• Marek (6/5): - Przestronny dwupoziomowy apartament w niedużej odległości od centrum (ok. 20-25 min. pieszo). Bardzo wygodne sypialnie, każda z własną łazienką. Brak miejsca parkingowego w pobliżu apartamentu. Miejsca parkingowe bezpłatne oraz płatne były praktycznie cały czas zajęte. Słabe wyposażenie kuchni (brak filiżanek do kawy, deski do krojenia), brak wieszaków w szafach (dwa na cały apartament).

• Nelu (1/5): Am cautat alta cazare. - Nimic. Nu au parcare privata. Cladirea in care se afla apartamentele este oribila, peretii din casa scarii si usile de la intrare sunt vechi si murdare. Apartamentele sunt mizerabile, in dormitoare miroase a mucegai. Am inchiriat doua apartament iar intr-unul nu mergea caldura, deoarece caloriferele erau fisurate, gazda intai insista ca totul este in regula, dupa ce a venit la fata locului a inceput sa spuna ca acea unitate se incalzeste doar cu aer conditionat, iar cand am cerut sa fim cazati intr-un alt apartament disponibil a spus ca ar avea alt apartament dar nu ne mai primeste.

• Ilja (7/5): - The host reageerde snel. Zo deed ons warme water het niet, werd er binnen een kwartier een monteur geregeld die het voor ons opgelost had. Het huis was schoon en er was een ruime keuken. Het bed lag heerlijk en er was veel kastruimte in de slaapkamer en in de keuken. Vooral het parkeren. Er word gepromoot met gratis parkeren, maar er is geen eigen gratis parkeerplek. De strook voor het huis word steeds bezet gehouden door buren die parkeerplekken claimen met pionnen en verzwaarde waterflessen. We zijn 3x aan komen rijden op verschillende dagen en 3x hadden we niet gelijk plek. De eerste dag hebben we 3 kwartier rond gereden voor we plek hadden en de andere 2 momenten hebben we de pionnen verzet, om toch gratis te kunnen parkeren, waarnaar de buren onze ruitenwissers omhoog gezet hadden om duidelijk te maken dat dat niet de bedoeling was. Dichtbij zijn verder geen gratis parkeerplaatsen. De host reageerde verbaasd toen we aangaven geen plek te hebben, alsof dat alleen aan ons lag, terwijl we 3 verschillende momenten doordeweeks geen plek konden vinden. Dus het lijkt ons sterk dat het aan ons lag... Het huis was schoon, maar ook wat verouderd, bijv. vlekken op de bank, een regendouche kop die los zit van het plafond.

• Irina (7/5): Nice looking apartment with inconveniences - The layout of the apartment, spacious kitchen and bedrooms, natural light. Lots of space. The water pressure of the shower was extremely low, making it very difficult to shower. One of the two nights there was no hot water. The level of cleanliness wasn’t as good as expected. I had pieces of hair on my bed pillow and the toilet bowl was rusted on the bottom. One bedroom’s bathroom didn’t have any soap in the dedicated soap container from the apartment and in the other bathroom there was a strong and persistent sewer smell. The wifi wasn’t working either.

• Victor Ionut (1/5): Disappointing stay due to poor air quality, mold issues, and a misleading property description. - The location was approximately 15–20 minutes walking distance to the old city center. The apartment was located in the basement, which was not mentioned in the property description (only ground floor or second floor were specified). If this had been clearly stated, we would not have booked this accommodation. From the moment we entered, there was a strong and persistent smell of cigarette smoke and mold throughout the entire apartment. Breathing air with mold is not acceptable or healthy, and it caused real discomfort our eyes and throats were irritated, clearly indicating very poor air quality. In the bathroom of one bedroom, there was visible mold in the shower and bathtub, and the door frame was detached from the wall, posing a safety risk. Additionally, the door handle of one bedroom was broken and could easily come off. In the second bathroom, there were also visible signs of mold, and in one of the bedrooms, the ceiling was swollen, clearly showing humidity or water infiltration issues. Although there were two dehumidifiers, humidity did not drop below 45%, and in the first bathroom, the shower was dripping continuously, including during the night, which was very disturbing and likely contributed to the mold problem. The sofa in the living room had a very unpleasant smell, and the kitchen was not equipped with the minimum necessary dishes, not even to prepare a simple breakfast. The owner later offered an alternative accommodation in another part of the city, but it had only one bedroom. Since we were two couples, this was not a real solution, as it would have required one couple to sleep in the living room without privacy. Therefore, we refused the offer.

