- Marta (2/5): Omijać szerokim łukiem apartament oraz inne agencji Comfort(sic!) apartments - Lokalizacja jest świetna, sam apartament urządzony ładnie i minimalistycznie, dodatkowa kołdra i ręczniki dostępne, umożliwiono mi wcześniejszy check in, co miało mi ułatwić późniejszą pracę on-line, zgoda na wcześniejsze wymeldowanie Brak wieszaków w szafie z jedynie powieszenia ubrań, bez półek, BRAK INTERNETU,co jak widać po poprzednich recenzjach jest problemem od dawna. Kontakt z agencją wynajmującą był koszmarny, od pierwszej chwili nie było internetu, modem był odłączony, bez żadnych wskazówek żeby go podłączyć. Po użyciu czterech podanych numerów kontaktowych tylko pod jednym ktoś odebrał mówiąc, że skontaktuje się z włąścicielem apartamentu i "ma nadzieję,że odezwie się on tego samego dnia", co od początku było kłamstwem, ponieważ problem z internetem był od dawna. Nie miałam żadnej odpowiedzi. Opuściłam apartament nastęnego dnia i mimo tego, że spędziłam w apartamencie jedynie noc, zostało bez skrupułów doliczone +300zł za sprzątanie. Taki regulamin.

Według mnie ten pokój nie zasługuje na miano apartamentu.Odradzam.

Unfortunately, the management is at the lowest possible level, which made the experience very disappointing. Upon arrival, I asked about parking and was told there was none and never had been, even though it was clearly mentioned in the booking. In the end, it turned out there actually was parking, but the person I spoke with simply didn’t know. How is that even possible? Next issue – no Wi-Fi, although it was advertised. I needed to work and couldn’t. The kitchen LED light was broken, stuck on all the time, and couldn’t be switched off, even at night. I reported these problems, but after my first messages, the administrator stopped responding completely. The apartment also lacks basic essentials: there’s a big wardrobe, but no hangers, so clothes had to stay in my backpack. The shower was broken. The front door lock is in poor condition – i didn’t even use the top lock after almost getting stuck inside on the first morning. Towels and soap were placed randomly around the flat, so I had to search for them. All in all, a central and modern apartment, but badly managed, poorly maintained, and not as advertised.
