Karolina (1/5): porażka - Nowoczesny, nowy apartament, dobrze wyposażony, świetna lokalizacja, blisko morze, sklepy, praktycznie wszystko pod ręką W mieszkaniu, w łazience wybija szambo, smród niemiłosierny, używaliśmy zapachów/odświeżaczy do samochodu, wietrzyliśmy, ale zapach nie do wybicia, informowaliśmy o tym zarządcę lokalu kilkukrotnie - brak jakiejkolwiek reakcji. Zapach przyprawia o mdłości. W trakcie pobytu, pierwszego dnia, popsuły się drzwi do sypialni (zamki magnetyczne), brak dostępu do rzeczy w środku, kontakt z zarządcą - lekceważenie sytuacji, brak jakiejkolwiek informacji, dopiero po kilku telefonach wiadomość, że mamy sami wezwać ślusarza i pokryć jego koszt, bo w tym okresie (długiego weekendu) w dziale technicznym nikt nie pracuje... Połowa dnia minęła na użeraniu się z zarządcą, potem na czekaniu na ślusarza i jego ponad godzinną pracę, aby dostać się do pokoju, do naszych rzeczy... Zmarnowany czas na urlopie :( Zarządca - jakby nie było problemu i nic się nie stało. Dopiero po interwencji poczuli się do odpowiedzialności i zaoferowali możliwość późniejszego wykwaterowania i zwrot części środków/pieniędzy za wynajęcie apartamentu. Otrzymałam zwrot pieniędzy na usługę ślusarza, skorzystaliśmy z późniejszego wykwaterowania, ale zostaliśmy oszukani i zwrotu częściowego pieniędzy za zakwaterowanie nie otrzymaliśmy, mimo, że o to nie prosiliśmy, tylko zarządca sam się zaoferował, a potem się z tego nie wywiązał i przestał odpowiadać na wiadomości... Kontakt z zarządcą - nieporozumienie..
