- Antunez Justino (5/5): Suffisant pour le prix - Personnel aimable et répondant à nos demandes. Le restaurant de l'hôtel propose de bon plats pas cher. Situé à 10min de la plage et de la vie nocturne. Le bar avec happy hour n'était jamais ouvert. La piscine n'était pas entretenue Ils n'ont pas nettoyé la chambre durant le séjour. Les toilettes de la réception étaient sale. Il fallait demander du papier toilette à la réception Situé à côté d'une rue très bruyante.

- Jamie (1/5): Do not stay here!!!! - The location was the only ok thing with this hotel When we turned up for a family room we were told we had two rooms in two of there different hotels. The hotel was under renovation which we was not told about we have 3 children that wanted to use the pool and couldn’t because it was closed even though we were sent a message on here stating we could use there pool and pool bar. We was sent to the reel hotel pool down the road but it was filthy so we decided against it. The hotel is dirty marks up the walls and does not look nice. Our rooms weren’t great and the bathroom was absolutely disgusting, we had to hold the shower button in our room to keep the shower on and in my sons bathroom the shower leaked under the floorboards and into his room. The hairdryer plug in the bathroom was hanging off off the wall and there was lots of cockroaches. I would stay clear of this hotel. The fact we can only add four photos to show the hotel is funny because we have a few to share!!!!

- Singh (1/5): Room with no electricity and super hot without AC, till 8:30 PM on new year's eve. - Bathtub was good, location was good. But overall it was not a good experience. The room that we were given did not have electricity. No appliance and lights were working, also without AC it was very uncomfortable. We reported it to the staff asap, at around 2:40 PM. Before that the checking time is 2PM, we stood in line for 20 mins for checkin then waited outside room for 10 mins for, then finally entered. The person who came with us to show room, noticed ac not working. Said he will be back in 5 mins, never came back. Went to reception multiple times, by evening 5 PM, they always disregarded my concern, and post that they said they are trying something but right infront of me booking customers at a much cheaper rate than shown online, at 1000 Baht approx, where as I booked for 3000 with no electricity. Finally after much hassle and wasting time we got a room with basic amenities working at around 8:30 PM.

- Philipp (1/5): Sehr schlecht - Nichts, Finger weg Zimmer waren bei der übgabe extrem dreckig, überall Haare auf dem Boden und Krümmel. Klimaanlage komplett schimmelig und siffig. Zimmer hat extrem wiederlich gestunken. Von vier Tagen Aufenthalt, wurde nicht einmal gereinigt oder freiwillig neue Handtücher gegeben. Letztes siffloch, Finger weg!

- Roman (5/5): - I stayed at a Superior Room. My impressions from staying at Cocoon APK Resort & Spa are mixed. On the one hand, the rooms are quite basic, the furniture is not new. On the other hand, it's a good value for money. Also, the location is great, a few steps away from Bangla Boxing Stadium. A special credit i would like to give to the administration and the staff at reception. They were always very attentive and accommodating, always tried to fix everything in a very supportive and flexible way. I would like to thank them for their attention to all my requests! Don't expect anything 'de luxe'. Everything is quite basic but it serves its function.

- Matthias (1/5): - One of the receptionists was pretty spot-on and managed the chaos as good as possible. Pictures are heavily mis-leading. Check-In process very chaotic, facility completely worn down and very smelly bathroom (rooftop bar, pool, elevator ?) - even I had the best room category. Completely unacceptable. No working WIFI in the room, had to ask twice for towels, etc. I could write a book about it... It was a sheer nightmare. Hotel is well known amongst Patong's hotel staff. Investor/Owner does not care about customer satisfaction, just wants to make quick $. These kind of business model is not fair to the hard working local staff and puts a negative light on the tourism in Phuket.

- Andriu (2/5): Inaceptable - La ubicación Llegamos a las 8 de la mañana y nos dijeron que nos fuéramos a dar vueltas por la ciudad, porque ellos no hacían check in al hotel hasta las 14:00. Pues eso, a dar vueltas por toda la ciudad 6 horas con las maletas jajaja Estuvimos 4 noches y a pesar de pedir repetidas veces que por favor pase el personal de limpieza, en 3 días nadie vino a limpiar. Y eso que avisamos en persona en la recepción del hotel, y aún así fue inútil. Luego pedimos unas toallas (Ya que no nos dieron nuevas porque no vino el servicio de limpieza) y tardaron como 1 hora en subirlas. Después nos dimos cuenta de que la cama tiene un agujero del cual van saliendo y entrando cucarachas :) Y eso sin contar la que estaba muerta delante de nuestra puerta durante 3 días :D Lo único bueno fue la ubicación.
- Marcus (1/5): Terrible - Location Ac would only turn on to maximum or off the remote did nothing had to remove the key to turn off . The shower was cold and the room stank and flooded completely every time you had a shower

- Danielle (4/5): Horrible - Nothing the room was horrible. Workers outside our room. Making noise. Halls all filthy. On level 6 and lifts did not work and we had to carry our suitcases down stairs. Tv cable did not work so we had no tv. Bed was very squeaky and mattress very uncomfortable

Faltou água no prédio por questões de pagamento durante dois dias inteiros. O café da manhã não foi servido por causa da restrição da fiscalização e da falta de água. Não indicado.
