• CONSTANT (9/5): Joli petit appartement agréable et fonctionnel - Petit logement propre, confortable et fonctionnel, proche de Saint-Louis et de Bâle-Mulhouse. Nous y avons trouvé tout l'équipement nécessaire pour y passer une soirée agréable. C'était la troisième fois que nous y avons logé et n'hésiterons pas à y retourner.

Hace más de 10 días que contacté con este alojamiento para informarles de que sufrí un ingreso de urgencia en la **UCI** donde, lamentablemente, estuve a punto de fallecer. Aporté toda la documentación médica oficial que acredita la veracidad de los hechos. Mi única petición fue que, ante esta causa de fuerza mayor, me facilitaran un **bono** para disfrutar de la estancia en el futuro. Mientras que las aerolíneas y otros servicios han empatizado dándome reembolsos o bonos, este establecimiento **ni siquiera se ha dignado a contestar mis mensajes**. (Les he contactado por correo electrónico , whasasp y a través de la misma app de booking) ME CONSTA QUE HAN RECIBIDO Y LEÍDO MIS MENSAJES. Es inhumano que ignoren a un cliente en una situación tan extrema. No solo es una falta de ética profesional, sino que vulnera mis derechos. Procederé a interponer la reclamación pertinente en Consumo y las denuncias necesarias donde haga falta . • Evi (9/5): Comfortabel en compleet - Alle al vooraf opgemaakte bedden sliepen heerlijk, ook de slaapbanken. Keuken en badkamer mist niets. Binnenkomst met sleutelkastje ging heel soepel. We waren met 2 volwassenen en 3 kinderen voor een tussenstop en beveel dit plekje van harte aan. Ik denk dat het de verdieping erboven was waarvan de vloer wat kraakt als daar iemand loopt. Verder geen minpunt te bedenken.

• Monique (10/5): Heerlijk appartement voor een overnachting op doorreis - Self check in, mooi schoon appartement en wat lekkere chocolaatjes als ontvangst. Mogelijkheid om koffie of thee te pakkken. En mocht je zelf gaan koken dan stond er in de kast genoeg aan kruiden om te gebruiken. Het is dat we op doorreis puur voor overnachten kwamen, maar bij langer verblijf heb je zeker alles voorhanden.

It was very noisy for us, you could hear the neighbours, the traffic from the street and the church bells were ringing every 15 min (thank God not during the night). • Rémi (10/5): Chouette appartement très bien situé près de l’aéroport - Très bien situé, à quelques minutes de l’aéroport. Il n’est pas dans le couloir de la piste, donc on n’entend pas les avions. Appartement propre et bien équipé. Places de parking devant l’établissement. Le carillon de l’église s’arrête à 22h, vous ne serez pas embêté la nuit. Situé à un carrefour avec feu tricolore, mais peu de trafic la nuit.

Очень приветливая хозяйка! Отдельно отмечу, что для каждого было по 2 подушки разного размера, это идеально! А еще мне понравился удобный жесткий матрац, как я люблю.

• christine (8/5): Pratique pour visiter Bâle - Le logement est situé au 1er étage dans une maison ancienne et a été complètement refait et modernisé. Nous n'y passions qu'une seule nuit et les équipements nous suffisaient. L'arrêt de bus devant l'entrée nous a permis de nous rendre dans le centre de Bâle (magnifique) et bien décoré avant Noël. Le parking gratuit est appréciable. Mauvaise insonorisation. On entend bien la circulation qui reprend vers 5-6 heures le matin, les cloches de l'église qui sonnent à partir de 7 H tous les 1/4 d'heure et les pas dans l'appartement au-dessus de nous.

• Elisabet (8/5): Apartamentos cómodos limpios y acogedores. - Los propietarios fueron muy atentos y detallistas, dejándonos nuestros nombres en la entrada de los apartamentos. Todo muy limpio y cómodo y acogedor. Lo cogimos porque quedaba cerca del aeropuerto, para una única noche, pero tendríamos que haberlo cogido algunos días más, porque estaba muy bien equipado y ubicado.

Complimenti ai gestori, entrando c'era profumo di pulito e si vede l'amore nell' arredarlo e renderlo accogliente! Super! Assolutamente nulla!

Personale molto gentile a disposizione, non riuscivamo a far funzionare la televisione ed è arrivata subito. I mobili e gli oggetti all’interno erano tutti funzionanti e in buono stato. • Nadine (9/5): Moderne Wohnung für zwei Personen - In einem Fachwerkhaus so eine schöne Wohnung einzurichten ist eine Kunst. Wirklich toll gemacht. Modern eingerichtet und alles was man braucht vorhanden. Die Treppe könnte ein richtiges Geländer vertragen. Personen die auf eins angewiesen sind kommen die Treppe schlecht hoch und runter.

• Samantha (9/5): Top verblijf - Alles stond klaar bij aankomst voor hond, baby en onszelf. Het appartement is ruim, prima keuken waar we ontbijt hebben gemaakt. Dicht bij de snelweg Op doorreis prima, maar ik zou er niet een week verblijven ivm de omgeving.

• Kitty (8/5): Prima overnachting onderweg. - Genoeg ruimte met onze 3 kinderen van 9/7/3,5. Goed te bereiken vanaf de snelweg, prima stop op weg naar Italië. Ietwat laag plafond, maar dat is uiteraard geen echt probleem voor 1 nacht
• Ute (6/5): Akzeptabel, aber wir hatten es besser erwartet - Die Wohnung ist hübsch eingerichtet und hat ein modernes Bad. Der Check- In ist unkompliziert mit Schlüsselbox und ein Parkplatz direkt vor dem Haus. An der Wohnungstür steht der Name der Mieter. Die Wohnung ist in einem Altbau und die Decken sind niedrig. Bewegt sich jemand in der Nachbarwohnung oder im Flur, knarrt es laut. Unsere Nachbarn sind sehr früh abgereist und viel umhergelaufen. Müll stand zudem bei Ankunft im Hausflur. Der Bewegungsmelder in der Wohnung ist viel zu hell und nervt beim Schlafen. Wir haben auch die Couch als zusätzlichen Schlafplatz benötigt, da hat man es extrem gemerkt. Nachts um 1 Uhr wurden wir von der Waschmaschine im angrenzenden Raum geweckt. Man hatte das Gefühl ein Flugzeug würde neben einem landen. Es gab eine Kaffeemaschine, aber keine Kapsel dafür. Eine Einkaufsmöglichkeit um die Ecke gibt es nicht. Das Restaurant hatte abends geschlossen.

• SteveBoP (10/5): Sehr gemütliche Unterkunft die Kinderherzen höher schlagen lässt💕 - Die Wohnung ist sehr gemütlich. Es sind so viele Details die das Erlebnis stimmig machen. Unsere Kinder erhielten zum Beispiel ein kleines Geschenk. Aber auch schon davor waren sie begeistert von der Wohnung und Einrichtung und fragen wann wir zurückkommen können. Außerdem gab es sogar einen minibar Service mit lokalen Getränken. Super 👍 WiFi Passwort ging, aber Internet wollte nicht verbinden. War aber nicht wichtig für uns.

• CS (9/5): - Het appartement voldeed aan onze verwachtingen en de omschrijving op Booking.com. Voor de hond was een snack een drinkbakje en een kleedje klaargelegd. Omdat onze reisplannen een aantal keer zijn gewijzigd moest ik een paar keer omboeken, dat was geen enkel probleem en dat waardeerde ik zeer!
