La literie est très mauvaise (ressort dans le dos), la chambre est froide (sans émotion) et assez bruyant la première nuit notamment dans les couloirs et chambres du dessus

• Dominika (8/5): Nice student accommodation - I loved the bedding that was provided and the quiet courtyard view with a huge window and high ceilings. The kitchenette had all the necesities but there was no regular trash can, only 2 different ones for your recyclables. The whole unit is designed to be sustainable and so recycling and disposing of the trash had to be done correctly. The bathroom was so so. It was very humid after a shower and the light was automatic but it stayed on well beyond 10 minutes after you exited the bathroom- the fan was noisy during the night. The walls are also paper thin.

Ci è stato fornito un kit di cortesia molto utile e apprezzato Abbastanza silenziosa, abbiamo dormito senza problemi Niente di rilevante, farei dei piccoli cambiamenti e qualche ammodernamento. Il letto un po’ scomodo, materassi sicuramente da sostituire Poi fornirei anche una padella, la nostra stanza era dotata di cucina privata ma non erano presenti pentole per cucinare Per il resto tutto super!
• Ben (10/5): Great location and ideal for student budgets!! - Location was amazing, as was the price. The mini kitchen was ideal too. I'm a student but my partner isn't they let her stay which helped us out a lot for the weekend in Belfast. The reception team was lovely, super helpful, and had some great restaurant advice too! Mattress was a little springy but sorted it easily with a spare duvet under the sheet which the reception team kindly lent to us. Floor could have been slightly cleaner but was fine for the stay and that's just me being picky. No real issues at all tbh I would definitely stay again!

• Kirsten (10/5): Hotel-like experience at an affordable price - This is not your average student digs - the rooms are spacious, modern, clean and comfortable, all set in a stunning building in a central location. Basic cutlery and crockery are provided for use in the shared kitchen. The booking process was slightly arduous, but all for the purposes of ensuring security for residents and visitors.

• Danny Cruises (10/5): It was pleasant - It was clean, comfortable and it had all the necessary stuffs At night when I came back it was a guy curly hair and black skin color that I knocked the reception door in order to ask for water… in case they have an station for water inside He literally just look at me and ignore my hand signals and knocks in the door- no even a effort for help or something The other guy at reception when I check in and check out was lovely

• Knight (8/5): - My room was very spacious, bed was super comfortable, it was great that the kitchen had utensils/pots/plates. Everything was cleaned well. I also felt the property was very safe. I was missing trash bags in my kitchen and bathroom bins, so I had to ask for some. I also didn't find the shower and bathroom sink super easy to use. The bathroom sink in my room (room 3) had very little control with the water pressure and would easily splash up onto my clothes. The shower mechanism was just too tight on one side, the side that controlled the water pressure/flow. It was pretty difficult to turn off the water when my hands were slippery.

• Hannah (9/5): Angenehm in schönem alten, renovierten Schulhaus mit nettem Personal. - Nettes Personal, die gerne bei Problemen helfen (zB. wenn man einen Föhn braucht), schönes Haus, Zimmer mit Küchenzeile Das Licht im Bad geht bei Bewegung automatisch an (kein Problem), somit auch die Lüftung, die aber relativ laut und lange geht (va. nachts unschön, aber wahrscheinlich nicht behebbar)

• Qingtian (8/5): Very nice stay as a student traveler!! - It is good enough for student traveling in Belfast! Highly recommended! Stuffs are nice and helpful! It is a normal studio for students, so definitely not as fancy as hotel rooms

• Anna (4/5): If you are short of money and do not expect comfort and cleanliness this could be your choice - Nicely located close to the center, next to several bus stations and the arrival place of the regional buses. Really friendly and dedicated staff, especially at my arrival Noel really tried to be helpful and resolve the arising issues. Also the night shift staff was very friendly and uncomplicated. Could leave my baggage after checking out. Nice historical building, with some info posters in the hallway and an old engine. Suite very simple but practical; has a kitchenette with a cooking plate, toaster, some dishes, enough for preparing a simple meal and a workspace. I was aware that it was student accommodation and that the rooms were rented out while the building was empty during the semester break. Nevertheless, there were some shortcomings that made it seem rather unprofessional: - dirty und unprepared The first room I've got allocated to was absolutely not clean at all. Several hairs, apparently of different people where on the floor, bed, basically everywhere. The kitchen was still full of bread crumbs and wiping them away left a dark patch of genereal dirt on the paper towel. After complaints I got offered to move to another room. Still I had to ask for a vacuum cleaner as the floor was crumbly and new bedsheets, as there were stains of unknown origin. It seemed questionable to me whether professional room service is even done between new guests? Also the hallways in the dorms are in terrible condition with leftover chips, candy and other food, packages, bills, etc. lying around. I was told that the students are responsible for cleaning up - but apparently that doesn't work and as a guest I would expect a clean path to my room? - bed is horribly uncomfortable I am not picky regarding beds, but this one killed me. The first night I slept for maybe 2h, it felt like the matress consisted only of spring cores without any padding. I had to ask for another topper and another blanket to make it endurable for the rest of the stay. - hairdryer advertised on booking was missing As my booking mentioned a hairdryer I left mine at home, only to see that there was no hairdryer in the room. I asked about it and got told that they are sorry but only have six(!) hairdryers for the whole building, which are currently all lend, but they will see what they can do. In the end they managed to get a hairdryer, but still this shouldn't advertised then this way. - musty smell throughout the building - windows cannot be fully opened

• Shai (8/5): Massive space, beautiful building, loads of amenities, just needs an immediate mattress replacement. - Massive room, all the amenities you need for a pleasant stay, lovely building, friendly staff, powerful shower. The bed. That's the only complaint I have. The mattress needs to be replaced immediately. Too soft and you could feel the springs.

• Lucia (8/5): Buen lugar para quedarse, limpio, ordenado y céntrico. - Estaba todo limpio, y ordenado. Te proporcionan platos vasos y cubiertos para poder cocinar en la cocina común. También te dan champú, acondicionador y crema de cuerpo. Muy buena relación calidad-precio. Si te quedas 6 días deberían poner mínimo 2 rollos de papel higiénico. No pude dejar la mochila una vez hice el check out.. aun así hay lockers por toda la ciudad por 5 pounds. Ya para ser excelentes, una botellita de aceite pequeña para cocinar sería un 10.
