- Franmarie (8/5): Very convenient and relatively comfortable for big groups. - Walking distance from SM Mall of Asia. Convenience stores are within the vicinity. Grab food is also available. The airconditioning is very cool. The heater needs to be addressed as it is not as warm as I have expected. There are baby cockroaches especially in the kitchen area.
- janet (4/5): - The unit didn't have electricity when we first checked in. We have to wait till 8 in the evening. The washing machine was broken, and there was no microwave in the unit. The kitchen sink was stocked up. Water hitter only works in one of the bathrooms. The place is ok. But I will not recommend it to anyone.

- Nellie (9/5): Great value for money, clean & very spacious - Clean and spacious. Bigger than most apartments we’ve stayed in. The host was great and accommodated all our needs and very helpful.

- Néstor (5/5): - The unit is spacious as described The unit was very deteriorated. I had to wash the carpets because they had very unpleasant stains and also fix one of the cabinets doors. Not attention to detail cleaning and maintaining the unit. Some services described weren't included when we arrived. No microwave, no Netflix and not accessible plugs in the bedrooms. The cabinets were full of random stuff without any utility. Not clean and organized. Worn out sponge and no soap to wash the dishes. No bulb in some of the lamps
