• Annie BOURREAU (8/5): Très optimisé - L'attention d'arrivée avec le petit échantillon d'accueil + Cet appartement est très bien équipé (fer à repasser, sèche-cheveux, chaussons invités, un frigo, une plaque de cuisson, un micro-ondes...). Il était très propre et il est idéalement placé puisque 'la rue d'en face nous amène directement vers la place Cerdika (mosquée & anciens thermes) en 5/10 mn à pieds et il y a des transports tout autour, deux petits commerces alimentaires etc... PS : nous avions réservé 3 nuits - - Le manque de luminosité malgré la grande fenêtre (mais il y a un mur de contruction à 1m 50 ... - La faible hauteur sous plafond de la partie chambre en mezzanine (je mesure 1m 60 et tenais tout juste debout) - ça peut être oppressant .... - le manque d'insonorisation dans la partie nuit car on est à 1 m du plafond (on entendait le voisin tousser & marcher + malgré le léger recul de l'appart par rapport à la rue : (même si on s'habitue et que les boules quies font le reste) le bruit des bus passant dans la rue ( semblables à un avion en décollage) mais qui, heureusement ne circulent pas la nuit, + les cours d'instrument de musique d'à côté. Attention: ce n'était pas gênant pour nous mais il y a un escalier assez raide pour descendre dans la salle de bain et les toilettes, un autre peu moins raide pour la mezzanine : donc pas adapté du tout aux personnes PMR, ni aux jeunes enfants !! - un peu plus cher que la moyenne des appartements sur la ville -

• Montse (6/5): No massa confortable - La ubicació S’escoltaven tot tot i tot els moviments dels altres pisos i ens va tocar aguantar dues de les nits la festa d uns altres hostes. El bany està situat a un nivell inferior al carrer i no està ben calefactat… molt fred i pudor raríssima
• sofia (7/5): - la posizione della struttura è ottima e per due persone va molto bene, è accogliente e il personale risponde subito, ma , c’è un odore sgradevole che proviene dal bagno assurdo, purtroppo devo dire che non era pulito l’appartamento, ho contattato la struttura e mi sono subito venuti a cambiare le lenzuola, anche le asciugamano erano macchiate e sporche, come il resto dell’appartamento purtroppo, c’erano capelli peli, cibo a terra, do un 7 solo per la posizione e per l’accoglienza, ma la pulizia è tutto, mi dispiace, non ci tornerei
• Jolanta (10/5): - Bardzo dobra lokalizacja do zwiedzania Sofii, wszędzie bardzo blisko do centrum. Bardzo dobry i pomocny kontakt z bardzo miłym włsścicielem lokalu. Wyposażenie lokalu bardzo dobre. Półecam jak najbardziej!

The old soviet style train running in front of the appointment is so annoying, it's too old, too heavy, really should be replaced by a modern train, its noise ruins the neighborhood.
• Radu Mihai (10/5): Great cosy apartment, very clean, great location - Location, comfort, very warm and cosy. Great value for money. Nicely decorated. Shower gets very humid, maybe worth considering a dehumidifier downstairs. Also, loud tram in the front.

• anonimo (10/5): Sofia. Bulgaria - Piccolo appartamento molto carino vicino al centro di Sofia. Molto buona la pulizia,molto ben riscaldato. Buono il sistema di ritiro chiavi,immediato tramite un codice senza attese. Situato al piano terra,ripeto molto piccolo adatto x 2 persona con un piccolo angolo cottura con piastra induzione ovviamente x prima necessità,micoonde,macchinetta espresso. Bagno piccolo ma completo,acqua molto calda e con generi di prima necessità non scarsi,attenzione solo a scala x scendere ben strutturata ma solo molto stretta. Letto buono in soppalco e anche qui attenzione a scala sempre ben strutturata ma stretta. Arredamento molto carino e completo di tutto. Non è situato proprio in centro ma con camminata di neppure 10 minuti ci si arriva. Zona tranquilla di sera,si sente solo rumore di tram sino a fine servizio ma nulla di drastico. Al di là di strada c'è un piccolo minimarket con indispensabile dell'ultimo minuto. X riconsegna chiavi si riutilizza stesso sistema dell'arrivo. Referente risponde nell'immediato tramite messaggistica booking.Voto 9. Grazie di tutto. Andava tutto bene.
• Fabio (7/5): - Mi è piaciuta la posizione, a 12 minuti da Vitosha e centrale. Molto facile anche il ritiro delle chiavi dal consueto lucchetto con codice posto fuori dall'ingresso, nonché la comunicazione col proprietario. L'appartamento è inoltre molto caldo. Non mi è piaciuta la puzza di umidità nel bagno, ragni e ragnatelele negli angoli delle pareti (a me non da fastidio, ma lo trovo inaccettabile), e la rumorosità dell'appartamento. Si sente tutto, infatti, della stanza sopra al vostro letto, dai passi, alle parole, alla musica. Anche fuori dalla finestra, non son riuscito a capire cos'è che fa tic tic tutta la notte no stop. I tram, invece, a mio avviso non rappresentano un fastidio, in quanto la notte non passano.
• Alan (10/5): Excellent place to stay - Excellent apartment just a few minutes walk from the bars and restaurants. Easy to walk from here to all the tourist spots. The apartment is large with everything you need. Would definitely choose to stay here again if I visit Sofia again.

• У. (8/5): - Понравилось расположение апартаментов. В наличии все, что необходимо, для путешественника: горячая вода, микроволновая печь, холодильник, стиральная машина. В апартаментах чисто. Бронируя эти апартаменты вы должны понимать, что они находятся в историческом центре и без парковочного места тут нельзя. София - город негостеприимный. Городской бюджет наполняется за счёт туристов (штрафы за парковки, дорогие парковки и такси). И если вам надо будет отлучиться из машины хоть на 15 минут, вернувшись, вы найдете свой автомобиль заблокированным. Служащие муниципальных служб "гоняются" за авто с иностранными номерами. Если вы не имеете болгарской карточки для мобильного телефона, вы не сможете отправлять смс для бесплатной парковки авто. И все! Вы в ловушке! У вас два варианта: парковать авто на платных парковках, где один час стоит 2 лея (1 евро) ( а в центре и 3 и 4 лея) или парковать ваш авто в спальных кварталах и потом добираться в центр на такси или на общественном транспорте (учтите - в метро одна поездка стоит 0.86 евро, тогда как в Стамбуле в 2 раза дешевле). В итоге мы имеем удвоенную стоимость арендного жилья в центре Софии ( если не больше!!). В это место не хочется возвращаться....
