Andrea (5/5): Nice property. Careless and unprofessional management. - Nice location and very new complex of buildings. The apartment was very recently finished and was located in a very nice neighborhood. Furniture in the apartment looked of good quality, including a large TV with Netflix. Internet connection was good. shower gel, shampoo and forks were missing from the apartment. Due to work arrangements, we could not have time to visit a store during our 3 days stay, resulting in not being able to shower. The pillows in the bedroom are about 3 times the thickness of a normal pillow, and for some reason they are very rigid. Everybody found them unusable. There was a major leak in the bathroom sink which caused its floor to flood. The management has ignored each attempt at reaching out to them. All the shortcomings, albeit causing great discomfort, were very easy to fix, and we were surprised that nobody cared to even attempt to do so.
