• Alexandra (1/5): - Je demande une facture de mon séjour depuis maintenant 3 semaines via booking et par email. Je n’ai aucune réponse. J’ai tenté d’appeler Hotiday à de multiples reprises, là encore aucune réponse (on reste 10 min sur un répondeur puis ça raccroche). L’hôtel Chalgrin en lui même est bien situé et propose des prestations très bien mais Hotiday est à fuir, il vaut mieux passer directement par le site de l’hôtel en lui même.

• German (8/5): Muy agradable. - Ubicación al lado del arco del triunfo, estupenda. sobre todo si quieres correr la maratón de París. Está justo en la salida y llegada pero sin aglomeraciones. Desayuno normal, correcto. Habitación normal pero también correcta y limpia. Servicio agradable.

• Tony (6/5): - La salle de bain propre et la douche est bien. Beau petit déjeuner. La clim ne fonctionnait pas. Et il faisait très chaud dans la chambre. Pas très confortable le coin bureau. Pas de porte papier toilette. Bruit de travaux dans l'immeuble. Alerte incendie parce qu une personne a pris une douche trop longue. Problème de passage d'info pour le petit dejeuner entre les équipes Difficile d'avoir une facture.

• Veronique (9/5): Séjour agréable - Établissement très bien placé et très agréable car chambre spacieuse et calme. Petit déjeuner copieux le premier jour et un peu moins le deuxième car pris plus tard . Le salon petit déjeuner pourrais êtes chauffé un peu plus .

Le calme Le personnel de réception Chambre au 1er étage "vieillotte", salle de bain à rénover (pas de mitigeur lavabo, fuite robinet eau froide, calcaire sur plan vasque et flexible baignoire, bas de porte abimé, abattant WC), déco chambre un peu datée. L'annonce des travaux en novembre est bienvenue.

• Beatrice (7/5): Nel complesso bene, perfetta per dormire e spostarsi - Posizione ottima, sia per chi vuole girare parigi, sia per chi deve prendere i mezzi per spostarsi. A 5 minuti a piedi si vedeva l'arco di trionfo. Letto comodo, in doccia erano presenti i vari saponi. Stanza climatizzata. Prima volta che con le tende non mi capita di svegliarmi per la luce che passa Ho notato un paio di macchie nelle coperte di sopra. La tavoletta del bagno era leggermente rovinata in uno o due punti e anche il marmo del lavandino. Spazio tra scrivania e letto quasi inesistente, non c'era armadio. Palestra mal fornita(basterebbr veramente poco), c'erano due sedie, ma nessuna panca, e alcuni manubri non erano in coppia. Nel complesso si riesce ad arrangiare un piccolo allenamento, ma bisogna sperare di non incontrare altri dentro perchè è minuscola e più di 3 secondo me non ci si sta. Non abbiamo provato la colazione perchè aveva un costo di 25€ a persona per giornata e vedendo la sera la stanza dove la facevano non ci è sembrato conveniente

• Sylvia (1/5): - Die Unterkunft war wunderbar, sauber, freundliches Personal, tolles Fruehstueck. Doch vermittelt wurde das Hotelzimmer anscheinend ueber Hotiday. Und bis heute ist Hotiday nicht in der Lage mir eine Rechnung ueber meinen Aufenthalt in Paris auszustellen. Das ist sehr aergerlich und fraglich. Meine Geschaeftsreise muss ich nun selbst zahlen.

• Piotr (8/5): Great stay and recharging nights in very hot summer Paris. - Great location, super staff friendly and helpful, AC very good. We didn't have coffee recharged on our second day, lower floors can be noisy (but this is not the fault of the Hotel).

Rooms are quite noisy. The hotel isn’t able to provide a dedicated business invoice when booked via Booking.com.

• Ohad (1/5): Do not book it!!! - The location was fine The hotel name in booking is different from the name outside, some kind of a room rental inside an existing hotel. The check in is awful! I registered my wife as the guest while I made the booking, they didn't let her check in until we had to send them again the confirmation from booking, took 25 minutes!!! The room is very small and not so clean, no coffee machine.

• Casper (6/5): Comfortable but some improvements to be made - Comfortable beds. Free afternoon coffee and tea every day! Not clean. (Coffee?)stains on the wall and weird smell in the bathroom. Weird construction where Hotiday rents out rooms in other hotels? First thought was that we were scammed. Staff was arguing with other clients for hours when we were ready to leave the hotel.
• Minia (8/5): Very good - I had a little inconvenience after booking. There is no mention of a deposit anywhere on the booking, I received the message only after I made the reservation. I waited for answers and sent messages and called on the phone... In the end, everything ended well, thank you.
