• Przemysław (1/5): Tragedia!!!! - Kompletnie nic. Gorąco odradzam tego miejsca!!!! Tragedia, kobieta to oszustka. Sprawa została zgłoszona do rzecznika. Musieliśmy zarezerwować inne miejsce, ponieważ nie dało się tam spędzić ani jednej chwili. Apartament całkowicie odbiega od zdjęć, które zostały umieszczone w ogłoszeniu. Chociażby zarwana pufa, łóżko nienadające się do spania, pęknięte lustro, pozrywane listwy przypodłogowe, brudne i oskrobane ściany, popsute rolety itp.. Zdjęcia poniżej. Brak jakiejkolwiek kontaktu z wynajmującą, kontakt jedynie sms. Bezczelnie nas oszukała i tkwi w swoim przekonaniu że nie mamy podstaw do zwrotu pieniędzy.

Sam „apartament „ nie należy do tych z kategorii zadbanych i czystych, szczególnie należałoby zwrócić uwagę na czystość w łazience , bateria pod prysznicem już dawno się zużyła, kafle wymagają dokładnego umycia , szczególnie by nie było na nich włosów poprzednich wynajmujących . Pościel , szczególnie poduszki , kołdra też powinny być już wymienione bo położenie się w takiej pościeli do przyjemności nie należy .

• Monika (4/5): Wiele usterek, które sprawiają, że w mieszkaniu jest nieprzyjemnie. - Lokalizacja (blisko dworca). W wynajmowanym mieszkaniu „powitał” nas zapach papierosowy oraz cała kolonia robaków rybików. Brudne ściany, odchodzące listwy przypodłogowe, zakamieniony czajnik, pęknięta płyta indukcyjna, pęknięta muszla toaletowa. Wszystko to sprawiło, że w mieszkaniu nie chciało się przebywać, a tym bardziej spać. Nie polecam.

Location not in Stare Miasto(Old Town). But the apartment is located 20 min by walking Stare Miasto (Old Town) or 11 min by tram. It's not so bad. Nordic cover could be better

• Lisa (1/5): Syf!!! - Zdecydowanie NIE POLECAM tego miejsca. Apartament był skrajnie brudny i zaniedbany. W mieszkaniu ewidentnie nie było sprzątane. Na czajniku znajdowały się włosy. Na kanapie były zarówno włosy, jak i czarne oraz brązowe plamy. W łazience na ścianach i płytkach widoczne były czarne i brązowe zabrudzenia. Ściany w pokoju były całe brudne, pełne śladów. Na suficie znajdowały się pajęczyny. Brud był dosłownie wszędzie. Po kuchni i łazience biegały małe robaczki. Co gorsza, właściciel kpił z sytuacji i zaproponował, abyśmy dopłacili 50 zł, „żeby nie było robaków w pokoju”, co uważam za absolutny brak profesjonalizmu i szacunku do gości. Kontakt z właścicielem był tragiczny — zamiast rozwiązać problem, oczerniał nas i zachowywał się nieodpowiednio. Dodatkowo straszył zgłaszaniem sprawy i udostępnianiem naszych danych. Nie oczekuję luksusu, ale czystość to absolutna podstawa. Ten apartament nie spełnia nawet minimalnych standardów higieny. Pokój tragiczny, podejście właściciela tragiczne — szkoda pieniędzy, nerwów i czasu. Odradzam każdemu. Zdecydowanie NIE POLECAM tego miejsca. Apartament był skrajnie brudny i zaniedbany. W mieszkaniu ewidentnie nie było sprzątane. Na czajniku były włosy. Na kanapie znajdowały się zarówno włosy, jak i czarne oraz brązowe plamy. W łazience na ścianach i płytkach były widoczne czarne i brązowe zabrudzenia. Ściana w pokoju była cała brudna, pełna śladów. Po kuchni i łazience biegały małe robaczki. Framugi i drzwi były zniszczone i wyglądały na zgnite, szczególnie przy łazience. Spłuczka do toalety była bardzo brudna. Nie oczekuję luksusu, ale czystość to absolutna podstawa — tutaj jej całkowicie zabrakło. Dodatkowo właściciel zachowywał się nieprofesjonalnie i straszył zgłaszaniem sprawy oraz udostępnianiem moich danych osobowych. Szkoda pieniędzy, nerwów i czasu. Odradzam każdemu

• tomasz (1/5): - Jak dla mnie to jest nie do przyjęcia aby w mieszkaniu były pajęczyny, pajączki. Przede wszystkim po ścianach wieczorami pełzał rybiki cukrowy. Dodatkowo nie działała główna roleta, przez co nie było ciemno nad ranem a wieczorem brakowało intymności.

• Kinga (4/5): - Location was great Apartment is ran down, sofa is broken and it's impossible to sit on. There was not even one coffee mug and all available glassware smell terribly. Overall apartment was unclean, bathroom needs thorough scrub and towels provided were unacceptable.

• Anouska (1/5): - Niks Het appartement was een deluxe, er was niks luxe aan, schimmel in badkamer vlekken op stoelen oude spullen. Deprimerent appartement Prijs was veel te duur voor wat ik kreeg. Ben ook maar 1 uur in appartement geweest en heb wat anders geboekt

• Andrea (3/5): I do not recommend - localities Poor equipment, almost everything broken. The bed for two was collapsing under the child. The mirror on the wardrobe was repaired with insulating tape. The table almost fell. Dirt on the terrace, bathroom and room. No cleaning equipment and the kitchen with such minimal equipment that I have never experienced it anywhere.

