- Toomas (10/5): Greate view of Ribeira - New very large appartment with two balconys. One is with extraordinary view to Porto and Vila Nova de Gaia riverside, other is against mountain but gives you sun at afternoon. Location right next to Ferreira portwine cellars. Apartment well equipped. Inside shared heated pool, sauna and small gym, good for times when wheather should be bad. Parking included in garage. Apartment it self was perfect for me Location is so-so because the Vila Nova de Gaia side quiets down very early, so for later diners or drinks you need to go to Porto and crossing is quite far for walking for older people or with children. Although for more sporty people it is not that bad distance. By car/taxy you have to take long trip around Vila Nova de Gaia each time when getting back as oneway street infront of house. Nearby grocery stores are closed during weekends so you have to be prepeared for that when staying there.

Réponse du gestionnaire : la terrasse extérieurs est comprise dans la surplace car il paie des impôts dessus. Donc on s attend à un grand espace qui en fait est plutôt réduit

Kaffee, Tee standen bereit - wirklich top! Es gab ein paar Schönheitsfehler, die nicht wirklich stören, aber mit was wirklich fehlt ist eine Ablage beim Bett. Auch die Wände zum Nachbarn sind hellhörig, man hört sie husten…
