Per fortuna abbiamo contattato l’assistenza che ha provveduto a sistemare il tutto. L’apertura delle porte tramite link è pratica da una parte, ma state attenti perché se per sfortuna il telefono si scarica non c’è modo di entrare. L’appartamento non é insonorizzato quindi si sentono i vicini

• VerunkaAG (8/5): Dobré ale problém se vstupem do pokoje - Ubytování bylo čisté a mělo krásnou polohu . Velmi nepříjemný byl systém otevírání dveří. S mobilem a WiFi jsme velmi zdatní, ale potřetí co jsme vcházeli do ubytování se nám nepodařilo dveře otevřít. Uklízečka nám musela dát nouzovou kartu. Jinak se musí složit volat na podporu, která je dostupná pouze v určitý čas. Toto se musí změnit.

• Bettina (9/5): Ich würde wiederkommen!! - Moderne, saubere Unterkunft. Mittendrin - also beste Lage - dennoch sehr ruhig, man bekommt nichts von dem Trubel mit. Absolut bester Service!! Ein Spültuch, Spülmaschinen-Tabs oder Spülmittel wären als Erstausstattung toll gewesen.
• Markus (3/5): Zimmer hatte starken Geruch nach Putz- oder Lösungsmittel ansonsten Perfekt - Es war grundsätzlich rundum perfekt und die Lage direkt neben der Kathedrale. Auch die Einrichtung superschön und das Zimmer riesig mit Kochnische und allem Zubehör. Auch hat der Zutritt mit dem Mobiltelefon super geklappt und via WhatsApp war die "Virtuelle Reception" sehr nett und hilfreich. Es roch von Anfang an sehr stark nach Farbe, Putzmittel oder sowas im ganzen Raum. Auch nach Tagelangem Lüften wurde es nicht besser. Putzen oder neu streichen ist ja gut, jedoch sollte es nicht so stark riechen, dass man Kopfweh kriegt.
• Nigel (10/5): - Location, the view, the bed, the space, the decor Lack of wardrobe (having to leave suit cases out in plain sight); lighting in bathroom is too bright and not natural (not good for doing make); second elecrical sockets needed either side of the bed for phone charging (this could be remodied with some form of extension device); no vent in the bathroom so towels don't properly (a towel rail would be useful, some housekeping/towel change would be good for longer stays); the kettle switch needed held down to make it boil; the dead pidgeon hanging from the building opposite opposite the door to the street was'nt good. We did a very enjoyable and we would come back, and recommend it to other. We hope our comments are useful.

Les fenêtres sont très bien insonorisées, on n'entend aucun bruit de la rue. Les informations de check-in parlaient d'une réception... mais l'hébergement n'a pas de réception, il s'agit d'un self check-in.

• Paul (7/5): Great apartment, challenging admin and property access. - Very modern, clean and well appointed apartment in a good location for Central Malaga. There were two issues with the property. The administration needed to register was much greater than any other place we have stayed and was time very consuming, and difficult when travelling. Being asked to provide a scan of my credit card was completely unacceptable in the age of online fraud, and the company should rethink that policy. I refused and we reached another compromise. Access to the property was by mobile phone at all times. If we had lost our phone, or had it stolen, we would have been completely without access to the property or help to resolve it. That didn’t happen but I really don’t know what would have done if it had. Getting access to the room key code requires good online signal which we struggled with when we first entered the property. I understand that this was a keyless environment, but that seems to benefit the rental company more than the customer, and it needs to be improved.

• Kath (10/5): A fantastic modern apartment in a great location - An amazing, modern apartment. Well equipped, clean and furnished to a high standard. It felt like we were the first to stop there as it was so clean and everything was immaculate. Spacious, airy with a nice view. Nothing!

• Margarita (1/5): Decepcionante - La limpieza Reservé un apartamento superior que supuestamente tenía sofá cama, porque aunque eramos dos personas no queríamos compartir cama, y no se nos ofreció el servicio contratado, al no disponer ni sofa cama ni siquiera sofá normal. Solamente habia butacas en las que evidentemente no se podia dormir y se nos dió ninguna solución . Además lo peor fué que al ir a utilizar la ducha fue imposible. Solamente salía agua hirviendo sin posibilidad de enfriarse. Una decepción total

It was also well-organized and thoughtfully arranged, making our stay very comfortable. We especially appreciated that a baby cot was provided, which made traveling with our little one so much easier. The property had everything we needed, and we truly felt at home. Una vez sorteado el inconveniente, la app no siempre funcionaba para abrir acceso al apartamento. Tuvieron que proporcionarnos una llave física para poder continuar ingresando. Tuvimos que auxiliar a una pareja que les ocurrió lo mismo la última noche de nuestra estadía. Deberían aplicar un sistema más amigable con los viajeros

• nora (8/5): Short stay in malaga - Location was fantastic,beside the cathedral and near all tourist attractions. Spotlessly clean.. it was a quiet room. If you are two single people travelling together, you have to pay for the linen for the sofa bed as an extra before you arrive I hadn't spotted this in the small print as I had been holidaying in Spain in the weeks before I visited malaga so had to email back and forth about linen . So book the linen when booking the room to make the experience more seamless.

• Christophe (9/5): Zeer ruim en comfortabel, zo goed als nieuw - Verbleven in appartement 1, gelijkvloers. Heel ruim en modern ingericht. Heel goed bed en zeer hygiënisch. In tegenstelling tot wat aangegeven is, is er geen balkon. Op zich nog niet erg, maar de ruiten zijn ook afgeplakt met een folie, waardoor het erg donker is. Wel voldoende verlichting voorzien, maar dus weinig daglicht.
• ann (8/5): Apartment first class- checking in process did not add to our stay in Malaga - Facilities exceptional! Checking in system extremely frustrating. The link sent did not work on my phone. It was after 22:00 we had a delayed flight long journey from the U.K. and were exhausted. We could not gain access. We gained entry after a couple returned to the apartment and let us in. Then began the process of getting into the room. We had several conversations with the emergency contact ( based in Italy) She was amazing. So calming and helpful. Sensed our frustration and helped us to get the emergency key card and gain access to our room. I would not want to repeat this process again.