Checkout should be before 10AM and check in is after 4PM. 6 hours to clean flat is more then enough. Ceiling in bathroom is mold. Floor wasn’t washed in all apartment. Broken door below sink.

Toilet paper roll was already started :/ Because this is an apartment, I assume you stay here longer, but there is no things for long-stay here (no laundry gel, no simple cooking things), you need to buy everything!
• Oleksandr (4/5): Disappointing - The apartment is situated in a quiet location. Really close to the city center. The electric stove was broken and has been replaced with a portable smaller one. Additionally, the microwave is not functioning properly, so we were unable to warm up the food.
• Heather (10/5): Lovely visit to krakow, we really enjoyed our stay and very happy with the accommodation - Lovely clean property in an excellent location, felt safe as there was staff at reception 24/7 and locks were of high standard. The property itself was excellent, clean and had great facilities including a dishwasher and washing machine although we didn’t need to use them.
• Oleksiy (1/5): Bad - Nothing Everything. The flat looked nothing like pictures. Our flight was delayed and we checked in after midnight BUT when we opened the door, it was OMG what a horror flat, it looked run down, small, 1 bedroom was so small you wouldn't be able to move in it, 1 double bed fits in the room & 1 draw unit, u put your bag on the floor and have to climb into the bed. Living room/kitchenet just looked like cheap hotel room, you can't even call it living room, its really a kitchenet with sofabed by the door. No curtains or blinds (there is curtain rail but no curtains!!! We arrived late so how can you sleep? Flat is ground floor and another block of flats opposite, people looking into the flat, no privacy at all, street light into your window. Everyone walking pass the flat can see whats going on inside. Flat was booked with balcony, there was no balcony, you open the door and there is a patio, so dirty its unbelievable. Cigarette buds everywhere, I don't think they even try to clean this flat before we arrived. We checked out next day and i booked another flat on the same day as there is no way I could stay in it with 2 kids. Internet not existing. TV good luck getting to work. Horrible, absolutely horrible place. This flat should never be on Booking.com. Flat is completely not as described on Booking.com page

• Vera (8/5): Very good - Location of the property, shop in the territory of block of flats. Easy access to property with door code. Patio doors in the living room. Close distance to Krakow city and point locations. Microwave, tea and coffee, coffee machine in the flat. The flat itself is quite nice but in need of maintenance - door in bedroom is not closing properly, curtain in the living room kept on falling off the hooks and we were annoyed putting it back to the rail, we had a mop to wipe the fooor but we did not have the microfibre cover for the mop so could not keep the floors clean (we had 2 kids and for us it was important we keep area clean) :( Kitchen utensils are very basic - only 1 huge knife which we had to use for cutting veg, meat, fruit and bread... Flat could have more decent hangers in wardrobes and at least 3 kitchen towels, with one it is hard to manage when you come as a family with kids.

• Taras (10/5): Exceptional - Cozy quiet place, clean and tidy. Slow WiFi. Wasn't critical for me because of short stay, however if you need an internet for a work - negotiate with the host first.

• Ioannis (1/5): Dirty no-privacy apartment, avoid if you can - The only thing that we liked was that the place is very close to the Old Town of Cracow. Everything else. There were no curtains in either room (even though they were advertised in the photos), the apartment is on the ground floor so each passing person could fully see us during the day and night, so as you can imagine there was no privacy at all and we felt very uncomfortable. In addition, the external blinds in the living room and bedroom were broken, so you couldn't lower them. We have complained to the owners/managers and they replied that the blinds belong to the building administration. We stayed there for 5 nights, we asked for at least curtains to have some privacy, however, no one came to fix the problem. In addition, the photos presented on Booking, show a totally different apartment than we have received-photos looks very nice but in reality is very dirty and destroyed, plus things are missing, for example, the bed was different than in the photo. Instead of four chairs in the living room, there were 2 of them, one of which could not be used because it was broken. The soap in the bathroom shower did not work properly, probably the dispenser mechanism was broken. There was no table in the bedroom, the opposite to the photos, we had to keep our glasses and phones on the floor. There was a problem with the internet, it was poor quality. We had to work from the apartment and the internet was very, very slow. The apartment was very dirty - cobwebs with spiders outside the windows, broken walls, broken door frame in the bathroom, mold, small bugs, and ants in the apartment. In general, what the website presents, differs from reality. For sure these photos were taken right after the renovation, but a very long time ago. The price does not match what is actually offered. Despite reporting the problems, nothing happened, neither the blinds were repaired nor the curtains were delivered.

• Anna (9/5): Excellent for tourism, all interchanges and the center are nearby - The apartment is on the first floor of a residential complex with its own green courtyard, 5 minutes walk from the bus station, 7 from the railway and 10 from the very center of the city, next to a public transport stop and several shops "Zhabka". in the presence of an electric kettle, microwave, refrigerator, dishwasher, induction cooker, hair dryer, TV. The hosts are nice, all the instructions are perfect part of the lighting did not work, it was a bit dark, broken chairs, there were not enough household chemicals for cleaning and hygiene, there is nothing for washing, in hot weather this is a difficulty
