• Isabel Cristina (5/5): - A localização era muito boa, check in muito fácil de realizar, orientações claras e atempadas. Conseguimos acecer aos principais pontos turisticos sem necessidade de transporte. Eletrodomésticos a trabalhar devidamente e com comodidades para preparar pequenas refeições. As instalações não apresentavam cuidado, uma das janelas não tinha corta luz deixando o quarto muito iluminado demasiado cedo. Apesar de haver condições para preparar pequenas refeições apenas havia uma pequena mesa ( 1 ou 2 pessoas) para usar.

• Joaquina (1/5): HORRIBLE - Solo la ubicación Todo, no había ventilación, no había cubiertos para todos, no había almohadas para todos, muy muy sucio, nos hicieron llegar una sartén y una olla xq me puse muy pesada xq no me cogían ni el teléfono, no podíamos sentarnos. No podíamos secar las toallas, todo mal , no pudimos ni barrer el suelo en los 5 días, tiene una cortina opaca solamente, la de la otra ventana está rota por lo q entra mucha luz por la mañana , no volvería

• Taoufik (3/5): A éviter ! une boîte hérmétique sans ventilation - L'emplacement même si la rue est trop bruyante jusqu’à tard dans la nuit - Le propriétaire nous a fait changer d'appartement la deuxième nuit - le logement de la première nuit sentait horriblement mauvais à cause du manque d'aération. - Absence de fenêtres et petite entrée d'air dans le plafond très sale. - robinetterie HS et fuite d'eau - mauvaise communication avec le propriétaire - cuisine pas équipée ( heureusement nous n'en avions pas besoin), absence de mobilier( table, chaise..)
• Ana (1/5): No lo recomiendo - Lo único que se salva del alojamiento es la ubicación El apartamento es una caja de cerillas, tuvimos una mala estancia ya que el último día nos encontramos con una familia que había alquilado el apartamento desde la última noche nuestra hasta días después, ellos se quedaron sin poder hospedarse. Llamamos al dueño del alojamiento que no nos cogió el teléfono en ningún momento, hablamos con booking que nos ha dado una ‘’mini compensación’’. El acceso al apartamento es con una contraseña y está familia tenía la misma información que nosotras y pudieron entrar al apartamento con todas nuestras pertenencias. La verdad que mucha inseguridad y nada resolutivos por parte del alojamiento ni de booking. No lo recomendaría fundamentalmente por la inseguridad de llegar y encontrarte a alguien donde estás durmiendo tu.
• Elizabeth (1/5): Inhabitable, don’t make the same mistake. - Nothing Everything! Inhabitable, only has 2 windows which are fixed creating a musty smell. Toilet held by screws, hard water stains all over bathroom floor and shower. Sticky residue on living space area, toys and dirty dishes from previous guest, no working TV. It’s pretty bad. So bad I left and booked somewhere else.
• EMMA (1/5): DO NOT STAY HERE - Location Booked for 2 nights! Wrong code for the main door (only accessed due to someone coming out as we went in) The room had not been cleaned. Dirty bedding, not made (left from last guests) dirty tissues on bed, bins full, room nothing like the photo, toothpaste in sink, no kettle, x3 broken fans, nails hanging out of pull out bed. Smell was unbearable, unable to communicate with staff due to there ignorance. Reported to booking.com whom also could not contact the hosts. We had to clean the room ourselves including stripping all beds, had no other choice but to buy blankets and towels. Woke up the following morning to an email saying "hosts have cancelled your booking as you didn't check into the property" causing us to have to pay for luggage storage and another hotel for a night. Ooh and we had three children with us! Expect a full refund and compensation for the unnecessary costs we had! Never experienced anything like this, absolutely ruined our first trip to London. If our request is denied we will escalate to the CEO of booking.com
• Melanie (1/5): Unzumutbarer Zustand, keine Reaktion des Vermieters – wir mussten sofort ausziehen. - Nix Die Unterkunft befand sich bei unserer Ankunft in einem unzumutbaren Zustand. Es gab erhebliche Hygienemängel (unter anderem verschmutzte Betten mit mutmaßlichen Haaren), Sicherheitsbedenken sowie fehlende bzw. defekte Ausstattung (z. B. keine funktionierenden Rollos). Der Vermieter war trotz mehrfacher Kontaktversuche nicht erreichbar. Auch Booking.com konnte keine zeitnahe Lösung herbeiführen. Ein Aufenthalt war für uns – insbesondere mit drei Kindern – nicht möglich, sodass wir die Unterkunft noch am selben Abend verlassen mussten und auf eigene Kosten eine Alternative gebucht haben.

