• Clifford (8/5): We enjoyed our stay. Staff were very helpful. - We had a 2-bedroom + 2-bathroom apartment, which was ideal for two couples. The swimming pool on level 3 was great also. Good cafe just across the road. Close to BTS Skytrain (Sanam Pao) stop. The location (for us) was a little further away from the tourist district than we would have preferred, but that's on us for not doing our research first! Otherwise, location was ok and handy to BTS Skytrain.

• Arlene (9/5): So quiet and comfortable here. My family loved our stay! - My family booked two apartments with 2-bedrooms, 2 baths for a few nights. Very quiet neighborhood. Excellent location near Hungry Brown coffee/breakfast, train station, 7-11, train station. Great shortcut to main street through Hungry Brown express. The cleanest back alleys! Free tuk-tuk to take us close by and pick us up (Phaya Thai Clinic, which was terrific, clean, great service). We took the train to Ari for nails, Asok for Terminal 21, Mo Chit for Chatuchak Market. So easy and convenient. Both apartment units were spacious and had wonderful natural light throughout the day. AC worked well. Three balconies with great views! Comfy beds, good sleeps. Strong shower with good temp. 2nd floor laundry very convenient, the maintenance man was so helpful with the laundry and also after-hours with calling Thai numbers. Gym was decent with treadmill and weights. We were able to leave our luggage after check-out for a few hours. Pool was cold but still inviting and clean. Just fyi, shower leaks to the wall side, drips around tub down to the floor and down to the drain. Not a huge problem. My daughter found a small insect in her room and staff was quick to send cleaning and traps. No other problems.

Kostenloser Tuk-Tuk-Service zum nächsten Streetfood-Market bis 19 Uhr. Der Liegen-/Sitzbereich am Pool hätte sauberer sein können und die Liegen hätten neue Polster gebraucht.

• Saw Zar (5/5): Unpleasant stay due to bad smell came from outside bathroom - Location is good as it’s located within a walking distance to Sanam Pao BTS. They provide useful facilities for the guests such as free Tuk Tuk service to BTS, free laundry and dry service (just need to bring your own detergent), weight scale for measuring luggage. We stayed 13 nights at 2 bedrooms apartment with 2 bathrooms (one is in the master room, another one is at outside hallway). Our room is located at 7th floor. There were 3 issues we encountered. 1. The bad smell from outside bathroom. 2. Water temperature is not consistent in both bathrooms, it suddenly changed from cold to hot and hot to cold and it’s difficult to control. 3. Refrigerator’s door was not closed properly. After 2 days, we noticed that the bad smell came from the outside bathroom, especially when the floor is wet. We told to the receptionist and they sent the service men to dry the room. It only resolved few hours. The smell came back again. So we called the service men everyday. After 8 days, we run out our patience and requested to change the room. The next day we were given a room at 6th floor for remaining 4 nights. The new room does not have all above issues. They should have given a good room since day 1 since we long-stayed there.

• Mae Joy (8/5): cozy and homey vibe... - they have tuktuk service from and to hotel to BTS and market. they also have laundry service for free you just have to buy detergent soap. the staff are also good and very helpful. they have everything you need in the kitchen. the area is quiet and peaceful. overall the hotel is very clean and smells nice. the wifi is a bit slow, it gets disconnected from time to time. they have a good gym and pool but the opening time is 8am which is bit late for me. room cleaning is only once if you stay 7 days, it could be better if at least twice if your stay 7 days.

Better for long term stay because make up room is available only for more than 7 - I found the free tuk tuk service to the nearby metro very useful, especially on hot days. The location is great and the room was clean. There were a few small issues during our stay — the air conditioner was dripping, and the balcony light didn’t work.

L'appartement est bien entretenu et est parfait pour y séjourner.

• Hana (10/5): Pleasant stay - Very well kept accomodation with pool and small gym. Walking distance to BTS. There was smell of mold in one of the rooms (smaller one), not sure from which part of the room. You can see to your bathroom from the second room, but there are curtains 😆
• Tony (10/5): Excellent stay, comfortable rooms, looking at returning next year. - This was our 4th stay in this hotel in the past 10 years as we have family living in the area. Every time we have stayed here the whole experience has been spot on. This particular time the hotel was quite due to it being the low season which was good as we mostly had the pool to our self in the afternoons. We stayed in a two bedroom corner apartment on the top floor which was huge with 3 balconies and 2 on suites. Since our last stay here they have upgraded the TV's to smart TV's. The area around the hotel has plenty of bars and restaurants but if you wanted to go into the main tourist area there is a BTS station 5 minute walk away. Nothing to not like
