• Shannon (3/5): - The beds were comfortable. Second yime we stayed here and the rooms smelt very gross and strongly of cigerette smoke . We compkained about the smell and got switched rooms. The second toom was slightly better at first but soon after we got settled it started to smell just as bad. As someome that is pregnant I felt like I was being poisoned by the smell, it was really bad and ruined our experience. Would not stay here again. The bathroom also had mold and was dirty.

• Sascha (10/5): Perfekt für einen Aufenthalt in Hongkong - Das Hotel hatte eine gute Lage, es befindet sich auch eine große Mall im Gebäude und auch sonst gibt es viele Geschäfte in der Nähe. Die Mitarbeiter waren alle sehr nett und freundlich . Das Zimmer war sehr sauber und wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Wir hatten ein Zimmer in der 56. Etage und der Blick auf die Stadt mit den Wolkratzern war super schön.

Near the airport You will need cash for a deposit, keep that in mind if you are coming directly from the airport. My room also smelt like cigarettes but I don’t blame the staff, it was extremely clean otherwise

• gil (10/5): Idéal pour une nuit de transit. - L’emplacement près de l’aéroport ( 15 minutes en taxi : 450 pesos pour 2 avec bagages ) idéal pour un transit, les appartements sont propres , très grands et fonctionnels , le Check in rapide ( le Check out aussi) , la sécurisation de l’hôtel , une galerie marchande au rez de chaussée, dont une épicerie et un resto chinois ouvert 24/24. Excellent rapport qualité/prix. Je recommande La vue de la chambre mais je n’étais pas venu pour ça.

• Larissa (7/5): Great location - We stayed at L.Condotel (Imperial Plaza Residence) for one night because it’s very close to the airport, which is definitely the biggest advantage of this place. The location is very convenient, especially if you have an early flight. It’s only a short distance from the airport and also close to the terminal area where you can find food and other basic services. However, the room had a noticeable smell of cigarettes, which made the stay a little less comfortable. Also, the shuttle pickup they offered from the airport was quite expensive. Instead, we just took a Grab (the local taxi app) and it cost less than $5, which was much cheaper and very easy. Overall, it’s a practical option for a short stay because of the location, but there are a few things that could be improved
• Kaamaak (6/5): - Hotel blisko lotniska. Pokoje przestronne z wygodnym łóżkiem. Apartamenty wyglądają na czyste, ale niestety w obu pokojach, które dostaliśmy były robaki (prusaki). To niestety negatywnie wpłynęło na naszą ocenę. W trakcie naszego pobytu na Filipinach byliśmy w gorszych warunkach i nigdzie nie było robaków, dlatego to nas bardzo rozczarowało.

• TAKASHI (10/5): コスパ最高、長期滞在に最適 - まず第一にコスパが最高、気を使わないで自分のペースで快適に過ごせる。近くにはどこにでもバスで行けるターミナルPITXがあり10番ゲートのカルーセルバスに乗ってAYALA MALL MANILA BAY まで10分、MALL OF ASIA まで20分、マカティやオルティガスにもバス1本、LRT1の駅にも隣接しているので近隣の主要地点の色んな場所に行けてロケーションも最高でした。 民宿なのでホテルなみのサービスはあきらめること、こんなもんかとあきらめも必要。ターミナルは目の前で近いが突進してくるバスをよけながら汚い道を横切る気合が必要、どうしても無理ならグラブを使いましょう。

• Piotr (1/5): SŁABO SŁABO ROZCZAROWANIE KOMPLETNY NIESMAK!!!! - Pokój komfortowy a jak na warunki Filipińskie nawet bardzo. Proszę Państwa OSTRZEGAM przed rezerwacją pokoju w tym obiekcie. Może mój przykład jest jedyny ale niestety się zdarzył. Ponieważ wiedziałem że na nocleg dotrę w środku nocy zarezerwowałem dwie noce. Niestety podczas rezerwacji popełniłem błąd w dacie noclegu jedną noc wpisałem poprawnie drugą kilka miesięcy później ( obie noce opłaciłem w czasie rezerwacji). Do obiektu dotarłem o godzinie 3 AM i poprosiłem o klucze. Podczas meldunku wyszedł mój błąd. Pokoje były opłacone więc poprosiłem o pozwolenie na zmianę terminu przybycia w aplikacji Booking. Moja prośba została zaakceptowana i w aplikacji datę zmieniłem ale i tak nie wydano mi klucza mimo iż były wolne pokoje. Jedyną informację dostałem że musze czekać ma menagera lub dopłacić 1500PHP za wcześniejsze zameldowanie. Po kilkudziesięciu minutach tłumaczeń zdecydowałem się zapłacić i sprawę wyjaśnić rano jak pojawi się menager w pracy. W tym momencie okazało się że muszę zapłacić jeszcze 1000PHP KAUCJI w GOTÓWCE o czym nie było mowy w ofercie na Bookingu. Był to ostatni dzień naszej podróży po Filipinach więc gotówki też nie posiadaliśmy wiele więc musieliśmy wysupłać 2500PHP które mieliśmy zostawione na zakup pamiątek. Na tym jedna się nie skończyło!!!!!!! W pokoju z jednym dużym łóżkiem i rozkładaną sofą pościel jest tylko na dużym łóżku dla sofy i trzeciej osoby nie jest przewidziana. Nadmieniam iż zameldowane były trzy osoby. W tym przypadku obsługa też była nie ugięta i syn musiał spać na sofie pod szlafrokiem. Podsumowując - rozumiem że popełniłem błąd i zameldowanie w innym terminie było tylko dobrą wolą której w tym przypadku zabrakło ale kaucja i brak pościeli to są rzeczy które absolutnie nie powinny się zdarzyć. Po powrocie zgłosiłem tą sytuację do obsługi Booking który wystąpił do obiektu o wyjaśnienie. L Condotel najwyraźniej potwierdził swoje naganne podejście do gości ponieważ zaproponował rekompensatę 1PHP - UWAGA UWAGA!!!! ZA NOCLEG ZA KTÓRY W SUMIE ZAPŁACIŁEM 5977php !!!!!!!! OSTRZEGAM!!!!!!!!!