• Gutierrez Salazar (10/5): - La ubicación es perfecta, está en piccadilly, a 20 minutos del big ben y a 10 del buckingham palace. El apartamento a pesar de ser muy pequeño tiene lo indispensable para hacer un viaje corto. No hay ventilación.

• José (5/5): - Localização Tinha um rato que entrou pelo rodapé. Tivemos que o encurralar com toalhas e frigorífico para que não voltasse a entrar. Na foto abaixo vê-se a toalha roída pelo rato. Os beliches não eram muito estáveis .

• Gian (5/5): Affordable, but don’t expect much - Location and easy access to public transport, amazing potential, but……. Lacking of management and care Many things at the property were broken when we arrived at the room, no toiletries were left for our use, room temperature were very hot and humid with a very strong smell of swage. When contacting the staff, the answer was never clear and always redirected to another team leaving us with all the issues reported at the arrival at the property unsolved.

• MARÍA (4/5): Decepcionante - La ubicación es perfecta, a poca distancia de Piccadilly. Las fotos no se corresponden con la propiedad, es más antigua de lo que parece. Por la noche, vimos RATONES, encontramos uno en la bolsa de basura y paseando por nuestras maletas. Avisamos por mensaje y no se hizo nada. El baño regular, el lavabo estaba atascado, la cisterna se salía y aunque avisamos al personal de limpieza no pasaron a repararla. No había secador (estaba en los servicios) y aunque prometieron traernos uno, nunca lo hicieron.

• Jim (4/5): Villes très agréables nous avons pu profiter pleinement grâce au temps. Fatigués du au nuits courtes - Le lieu, les différentes commodités tous les produits d’entretien et de toilette. Nombreux problèmes: robinet de salle de bain cassé, lavabo bouché, plan de travail salle de bain dévissé, douche sale, cuisine : manque de couvert 3 cuillères et 3 fourchette pour 7 personnes pas de table ni chaises, pas de détecteur de fumée, pas de système de ventilation dès lors que l’on coupe la lumière, pas de fenêtre qui s’ouvre ,tringles à rideau cassé, le lit du bas cassé toutes les visses sont dangereuse. Canapé pas confortable pour deux. Les klaxonnés jusqu’à 4h du matin…
• Jack (7/5): - Location was Perfect, lots of beds! Bathroom sink broken, lock on door broken.
• GEORGE (1/5): Good location, a flooding bathroom and poor service - The only good thing about this place is the location. The location is in the heart of SOHO The entire flooded due to poor drainage. We had to get a contractor out on one of our days to fix it. The grouting is so bad that water come out from beneath the tiles when you step on the floor. We had to use our towels to clean the soaked floor and we asked the host for new towels and they did not provide any. Therefore we showered with dirty towels the entire time. There was no toilet paper when we arrived. I asked for a partial refund due to the bathroom being so incredibly bad and flooding our apartment and they advised it’s not in their policy. I hope this place can fix these issues before the entire apartment complex has a moulding and flooding issue. There was also hairs in the bed when we arrived. One of the beds mattresses is so diagonal that you can literally falll of the bed when sleeping. I understand the price was due to the excellent location but at least providing the bare minimum like toilet paper and a working bathroom would be good.
