• David (3/5): - Photos does not reflect reality.Apartment in reality is as Bunker,it has no windows,you need to pass from one bedroom to another to go to the third room.Rooms look like there is the space,but reality is they are smallest you can imagine.I understand that you need to hide some defects but not lie with photos
• Andrea (6/5): - Posizione superlativa e comunicazione con i proprietari/gestori corretta. Purtroppo l'assenza di finestre (utilizzabili) rende l'aria della camera piuttosto pesante. Ok ci sono climatizzatori e deumidificatore ma si sente comunque odore di muffa.

• Robert (7/5): Had a great time and the location was great. Apartment is good value for money given size & location - Apartment is in a great location, opposite Pitti Palace and 5 min walk away from ponte Vecchio & approx 20 min walk from the Duomo. There is also plenty of restaurants around the apartment as well. The apartment is large and spacious and beds are comfortable. Kitchen was fully furnished. The apartment was tidy and the hosts were very friendly and helpful. Would stay again! Due to ground floor location and opposite the main building entrance doors, it is quite loud, you hear all the people entering the building. This is especially noticeable if you are sleeping on the sofa bed in front room. But you do get used to it. I had problems with the fridge. It didn’t feel like it was cool enough inside. The freezer compartment was working fine though.
• Mi-Young (1/5): stay away from this place, they try to charge you for damage! - only location, if you aren't a fan of busy street. first of all, we messaged the woman (the contact person) when we were on our way to Florence we got there early (4:45pm) so we sat down for a drink right outside the property, in the meantime we messaged her to let her know that we have arrived, she messaged back saying someone will be with us soon, 30mins later, no sign of anyone, so we messaged her again, 15mins later a lady turned up with a set of keys but she couldn't open the front gate, another 20mins gone by, a guy from the bar (where we sat down to have a drink) and saw us struggling, showed her how to open the gate. second issue : the place was initially advertised for two rooms and a separate living room however its really one bed room and a bed in the living room. the sofa bed in the living room is about 110cm away from the actual front door of the house, and there was a bell right outside the front door and so many times in the middle of nights(worst time was 11:48pm) someone rang the bell thinking it was the hotel reception! there were 4 more times that people rang the bell. third issue: on the first day, we noticed the TV was broken and we messaged and she already knew about this (i have a copy of her message admitting it), and no wine glasses, no wine opener. she didn't bring so we ended up buying! and the double bed in the main bedroom frame collapsed during the first night and it tilted to one side so my friend and her husband ended up sleeping on one side of bed, next morning i messaged her, she sent someone out, he confirmed its missing a bolt and can't be fixed, he lifted the frame and it got stuck, it wouldn't come down which he apologized! we let the woman know, she apologize but asked to sleep on sofa bed instead, the sofa bed isn't long enough for a normal height guy, not even wide enough for two people! there was barely any space left after we dragged the mattress off the bed to lay it down on the floor to sleep
• Patrick (5/5): Mycket bra läge men lägenheten i sig hade lite mer att önska - Det var ett mycket bra läge precis mitt emot Palazzo Pitti och nära Ponte Vecchio. Mysigt område med lite mindre turister och bra restauranger och barer nere i Sanot Spirito. Lägenheten i sig var inte som jag hade föreställt mig då den inte hade några fönster och kändes som att man bodde i en bunker. Det var problem med dörrarna till toaletterna, där den ena inte gick att låsa och den till badrummet var väldigt svår att öppna så man trodde att man var inlåst. En av sängarna var även precis när man kom in i lägenheten och ytterdörren var väldigt nära så det vara väldigt mycket ljud utifrån vilket gjorde att man sov dåligt.
• Ilaria (10/5): Accoglienza impeccabile e posizione centrale davanti a Palazzo Pitti - Soggiornare in questo appartamento è stata un’esperienza davvero speciale. La posizione è semplicemente impareggiabile: affacciato direttamente su Piazza de' Pitti, ci si ritrova immersi nel cuore del centro storico di Firenze, con Palazzo Pitti praticamente a pochi passi dalla porta di casa. In meno di cinque minuti a piedi si raggiungono Ponte Vecchio, Via Tornabuoni per lo shopping, e Piazza della Signoria. Una base perfetta per esplorare la città senza bisogno di mezzi. L’appartamento è semplice ma accogliente, molto pulito devo dire! Mi hanno accolto con gentilezza, e mi hanno fornito tantissime informazioni utili su dove mangiare, cosa visitare e come muoverci. Durante tutto il soggiorno sono stati sempre reperibili per qualsiasi domanda o necessità. Consiglio vivamente questo appartamento a chi desidera vivere Firenze in modo autentico, sentendosi coccolato e al centro della città. Tornerò sicuramente!
• Maurizio (10/5): Appartamento essenziale in posizione perfetta. - Ho soggiornato in questo appartamento situato in un palazzo storico affacciato su Piazza Pitti e l’esperienza è stata molto positiva. La posizione è davvero impareggiabile: a due passi da Palazzo Pitti, dai Giardini di Boboli e da Ponte Vecchio, nel cuore della Firenze rinascimentale L'appartamento è semplice ed essenziale, ma ha tutto il necessario per stare comodi. È pulito e ordinato. Non è un appartamento di lusso, ma va benissimo per chi cerca un posto tranquillo e comodo dove dormire, in una location davvero speciale. Il fascino del palazzo storico si respira già dall’ingresso, con i suoi dettagli architettonici d’epoca che raccontano la storia della città. Un altro grande punto di forza è stata l’accoglienza. Chi mi ha accolto è stato gentilissimo fin dal primo contatto: puntuale, disponibile e sempre pronto a dare consigli utili su cosa vedere, dove mangiare e come muoversi. Durante il soggiorno è rimasto sempre raggiungibile per qualsiasi necessità, con grande cortesia e attenzione.
• Catalina (6/5): Excellent location, but the lack of basic amenities and comfort was disappointing. - The property has an outstanding location — just steps away from Palazzo Pitti and within walking distance of nearly all major attractions in Florence. It’s a perfect base for exploring the city on foot and truly offers the charm of being right in the heart of everything. However, the overall comfort and amenities left much to be desired. Essential items such as a hairdryer and an iron were missing, and the refrigerator was not working during my stay. While the location is exceptional, the property would greatly benefit from better maintenance and more attention to guest comfort in order to match the high standards suggested by its setting.
• Lucia (10/5): - Questo appartamento è situato in una delle piazze più belle di questa fantastica città. Pur avendo prenotato all ultimo minuto mi hanno accolto con disponibilità e professionalità. L appartamento è molto semplice ma accogliente con tanti posti letto che a me non servivano per questo viaggio ma in futuro sicuramente ci porterò tutta la mia famiglia. Pulito e curato nei dettagli fondamentali che occorrono per un piacevole soggiorno. Grazie veramente
• Valentina (7/5): - Posizione molto bella e in pochi minuti di passeggiata si raggiungono tutti i luoghi più importanti Purtroppo al nostro arrivo l appartamento non era ancora stato pulito, con stupore e imbarazzo della signora che ci ha aperto. Una delle stanze da letto era invasa dalle zanzare. Uccise 10 nel pieno della notte con tanto di punture su tutto il corpo..
