• Amanda (10/5): Great place to stay with an excellent location! - It has lots of room and it was very comfortable for our family! We loved how close it was to a grocery store, the subway and the location was amazing! The staff communication was very helpful and they even gave us some tips about getting her around the city! There are two flights of concrete stairs to get up to the apartment. This wasn’t described well in the description. Having to lug all of our suitcases up, the two flights of stairs was a bit hectic, but we made it! Also at night time sometimes the lights weren’t on on the staircase, and it was very dark

• Hessa (6/5): - الشقه كانت وسيعه وشرحه وموقعها ممتاز اللي يشوف المبنى من برا ما يتوقع ان هالشقه حلوه بهالشكل لكن المبنى من برا والدرج اللي داخل متهالك ومافيها اصنصير والدرج طويل ومافيه لمبات كان جداً متعب النزول والصعود وانزال الشنط ما اكرر الزياره لهذا السبب

Upon arrival, one of the bathrooms was not clean, which was disappointing, and on top of it, we experienced significant inconvenience due to pre-existing shower drainage issues that were already known and should have been fixed prior to our arrival. With only one functional shower for five guests during most of our four-night stay, this caused considerable inconvenience.

A parte interna é muito melhor do que nas fotos, e o chão de todos os banheiros tem aquecimento. A entrada do prédio realmente é estranha e causa desconforto, mas é seguro e silencioso.

• Ana (7/5): Escapada a Viena - El espacio y la localización El/ la dueñ@ (nunca supe con quién estaba hablando porque no se presentó) estaba muy atent@ a lo que necesitáramos. Aunque no lo resolvió durante nuestra estancia 😕 Había muy poca vajilla para los 6. Tampoco me gustó que hubiera tanta diferencia horaria entre la hora de entrada (no te dejan entrar hasta las 15:00) y luego te hacen salir a las 10:00 deprisa y corriendo. Como si necesitaran 5h para hacer la casa. A las 9:54 entraba por la puerta la señora de la limpieza q se puso a quitar sábanas sin dejarnos siquiera terminar de cerrar las maletas. Me resultó bastante desagradable la situación, la verdad.

• Angela (10/5): Fabulous spacious apartment - The property was exactly as seen on booking.com. The host was excellent with keeping in contact and the self check-in was easy to follow. The location was very good, just outside the city centre but you are able to get to see everything on foot so no transport needed. There were a few eateries near by which was great as we arrived after 8pm. The apartment was spotless and spacious for our party of 6 and the host has done a fabulous job at making this apartment contemporary with all mod cons ie bathrooms, aircon and furnishings beautiful. A fantastic apartment and would definitely stay again if in Vienna - thank you to our host you’ve been marvellous and easy to stay in contact with…

• M (8/5): Nice modern decor apartment with ensuite to each bedroom - All three bedrooms have an en-suite bathroom. It speed up getting ready and the deco in the bathrooms are excellent, back lit mirrors are great for me putting on lenses so easy. With three boys and myself, I really appreciate the en-suite bathrooms. The air conditioning all through the apartment is important for the time we stayed as the heat wave hit the whole Europe. Kitchen is well equipped. A full length mirror in the master bedroom is really well thoughtful features. The apartment is on the 2nd floor. It would be nicer to have an elevator whilst carrying luggages. However, we only needed to transport the luggages at check in and check out. We didn’t mind the stairs.
• Jonathan (10/5): Lovely place! - The location was great. The apartment was away from street noise. The beds were very comfortable. The clothes dryer was a nice bonus. The kitchen had everything we needed to prepare our meals. Nice curtains kept the light out. The electrical outlet in the bathroom is under the vanity, so I had to get on my hands and knees to plug it in. Also, I'm 5 feet tall, and the bathtub is very high. A grab bar would be extremely helpful and make it much safer! We were a party of 7 with three teenagers. We had our bags packed and were getting ready to leave when the cleaning lady asked us to get out at 10:08. Yes, we were a few minutes late, but in 50 years of traveling, I've never had that happen!

• Jeffrey (10/5): best apartment for the value in Vienna - you got to put a little effort in but it is very worth it. - For travelers coming in from Vienna's Int'l airport - this is worth mentioning. The Airport City train is easy to find and take and drops you off at Wien Mitte station, direct from the airport, however, if you are trying to get as close to the apartment as possible, there are a number of transfers. You first have to walk north to the Landstrabe U station and then take the green line (U4) one stop to Schwedeplatz and then transfer to the red line (U1). You'll take this one stop to Nestroyplatz which makes the walk very short to the apartment. We didn't figure this all out when we arrived late around 1030 PM so we just walked from Wien Mitte to the apartment. Depending on what day and time you come in, the subways can be extremely busy and if you're hauling a ton of luggage, you will need to use elevators to go up and down to the various lines. From the airport, if you take a bit of a longer walk to the OBB S7 train, this is a commuter train that has more stops but you get off at Praternstern and then transfer to the red line (U1) and take it one stop to Nestroyplatz. As for which is better, I think there are pros and cons for each, but when you return, I would definitely recommend the OBB S7 as they had cheap and large lockers to store luggage. We had a late 850 PM flight out so we took all the luggage to Praternstern early in the day and then wandered around the city until it was time to go. If you take the Airport train from Wien Mitte, the luggage storage was more and the complexity of getting to that station from Nestroyplatz with a lot of luggage made it less desireable. The OBB S7 will cost you 2.3 euros more per person if you bought a round trip on the Airport City train. You can pay this at the OBB ticket office in Praternstern station. The buzzer to get in is a bit different than buzzers in our own country. When you get to the apartment, have one member of your party press the appropriate button to activate the buzzer, then as soon as you hear it, push the door. If you press the buzzer and then go to open the door, it will already have re-latched and you cannot get in. Once we figured this out, it was easy to follow the rest of the instructions.
