• أبو وافي (1/5): - الموقع وحجم الشقة المضيف غير ودود ومزعج وقت الخروج ويقوم بالتهديد والوعيد قبل الخروج وأثناء ذلك وقبل الدخول لا يقوم بالسماح لك إلا حينما يحل الوقت بالدقيقة ولو جئت قبل ذلك بخمس دقائق لن يفتح لك ولا يوجد مصعد والشقة في الدور الثالث والأسرة قديمه وتصميم الصالة (مكان الأريكة والتلفاز ) خطأ والستارة متهالكة ..
• geoffrey (7/5): Belle emplacement et bon rapport qualité prix. Dommage pour l’isolation - Top emplacement, réponse rapide du personnel L’isolation du châssis dans le salon. Le froid et le bruit passe à travers.

• Kate (8/5): - I didn't like being asked for proof of identity without warning and only 3 hours before we planned to check in ... and by a management company we'd never heard of see above
• Iveta (3/5): Unfortunately, except for the location there were no goods sides of the place - The location. Everything else was total disappointment - there was no wi fi which is totally unacceptable for a hosting experience - they told us to use the neighbours wi fi which was stopping all the time… - the hosts did not provide us with check in details until the very last moment when we were in front of the door after insisting on providing me with such - totally disappointing as we were with our 2 kids - not clear check in instructions at all - we had to ask them several times for clarifications and some of the instructions were totally misleading - the cleanliness is totally disappointing- bathroom was so dirty as well as the sofa and the floor. - really noisy from the busy road and all the bars below the property - -although we needed late check in they told me there was a booking and other tenants are coming (totally untrue as I checked the calendar on booking) and although we were with two kids they told us we can stay 1 more extra hour however the cleaning lady started knocking on the door at 9:55 so we had to leave even earlier than needed! Again really disappointing - asked them to store our luggage for several hours - totally unresponsive and unhelpful on that issue even with advising where we can do it nearby - not enough towels and sheets for 4 people - the hosts were totally unwilling to help on each and every issue or question we might have and this is really disappointing although they knew we are travelling with two small kids (3 and 4) and for my daughters birthday. - wouldn’t recommend it all.
