• Rosa Maria (1/5): De pesadilla. - Solo la ubicación Nula asistencia del proveedor. No había agua caliente. No servía la estufa. No funcionaba tv. La calefacción que indica su publicación era dos calentadores electrodomésticos movibles. Perdí tiempo, dinero , tour. Pésima experiencia
• blainville (3/5): Pas terrible du tout ! - L’emplacement Problème de bruits des voisins, très gros problèmes électriques cela disjoncte sans arrêt dès que vous démarrez deux matériels électriques en même temps, pas de chauffage possible un seul radiateur pour l’appartement . Le propriétaire nous en a livré un autre mais impossible de fonctionner sans faire disjoncter , il devrait nous livrer des couettes pour palier au problème de chauffage mais il n’est jamais venu nous les apporter ! Nous avons eu froid pendant notre séjour c’était vraiment pas professionnel du tout. Je vous passe les soucis pour cuisiner ou utiliser la bouilloire il fallait faire des choix pour éviter les coupures d’électricité.

• Craig (5/5): Disappointing - The apartment is centrally located - 100m from the main shopping street, half a mile or so to the river and/or airport metro. Facilities are pretty good to ensure a good short self catering stay. It was also nice to have a few nice touches such as bottled water in the fridge and a bottle of wine on arrival. Communication was quick and efficient too. This place is not as advertised. The photos make it look modern but unfortunately it is pretty dated. The sofa is not the same as the pics and appears marked by a cat and all soft furnishings, including the rug, felt dusty and hairy. It needed a good hoover. The TV didn't work at all, the bathroom sink was loose, the hot water is scorching, and the lights began to play up at the end of the stay. Additionally, you'll have neighbours playing loud music when they arrive home from work until late at night, and to add to the noise, the whole apartment block is noisy i.e. doors slamming. To finish, there appeared to be a bit of blood on the front door near the keyhole which obvs adds to the whole feeling of uncleanliness. Oh, almost forgot, you'll almost need stilts to get to the padlock for the key to enter.
• Carolina (10/5): Tudo impecável! - Todo o apartamento é muito bem equipado A localização é excelente perto de tudo Foram impecáveis, chegamos cedo ao Porto e conseguimos fazer o check in mais cedo O cofre que tem as chaves para fazer o check in está muito alto o que torna muito complicado tirar, tivemos quase 30 minutos para conseguir tirar a chave.
• Caterina (9/5): Ottima posizione e staff disponibile - Posizione ottima, appartamento grande ed accogliente e ben attrezzato. Staff sempre disponibile. Facilità di accesso. Unica nota negativa un po’ il rumore nel palazzo
• Taner Palacio (10/5): - Ótimo custo benefício, em uma região central, com os principais pontos turísticos ao redor, mercado a poucos passos, e restaurantes na mesma rua e próximo do local. O espaço possui tudo o que precisa para uma estádia.
