- Chris (9/5): Mostly excellent - Great location, nice clean place & very useful as it allows pets Our pizza delivery got taken by someone from downstairs (bottom floor where staff are), and was refused an extra towel when asked, we had to share a towel because of it as other got dirty
- thalita (1/5): NEVER STAY THERE AND BAD EXPERIENCE FROM ALL STAFF I MET ON THAT NIGHT - I don’t know, never stay here because when i arrive no one shown up over there to meet me. So i don’t know what should i like about the property unless super bad experience i had, just that all i can say. Super bad service from the staff that didn’t tell the truth to the boss, not report the case happened that night real time to the boss, the boss also never ever try to text me to make sure if i will come or no before the system cancel my booking. It’s like super bad team communication. You better introspection your team and yourself as well.
