Pero si nos tenemos que quedar con algo es con el trato TAN BUENO, TAN CERCANO, Y TAN DETALLISTA que recibimos por parte de todo el equipo. • Jürgen (9/5): - Het vriendelijke personeel, de ligging, het comfort, goede bedden. Erg schoon en mooi ingerichte accommodatie. De weg naar de accommodatie was vol putten.
• Joop (10/5): Fantastisch - We waren in de buurt en zochten een accomodatie. Per toeval kwamen we bij deze accomodatie uit. Wat een toeval en wat een ervaring! Dit overtrof onze verwachting: mooi landelijk, rust en een fantastisch ruime kamer en badgedeelte. We waren overdonderd, te meef toen er pardoes nog een kudde geiten door de voortuin trok. Landelijker kan je het niet hebben. We vonden het jammer dat we niet nóg een nacht konden verblijven. Een prachtige uitvalsbasis voor alles wat je kan en moet bezoeken in Andalusië. Een enorme aanrader! Niets!
• Karin (8/5): Super mooie locatie in de natuur van Spanje. Rust en ruimte! En dicht bij diverse dingen om te doen! - Rustig gelegen in een prachtige omgeving. Je waant je in het echte Spanje - Andalusië. Ruime kamers met alles wat je nodig hebt. Mooi terras aan het zwembad. Ontbijt was voortreffelijk. Ook het diner in het restaurant is zeer de moeite waard. Personeel is super gastvrij en helpt je met tips wat je kunt doen in de omgeving.
• Dzurdo (1/5): Gerencia inhumana - El trato de todo el personal, excepto de la gerencia. La falta de humanidad de gerencia, aunque tenía tarifa no reembolsable a mi mujer la ingresaron en el hospital y solicité un cambio de fechas, que fue declinada. Había un radiador pero estaba apagada la instalación y pasamos frío, solo funcionabala bomba de calor del split pero era insuficiente el calor que aportaba. El suelo de la ducha muy incómodo era de piedras.

King size studio good size, very comfortable queen bed . Great breakfast, fruit, yoghurt, eggs how you want them, bread, meats, bacon ,juice, tea or coffee. Very friendly , informative reception staff. Mislaid the studio key one evening, phoned reception who said not to worry they had a spare. Lady who made the breakfast was very friendly. Lovely pool area surrounded by trees but too early in the season to use. That made us up a breakfast to take away one day as we were out and about before breakfast. It smelt a bit damp, maybe it was due to it being early in the season. No extractor fan or window in the shower room.

Trato de 10, ya desde la bienvenida por parte de Virginia y Joshua, pendientes de todo nuestras necesidades o peticiones. La limpieza por dentro de la habitación debajo de la mesa había telarañas enormes , la zona de la piscina no estaba mal pero demasiadas abejas y mosquitos lo que se hace bastante complicado tomar el sol por miedo a picaduras o bañarte simplemente (se entiende que estás en pleno campo pero aún así no está aislado como para que no se note la cantidad de bichos )

• Lisette (9/5): - Zeer vriendelijk en hartelijk ontvangst. Ontbijt en diner is heerlijk, goed verzorgd en ook vriendelijk personeel. Hotel is gelegen in een rustige omgeving met een fijn zwembad. Prima uitvalsbasis om de omgeving te verkennen. We kregen een upgrade naar een grotere kamer. Deze leek echter wat incompleet en vrij basic. Ook zeer weinig opbergruimte in de badkamer.

• Nicole (7/5): Hotel met zeker goede punten (kamer, zwembad, stilte) maar ook verbeterpunten - De stilte en de kwaliteit van de kamers bevielen ons het meest De aankleding van de ontbijtzaal en het restaurant vielen wat tegen; die zijn wat gedateerd. Het ontbijt was prima, het avondeten daarentegen kon fijner. Vlak achter het gebouw staat de betonnen aanzet van een nieuw te bouwen hotel ; dit is wel heel erg vreemd.
• J.C.M. (5/5): Leuk voor een keer, maar niet nog eens - Het personeel en het ontbijt. Er is geen bar, je kunt nergens drinken bestellen, vooral heel veel vliegen, niet normaal zoveel. Als je aankomt dan lijkt het alsof je naar een verlaten niet afgebouwd pand afrijdt. Receptie niet vaak aanwezig.

