We were also given the wrong room, we only realised it halfway through our stay and requested the right one as shown on the pictures when we made our booking.

• natasha (9/5): A lovely surprise and value for money. - First impression counts, walked into the lobby and the smell of citrus is lovely. The room is big,clean with nice modern minimalist deco. Love the lemongrass infused toiletries, so refreshing. There is a convenience store, coin- operated laundry, secret recipe outlet and a small cafe which serves good breakfast a few steps from the lobby.
• Arbi (8/5): Good - Near to the city Housekeeping staff enter the room when we were outside to the city eventhough the room were locked..they clean the room also changing towels. Fortunately no items missing..just to report to the owner to give the permission first from us to enter the room.

• Roslan (7/5): Luxury and easy stay! - Beautiful and fragrant lobby. Free street parking. Near KK city. Got supermarket and foodcourt nearby. Check in is smooth and easy at the lobby. Kinabalu mount view (even far). The cleaner unlock and want to enter our unit when my husband and son were out for swimming at the morning around 9-11am. Imagine if nobody in the room that time? It is unsafe. We might lose things. Its imposibble the cleaner to not know which room already checkout. Me and my baby watching TV at that time. Maybe if she/he didnt hear the TV sound, she/he just go in. I cant see the face as he/she run with the trolley when i open the door to check. Management should really look into this.
• Xntsha (9/5): - Hi, I would like to share some feedback about my recent stay. The room was very nice and comfortable, and we enjoyed our time there. There was one issue I was concerned about — the sharp corner of the bed. There was no corner protection, and it could easily scratch or hurt someone, especially my daughter if she accidentally fell. I hope the management can consider adding protective padding to make it safer for families. Thank you.

• caroline (8/5): Bonne adresse à Kota Kinabalu - Les chambres sont très spacieuses et agréables. Le personnel a été très accueillant lors de notre arrivée tardive. Un peu loin de tout. Il faut une voiture ou un taxi pour se déplacer et il n'y a rien à faire autour.

• Ezzati (9/5): - The room was spacious and could comfortably fit many people. The toilet came with a bidet, and the bed and pillows were very comfortable. The sheets were clean, and the shower gel had a pleasant fragrance. Overall, the room was clean and well-kept, with a nice view of the swimming pool and the city. Considering the price, it was really worth it. There was no TV remote in the room. I had to request one, but the remote that was sent didn’t work. Quite disappointing.
