• Tania (9/5): It was great, highly recommended. - A modern, beautiful and comfortable hotel with attention to the small details. We didn’t feel like anything was missing. The breakfast was good, the service and hospitality were excellent, and overall everything was great. The pool water was freezing, to the point that it was hard to get in. We still went in, and within half a day all of us caught a cold. It would be better if the pool was heated a little.

• Travis (10/5): I loved staying at Tribe phuket - The location was perfect and the staff and facilities were amazing and very clean. I don’t have anything negative to say except be prepared to leave a 3000 baht deposit on arrival which is normal and you get back at the end of your stay.

The room and facilities were gorgeous and always clean. The staff were amazing (shout out to Lovely, Ravi, Fafir and all the other staff) for always being so friendly and helpful and making us feel so welcome. Thank you to Chacha for organising the sending of my mum’s eye glasses to our hotel in Bangkok. The buffet breakfast was amazing, location was amazing. We loved it all! Thank you, team 🙏🏻💙 Nothing to not love about TRIBE 💙

My room was clean and it had various ports for plugs and usb/c. My bathroom was nice and clean. Robes and slides provided. The balcony was a lovely touch to my room. Honestly my best room on my trip. Would definitely come here again. Breakfast buffet is a must! So many options!!

From the moment I arrived, the staff were warm, welcoming, and incredibly attentive, making me feel valued right away. The room was spotless, beautifully designed, and extremely comfortable—everything I needed for a relaxing stay was there. The amenities were top-notch, and every detail seemed thoughtfully planned. I especially appreciated how शांत and peaceful the atmosphere was, making it easy to unwind after a long day. The food was also fantastic, with plenty of delicious options to choose from. What really stood out, though, was the level of service. Every staff member went above and beyond to ensure my stay was perfect, always ready to help with a smile. Overall, this was one of the best hotel experiences I’ve ever had, and I’ll definitely be coming back. Highly recommended! The only issue during my stay was a mix-up at checkout where I was initially overcharged. However, it was quickly identified and rectified by the staff without any hassle.

Staff is friendly and approachable too. 10 min walk to the famous Bangla road but you wouldn’t want to stay near that place and all it’s 20 plus year old hotels anyway.