• Saskia (8/5): Heerlijk - Prachtige, zeer rustige plek midden in de natuur maar toch op goed afstand van dorpjes met supermarkten. Zeer ruime kamer. Weinig maar om toch iets te noemen het bed met spiraal dat nogal stuiterig was. De keukenuitrusting is minimaal maar voldoende.

• van den Enk (9/5): Fantastisch verblijf met heerlijk ontbijt en fijn zwembad. - De locatie was geweldig. Het is een mooi kleinschalig complex met aardige en behulpzame medewerkers. Het zwembad is heerlijk, het ontbijt was heerlijk. Wij hadden ook een mooie ruime kamer. Kortom: we hebben genoten ! niets
• Bharti (9/5): Een kleine oase van rust en groen. - Malaga Sierra De Las Nieves ligt op een schitterende locatie. We werden heel enthousiast ontvangen, geweldig personeel, ze zijn betrokken bij de gasten en staan direct voor je klaar. Wij hadden een appartement geboekt, en deze zijn voorzien van een keukenblok met kleine ijskast + vriezer en twee kookpitten. Er is een zwembad met ligbedden, douche en toilet. Er is ontzettend veel te zien en te bezoeken in de omgeving, maar een auto is echt onmisbaar, om zowel op locatie te komen als naar dorpjes in de buurt te bezoeken voor de restaurantjes, supermarkt of om de bezienswaardigheden. Het Hotel is een paar jaar gesloten geweest en dit jaat opnieuw geopend onder nieuwe eigenaren, dat merk je hier en daar, zo is het restaurant niet ieder avond open.

• Freek (9/5): Heerlijk rustige plek in een prachtige omgeving met zeer gastvrij en vriendelijk personeel - Gastvrije en prettige ontvangst met veel informatie o.a. nuttige tips voor ons bezoek aan Caminito del Rey. Bij aankomst kregen we gelijk een upgrade aangeboden van de door ons geboekte Deluxe Studio naar een Deluxe Appartement met 1 Slaapkamer. Heerlijk rustig gelegen accommodatie bij het prachtige Parque National Sierra de las Nieves. Lekker ontbijt met vriendelijke en behulpzame bediening. De kamer was, met uitzondering van ket keukenblok, een beetje gedateerd. Met name het comfort in de badkamer met een douchekop op maximaal anderhalve meter hoogte en zonder douchescherm viel wat tegen.
• miya (10/5): Best choice we could make! - There are plenty of amazing places to stay now, but this hotel is exceptionally lovely. I was searching for a cosy and silent place to rest after a demanding week´s retreat. And this place really hit the target. The beautiful simple, clean and modern design of the rooms made us feel very comfortable and welcome. Mrs. Virginia on reception is a ray of sunshine. She helped us with everything, always smiling, even though our demands at that time were a little specific and unusual. Everything was perfectly solved! All the people working there were very friendly and keen to help . The mornings were touched by the soft, magic sounds of sheep-bells passing by. It was soooo nice, natural and gently connected to the life in that area - far away from any modern-day noises or busy cities. The breakfast was always rich. If something was missing, the staff were very helpful in finding what we needed. We did not spend much time by the pool, but short dips in it were a real blessing to cool us down after the long, hot days. As a bonus there were two kittens, Ping and Pong, roaming around. If you need tenderness, there you are :) Our thanks to all people providing services like this!
• Arno (7/5): Mooie locatie met wat aandachtspunten. - Mooi gerenoveerde appartementen op een voor ons ideale ligging ca 45 minuten van Malaga direct een natuurgebied. Vriendelijk en behulpzaam personeel. Een paar dingetjes kunnen beter: Oude ruïne van beton in het zicht, zet er een paar bomen voor. Reiniging van kamer slechts 1 keer in 9 nachten. Handdoeken moesten we zelf wisselen. Zwembad heeft losse tegels.

• Jeanne (6/5): Wir hatten große Erwartungen an einen wundervollen Aufenthalt auf dem Land und wurden leider enttäuscht. - Die ruhige Lage und der Pool waren toll. Die Größe der Zimmer und der Küche. Keine Zimmerreinigung bei Übernachtungen von 3 Nächten. Das Restaurant ist nicht an allen Tagen geöffnet und im Vergleich zur Umgebung sehr teuer, sowie der Preis für das Frühstück. Keine Informationen zu was man so in der Gegend unternehmen kann.

