• KHALED (1/5): The oweners were friendly , nice but the experience wasn’t that great I barely stayed left after checking in in 10 minut - Although the location was good l.However the amenities were not good and our room was right next to the main door so we can hear everything . This made the experience very uncomfortable. The noise where you can hear everyone outside the door . The apartment rules made the overall experience less enjoyable as especially the rule with the neighbors not a comfortable experience at all.

• Sandrine (10/5): Wonderful location . - We had a wonderful stay at this apartment. It was very clean, comfortable, and extremely convenient. The location is excellent, close to everything we needed, which made getting around easy and stress-free. The owner was very helpful, responsive, and attentive throughout our stay, making the entire experience smooth and pleasant. We would definitely recommend this place and would be happy to stay here again.

The place is truly exceptional — everything you might need is available, from the smallest spoon to the highest standards of safety and security. The building even includes secure parking, and the apartment is located in one of the best and safest areas in all of Los Angeles. What made the experience even better is Mr. Recio Young. He is extremely helpful, knowledgeable about everything in Los Angeles, and always available whenever you need him. A genuinely classy, respectful, and service-minded person. I will definitely come back again — a second, third, and fourth time — and I will recommend this amazing apartment to all my friends and family. It was an incredible vacation, and this apartment was a major reason the trip was so perfect. And of course, Mr. Young played a key role in making everything easier and more enjoyable. This place should should only advertised on Airbnb, not booking.com. For the price it was well over priced. Don't get sucked in the area, it's not as flash as you would think. Acommodation is cluttered, dated, dirty and noisy. Being a bottom floor unit you had to put up with toilets flushing all night and other plumbing noise. Bed had sheets that where all crumbled up as if not changed. We paid over 700Aud pernight for 2 nights and left after the 1st night, to not destroy the memory of our month away in the States. I asked if there was any chance of a small refund for 2nd night, to which all communication stopped. Do your self a favour and don't stay here. I don't understand all the positive reviews. Plenty of other better places with bang for your buck.