The bed sheets were initially dirty and we asked to be changed (we were responded quickly), but the bathroom were not clean. Also, the windows and soundproofing were poor, we can hear if someone was talking outside.

Comunicarea a fost excelentă, totul a decurs ușor și fără stres, iar atenția la detalii ne-a făcut să ne simțim cu adevărat bineveniți. Apartamentul este impecabil: foarte curat, modern, primitor și amenajat cu mult bun gust. Locația este superbă, liniștită și totodată foarte bine poziționată – un loc perfect pentru relaxare și pentru a te bucura de frumusețea Brașovului. Recomand cu toată încrederea KOA Apartments și cu siguranță vom reveni. O cazare care îți rămâne în suflet! 💙

Raportul calitate/pret este ce trebuie! Avem o simpla sugestie - ar fi buni niste papuci de unica folosinta in locuinta pentru baie/ dupa dus.

• Alessandro Falini (9/5): Ottima posizione! - Appartamento molto carino, ben arredato,molto moderno e con due bagni. Camera matrimoniale ampia e ben arredata ma l'unica piccola pecca e' il divano letto che però e' piccolo per due persone. La posizione e' ottima, in circa 20minuti si arriva tranquillamente in centro. Parcheggio in strada sempre disponibile. Il divano letto è adatto a due bambini non certamente a due ragazzi.

The design is simple but stylish, and it really feels like a comfortable home, not just a rental. The host was extremely kind, helpful, and quick to respond to any questions we had, which made our stay even smoother. Check-in and check-out were easy, and the location was great for exploring the area. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a clean, comfortable, and modern apartment with a reliable host. Would definitely stay again! The parking was a little tricky, but nothing that would lower the rating.

• Larina (8/5): Bel appartement mais bruyant - Bel appartement, spacieux avec 1 salle de bain dans la chambre et 1 toilette à l'entrée, très pratique. Bonnes indications pour arriver à l'appartement. L'appartement est juste à côté de logemements étudiants. Nous avons séjourné la nuit de jeudi et de vendredi, il y avait de la musique forte jusqu'à minuit environ. Et dans la cuisine ça sent fort la cigraette froide.

В апартаментах 2 ванних кімнати і в одній був дуже слабий напір гарячої води. Також у нас не вийшло зробити каву, бо кава машина не працювала

• Hendrik (8/5): Mooi appartement iets buiten het centrum - Twee badkamers, goed werkende airco’s. Drie wc’s wat echt een pluspunt is. Goede bedden. Wasmachine met wasmiddel. Goede mooie grote keuken met uitzicht. Mooie indeling, veel ruimte en licht. Veel parkeerplaatsen in de buurt. Mooi modern ingericht. Supermarkt dichtbij. De slaapkamers zijn voorzien van zonwering (dat zie je niet vaak bij appartementen in dit gedeelte van Europa). Voor mensen met verminderde mobiliteit is het appartement wellicht slecht toegankelijk. Één van de douches functioneerde maar half (niet de douchekop, wel de kraan voor de badkuip). Een van de zonweringen was eigenlijk kapot, de host zei dat het net gebeurd was en dat het gerepareerd zal worden.

• Anna (9/5): - דירה נקיה וגדולה עם כל הציוד הנדרש למשפחה. יחס נדיב של בעלי הדירה ענו לכל השאלה והמליצו על מקומות בילוי. בדרך כלל תמיד מצאנו חניה ליד הבית חינם. ספה בסלון קטנה ופחות מתאימה למבוגרים רק עם מדובר על ילדים קטנים

• Philip (9/5): Excellent apartment in Brasov - Lovely big space, very clean, well located. Comfortable and well equipped, good communication with the owner. Kitchen could use some more (smaller) saucepans. The one HUGE saucepan is not really suitable when cooking for one. Also, one window in the kitchen had no blind, so neighbours across the street could see into living room.
