Guest Reviews
- MR KEVIN (9/5): AMBIANCE/NATURE 10/10 - Ambiance is excellent/refreshing
Rooms clean and spacious
Water plenty
Nature itself places this paradise at a good advantage for relaxation ACCESSIBILITY
There 2 roads leading to this location via google maps and the 1 it recommends in the end is a dangerous downhill away from The tarmac i had to call the hotel to get a sense of the location but all lead there. Better to go with the 1st option .
BREAKFAST IS LIMITED
I advise the hotel to note every room that has reported for breakfast we missed some options offered for breakfast yet we were still EARLY within the stipulated time. i talked to the person in charge and they were understanding enough to prepare the options we missed.. Thank you for that.
MENU PRICES
The meals are a-bit pricey either consider the price or the portion of food being offered.
- Jimmy (9/5): Excellent -
- Suzan (8/5): - Everything Breakfast needs more variety
- Isabelle (10/5): Very nice . Apart from the cockroaches. - It has this cool vibe with the sound of the waterfall, comfortable restaurant seats, good food and nice cabins to stay at. The staff are very friendly and helpful. To add on that the location around is calm and it’s so quiet at night. Would recommend to anyone who likes his/her peace and quiet at night. There’s a lot of cockroaches in the room. If they work on that then it’ll be perfect
- Richard (10/5): - Staff were very welcoming and professional I did wish there were facilities like a washing machine or a pressure washer for a car but I overall very good experience.

- ANTHONY (9/5): It is an amazing beautiful place. - Okay, listen up! If your dream vacation involves swapping city noise for bird songs and totally unplugging, you've found the spot.
This place is like a luxury treehouse for adults. It's so quiet and tucked away that you and nature basically become best friends. Everything is ridiculously clean and stylish, and the staff? They're the real MVPs—so warm and attentive, they make you feel like royalty.
Seriously, if you need to recharge and just breathe, this is it. Stop looking and just book it The internet at times is slow, and they can do more trees / land scaping towards the waterfalls to compliment nature.

- Emily (10/5): A True Paradise - The location is a beautiful, green getaway in nature with a herbal garden, waterfall & river. Exceptional hospitality & warmth from the team. Spacious rooms & well kept grounds. Fresh food from the local farm! It was very peaceful at night. We enjoyed hiking the team farm. I loved it! I will be back. Thank you team Paradise :)
- Victor (7/5): - The rooms were spacious, the open sky shower is a beautiful addition. The food costs were not well thought out, I’d rather do an all inclusive given the location. The ala carte menu was not family friendly.
- David (10/5): Couple - The location is serene surrounded by natural forest and a waterfall.
The employees were super friendly and very welcoming.
The food and breakfast was super delicious.
There was a playground for children.

- Vinod (8/5): Awesome! Must go! - Ambience, location and hospitality was good and we thoroughly enjoyed but missed a swimming pool at the location Food was very average and minimal option. If the quality and quantity is improved I would recommend this place for everyone
- Brian (8/5): - The place was clean, beautiful sceneries and very peaceful.
- ASAEL (10/5): -
- Carlijn (9/5): Heel erg genieten! - Prachtige rustieke omgeving, mooi uitzicht en je kan echt even tot rust komen in dit paradijsje. Het personeel is heel vriendelijk en de cottage heel erg comfortabel en gezellig. Baden-Powell museum is dichtbij. -
- Magdaline (8/5): Pure bliss - It was so serene and beautiful definitely recommend. Maybe just a little improvement on the food quality and variety or have other options for self catering.
- Peta (8/5): Beautiful Stay - Beautiful lodge in the outskirts of Nyeri, with large size room and very comfortable.
During the cooler nights, hot water bottles are provided and hot water in preparation for tea/coffee in your room, great proactive service provided. Google and Waze didn’t direct to the correct entrance location, although once located it was easy to navigate in/out afterwards.
- Samuel (7/5): - The setting for this place is amazing. The rooms are comfortable, warm, clean, light and airy. We would certainly stay here again. There are nice walks around the property and the local area. It is a very safe and beautiful region of Kenya. The hot water bottles are a nice touch. We stayed for 4 nights. The restaurant food on site is very limited. By far, the best choices are the pizza and chapati wraps. I felt everything else was underwhelming and disappointing. Some staff were very friendly and welcoming- Eastwood, Hanifa and the lady who cleabs rooms. Others were indifferent and didn't even say hello! Unless you have a car, you are dependent on their restaurant. I would suggest that this, ie food, is the main thing that let's the property down, followed by a bit more customer service training!
- Pascal (9/5): À place to visit - Beautiful
Place in a calm environment.
Calm green and quiet
Well decorated and clean with all ameneties .
Staff professional and oriented customer service
Food average Nothing !
- Kim (8/5): - Fine house. Comfy beds. Cosy interior. Green hilly surroundings. Slippers. Warm kettles. Chess pieces missing. Shower temperature difficult to adjust. No alcohol at restaurant. No bread so no burger. No cold soda. No shops nearby. The included Safari walk means a walk by yourself on the hill behind the hotel. Some of the staff is not very knowledgeable about the local area, how to get there or prices. Unstable internet. Trampoline and swinging chairs have seen better days. On booking.com they take 5 days to reply.
- Philip (10/5): Awesome! - Everything was perfect. Beautifully organized beautiful property and surroundings. We loved everything. Only suggestion is a WiFi upgrade.
- Sheila (8/5): Relaxed and memorable. - Facility is immaculate, the staff are welcoming (Especially Hanifa). Improve the breakfast package and prices.

- Sheila (8/5): Comfortable and enjoyable - The cottages are beautiful and the bed is warm and comfortable with the hot water bottle. I love the fact there is no TV in the cottages.
- Jiri (10/5): Very pleasant stay - We had a great time here. It was a great deal for the money we paid. It's a bit remote but that's the good thing about it. The staff was very welcoming even though we were the only guests that night so they had to work only because of us. We got a welcome drink which was nice.
The cottages are large, high ceilings, lots of windows to see the surrounding area but all of them have curtains as well. Hot shower, nice bathroom. Comfortable beds with thermofors ready for us. And a baby cot ready for our little son. There is a kettle in the room and they also prepared a thermos with hot water for us.
The breakfast was also good, various options to choose from.
One tip. If you use Google maps to get here, they currently take you a long and a bit steep unpaved road from the south west. But it's better to come from the north east where the Google currently shows the road is interrupted. In fact it is not and it's perfectly passable. No privacy in the bathroom.
