• claudia (9/5): Estancia fantástica para una familia con 3 niños pequeños. - El apartamento es amplio y cómodo. Está muy bien situado al lado de una parada de metro fuera del centro. La entrada fue muy fácil y la comunicación con los propietarios perfecta. Hay un supermercado en la puerta y varios sitios de comida rápida baratos y ricos al lado. La cama supletoria de la 5ª persona es muy dura. Echamos en falta servilletas en la cocina y las alfombras deberían ser aspiradas.

• andrea (6/5): Semplice alloggio per chi sa adattarsi - Ci è piaciuta la posizione dell'appartamento vicina ai mezzi pubblici e gli spazi ampi dell'appartamento. Le lenzuola erano sporche. La via dell'appartamento è stretta e trovare un parcheggio è difficile. La via è chiusa da una sbarra: questo crea problemi per il parcheggio al check-in e al check-out.
• Jen (9/5): A recommander - Près des bus, et metro! Les lits sont super confortable. Appartement propre avec airco! Des restos pas loin de l'endroit. L'hôte était dispo à tout moment! Quartier safe! SUPER sympa de nous avoir acceuillit 1h avant l'heure d'arrivé. En tout cas, nous avons passer un bon séjour.

• Matthieu (8/5): - L'emplacement, le confort des lieux, la climatisation et l'équipement technologique, TV et Box Manque de vaisselle un petit peu, facilement achetable, les coupures électriques si trop d'appareils branchés, le store du salon à vérifier car impossible à descendre et le rafraîchissent d'air dans la chambre qui empêche de fermer la fenêtre.

• Paolo (8/5): Basta poco per migliorare decisamente l’appartamento , ma nel complesso ci siamo trovati bene . - Appartamento rispondente alle aspettative, vicino a Metro e a negozi. Zona tranquilla. Alcuni dettagli da migliorare soprattutto nel bagno. Il condominio esternamente avrebbe bisogno di manutenzione!

• Aline (10/5): Exceptional - The apartment is huge , and adorable. Comfortable beds, lot of space , kitchen with everything you need . Perfect The only thing we think it can make it better is a laundry machine.
• Marius (10/5): Recommend - Spatious, clean, well equiped kitchen. Close to metro, shops nearby. From metro is a short but steep street climb to reach the flat. Take in mind if you have walking difficulty. For us was no problem. We enjoyed the walk

It is very luxurious to have such a place in Rome with parking included! It is only 2 minutes to a metro station! We loved this place, we will come back if we visit Rome again.

The house is in a quiet courtyard. Smell from the toilet. I think it is due to old water tubes. Because when you turn on water, no smell.
