• Francois (9/5): Grand appartement bien placé pour rayonner sur Tenerife. - Bonne localisation. L’appartement est grand. La terrasse est vraiment sympa. Parfaitement adapté pour une famille de 4. C’est très facile de se garer dans la rue. La résidence est vraiment sympa avec une belle piscine. La communication avec le gérant est très bonne. Manque un petit peu de produits d’entretien. Prévoir par exemple votre produit pour la machine à laver. La résidence est calme mais comme l’isolation est faible, on entend vite les voisins le matin depuis les chambres.

• Vitalii (10/5): - Апартаменти зручні для перебування родини з дітьми. Є все необхідне обладнання на кухні та для пляжного відпочинку. Окремо потрібно відзначити шикарний вид на океан з патіо!!! На території комплексу наявна парковка яка була не заповнення але нам не надали можливість нею скористатись. Тому довелось паркувати авто на ніч на вулиці.

• Stefan (9/5): - Toller Meerblick und komplett renoviertes Appartement. Die Anlage ist in die Jahre gekommen, aber es wird sehr an Renovierungen gearbeitet. Sehr schnelle WhatsApp Kommunikation mit Gladys. Rechts von der Anlage befindet ein verfallenes Hotel, welches man von der Terrasse nicht sieht
• Mona (3/5): Vi vil ikke leie leiligheten igjen. - Ligger i et hyggelig område ikke langt fra sentrum av Candelaria. Fin utsikt fra leilighetens terrasse. Støy fra arbeider rundt leiligheten i 14 dager. Det ødela hele oppholdet. Leiligheten virket trang i og med at den var på to etasjer.

• Marko (10/5): A phenomenal stay! - Everything was great! A very nice and modern appartment with a view of the ocean. Great kitchen that had everything we needed. It was absolutely worth the moeny and it was probably the best accomodation we had in Tenerife. Really nothing. Maybe just that one of the bathrooms didn't have a lock on the door.

• Nataliia (10/5): Рекомендую! - Неймовірний вид і просто фантастична тераса з панорамою на океан. Сніданки на терасі на світанку стали справжнім ритуалом і моментом абсолютного спокою. Помешкання дуже затишне, світле та комфортне, є все необхідне для приємного відпочинку. Атмосфера сприяє повному розслабленню та перезавантаженню. Нічого — все було чудово.

• Frank (10/5): - En dejlig lejlighed med skøn altan, som på billedet. God seng, stort tv. Dejligt køkken, fin WiFi. Beliggende i et stille lokalt område, Bus til Santa Cruz lige udenfor døren, det er den samme bus. Der via 2 stop bringer en til motorvejen hvor de øvrige busforbindelser til øen går. Supermarked 10 min væk i begge retninger. Vi brugte ikke swimmingpool området.

• Jonas (9/5): - Großer Balkon, zwei Badezimmer. Waschmaschine vorhanden. Man kann gut auf den Balkon frühstücken und essen. Restaurants sind fußläufig erreichbar. Pool der zur Wohnanlage gehört kann mitbenutzt werden und ist relativ groß und sauber. Kein Schlüssel, sondern Keycode zur Türöffnung, fanden wir sehr praktisch. Guter Support durch Vermietungsagentur. Einfacher Kontakt über WhatsApp. Gute Lage als Startpunkt, da Nähe zur Autobahn. Die Wohnung liegt in einem Gebäudekomplex, der nicht dem Standard der Inneneinrichtung der Wohnung entspricht. Nebenan befindet sich eine verfallene Hotelruine, die nicht sehr ansprechend aussieht. Auf dem Balkon sind keine Sonnenliegen vorhanden, was schade war da man nicht auf den Balkon liegen konnte. Ausstattung an Geschirr recht minimal, für 2 Personen gerade so in Ordnung. Parksituation ist wie häufig beschrieben manchmal ein Problem. Mal findet man easy einen Parkplatz, mal muss man 5-10 min suchen und dann laufen. Uns wurde auf Rückfrage die Fernbedienung für das Tor zu den Privatparkplätzen gebracht. Die Parkplätze werde alle paar Monate unter den verschiedenen Wohnungen des Komplexes verlost, wir hatten gerade Glück. Trotzdem gab es eine Beschwerde von einem anderen Mieter, dass wir auf dem falschen Parkplatz parken, was nicht stimmte. Die Vermietungsagentur war hierbei aber sehr hilfreich.

Todo muy bien

• Alazne (8/5): Buen apartamento vacacional - El apartamento esta bien situado, en una zona residencial tranquila y cerca de supermercados y restaurantes. Es muy espacioso y estaba muy limpio. Anfitriona pendiente y que nos dio alguna recomendación de la zona. Lo recomendamos! La caldera era un poco pequeña, y al final de las duchas siempre nos terminaba saliendo agua fría. El menaje de la cocina es muy completo pero si echamos de menos servilletas, papel higiénico..

El apartamento está muy bien. - La limpieza, está muy bien equipado, la terraza y las camas, el trato personal con Gladys genial, responde a todas las dudas e informa de todo al detalle. Las fotos no se corresponden con la realidad. El complejo está bastante viejito y descuidado, excepto la piscina que está genial (a falta de hamacas). El sofá del salón es muy incómodo para estar sentado. El aparcamiento no fue fácil. En cuatro días no encontramos uno a menos de 500 metros. Si vas cargado con maletas o compra del súper se hace un poco pesado.

• Berenika (9/5): Superb - Great communication with the owner, close to the coastline, there’s a pool on the property area which has ocean views which was great and no one was really there beside us in April. The place was very clean and modern. The kitchen was well equipped and the terrace with ocean view was spectacular. It’s also easy to park on the street. During the day there was a little bit of noise from the neighbors (but during the night time it was quiet) and a little bit of morning construction noise but overall it was totally bearable and we really enjoyed our stay

The location is perfect—peaceful yet close to everything—and the sea views are stunning, especially at sunset. Plus, the host was really attentive and made sure everything was perfect. I’d definitely stay here again. Highly recommended!
