- Piotr (1/5): La peor experiencia!!! - Lo único bueno que puedo decir es la ubicación y atención de Barbara que se ocupa de este piso. Lo demás una de las peores experiencias. Lee más abajo: No es piso para amigos, lo máximo para dos personas y que sean pareja ya que solo hay 1 baño y para entrar tienes que pasar por la habitación!!! Limpieza escasa!!!! Es un piso totalmente interior, las ventanas dan al patio interior y ventanas de los vecinos!!!! Faltaban sábanas!! En general te recomiendo buscar otra cosa y si te pasa como a nosotros pies reclama enseguida y pide devolución del parte del dinero!!! El check in online abusivo. Hasta que no lo haces no recibes info ninguna. La web del check in no funcionaba y cero ayuda por parte del propietario!!! No respondió nada. Tenía que llamar a atención del booking que por suerte me ayudaron.

- Guest (6/5): Carino ma... - Appartamento ben arredato,pulito e ben posizionato rispetto al centro città. Il processo di self check in è inaccettabile per la sua complessità ed il tempo che richiede. A fronte del pagamento di una somma non indifferente per un pernottamento, l'ospite non deve essere costretto a compilare form estesi, da un telefono, e farsi pure un selfie per l'accettazione. Il documento inviato, con foto, deve bastare ed avanzare. Se i proprietari hanno bisogno di un addetto al front desk per la struttura, cercarlo nel cliente pagante non mi sembra una buona idea di marketing. Per il resto, proprietari davvero fantasmi, mai visti e mai sentiti a parte per le email di istruzioni, quindi nessun rapporto interpersonale.

- Armando (7/5): Comfortable apartment for a few nights stay in Parma. Lacking a few comforts, but overall good. - Centrally located apartment with a comfortable bed and fold-out sofa and space enough for a family of 4. Spacious, and quiet, with all the facility one needs for a stay in Parma. Owners are nice and responsive. Although mostly ok, the apartment could have been cleaner. Specifically the floor was a little sticky when we walked on it with sandals. We thus, didn’t walk around with socks. Some dishes were also not properly washed. The air conditioner in the living room made a terrible racket, which I had to rig a fix for. Thankfully the owners promised to fix it, as well as to look out for dirty dishes. The television screens also do not allow for screen mirroring or casting, which is not a must, but would have been nice to have.
