighboring room. Cleaning level needs to be improved.
• MIKAEL (7/5): - Det var ett prisvärt boende som låg bra till. Kunde gå till allt. Vi hade ett rum 1 våning upp mot en vägkorsning. På nätterna(framförallt under helgen) så gasade de på så ibland vrålade bara till..... Den som är ljudkänslig har väl redan öronproppar i packningen......

• Ina (1/5): Dårligt hotel, dårlig standard - Intet Værelset var meget beskidt. Skimmelsvamp på væggene, puds i lofter og på vægge faldt af hele tiden. Badeværelset var meget beskidt, puds på vægge og lofter var faldet af flere steder. Madras i sengen var gammel og man kunne mærke fjederne op i hele kroppen. Tv virkede ikke. Balkonen var lukket af så man ikke kunne komme derud. Generel en meget dårlig oplevelse.

• EDWIGE (7/5): Bonne localisation - La chambre est propre et bien équipée, le lit confortable. Bon emplacement, proche du night market. Arrivée autonome très pratique. Aucune isolation phonique, par conséquent très bruyant. Je ne peux pas émettre un avis sur le personnel car je n'ai rencontré personne.

I woke up many times during the night because the one next to me was cooking which i could smell in my room. or alarm in the morning 6:30 for more then 10 min.

• Andrew (7/5): Good - The location was good, not too far from multiple places to eat and only a 5 minute walk to the beach. The stairs were a little steep for me. Something I was unaware of until I arrived. An old knee injury makes climbing and descending steep stairs problematic.

Fridge comes in handy for storing drinks/food. Ants all over the bathroom floor, as well throughout the bedroom. Also, even though windows/door were shut, mosquitos managed to get in.

Cleaner was very helpful, and stored my things for me when I arrived early. It's an en suite room, rather than whole apartment. But t hat was fine for me.