• Gonzalo (10/5): - La estancia ha sido excelente. La habitación es amplia y cuenta con una pequeña cocina equipada con lo necesario para poder cocinar algunas cosas. La ubicación es muy tranquila, en plena sierra malagueña, pero a la vez cercana a distintas playas, a Ronda, a Malaga,... lo que permite disfrutar de lo mejor de ambos entornos. El personal ha sido muy atento: olvidé un cargador y me lo enviaron rápidamente. ¡Totalmente recomendable!

La piscina no es que no me gustsra pero si que deberían de resolver el tema de los grisites que se están despegando, y que no conseguía que saliera agua fría de los grifos de la casa.

• Mairead (9/5): Perfect getaway - Beautiful and picturesque venue nestled in the Spanish Countryside. We used it as it was near Ronda, Camino del Rey hyke and Setenil de las Bodegas.... Areas which we wanted to visit in our short time here. The check in was simple and efficient, we had a lovely warm welcome with useful information on excursions close by and recommendations. The room was well laid out and had all the utilities needed. Air con was good and the room was spacious. Was able to cook main meals with kitchen equipment. Perfect place to chill land relax There was nothing bad to say about the Room or experience. The gravel roads maybe the only downfall to the experience but otherwise a lovely secluded hotel away from the hustle and bustle of the Spanish coastline.

Todo genial...quizás alguna mejora pero que no afecta para nada la estancia allí sería poner papel de cocina ya que es un apartamento y no había, y un extractor que de verdad succione ya que se acumulaba todo en la habitación y abrir las ventanas un segundo era una invitación a las avispas y moscas. Quizás una opción de estudio con buffet a la carta en el restaurante no sería muy mala opción. Si quieres tranquilidad y habitación moderna y limpia, este es el sitio. Recomendable 100%.
• Julia (10/5): Komfortable Unterkunft mit viel andalusischem Flair - wir kommen wieder! - Das Hotel ist ein zauberhafter Ort zum runterkommen in den schönen Bergen Andalusiens. Die Autos stehen auf dem kostenlosen Parkplatz sicher. Das Frühstück ist sehr lecker und als niedliches Buffet angerichtet. Einen Abend haben wir auch ein sehr leckeres Abendessen im Hotelrestaurant genossen. Wir haben ein Upgrade auf ein kleines Apartment erhalten, was super gemütlich war. Das Personal war ausgesprochen freundlich und hilfsbereit. Wir haben uns rundum wohlgefühlt und kommen gerne wieder!
• Armin (9/5): Besondere und ruhige Oase in den Bergen oberhalb von Malaga, zum Abschalten und Genießen - Etwas abgeschieden, weg vom Touristentrubel. Tolle, saubere und gepflegte Anlage mit Pool (bei Vollauslastung zu klein). Das gesamte Gelände ist sehr nett gemacht und wirklich sauber und gepflegt. Zu empfehlen für Paare, die ihre Ruhe haben möchten, abschalten und einfach Andalusien erleben möchten. Die Betreiber scheinen Engländer zu sein, smit gibt es keinerlei Sprachbarrieren (EN und ES perfekt!). Das Restaurant ist leider überhaupt nicht zu empfehlen. Keines der angebotenen Speisen ist von einem echten Koch zubereitet, was man leider merkt. Das Restaurant hätte Potenzial, aber nur mit einem echten Koch!
• JUAN DE DIOS (8/5): Decepcionado con el establecimiento en general. - La tranquilidad. Piscina descuidada el fondo se le caían las tráelas del suelo. Una cosa es minimalista y otra que no hay mobiliario para hacer la vida más cómoda. Apartamento entre comillas campana de vitro cerámica sin salida de humos…….. no está orientado a que cocines en esta cocina, el frigorífico es un mini bar, no pienses en un frigorífico con su congelador, me llevé compra para 3 días….., a 38 y 39 grados un refresco sin hielo …… el pueblo más cercano para comprar a 7 km eso si te dan la opción de que le compres a ellos. Una puerta de acceso a la terraza que no cierra y sin cortina si alguien se da una vuelta por el recinto la intimidad es nula, lo mismo en el cuarto de baño, tenías que estar con la ventana totalmente cerrada por qué si no el apartamento de al lado te veía desnudo daba a su puerta la ventana del cuarto de baño decoración minimalista otra vez, una simple cortina quita el problema. Las perchas para colgar la toalla para cuando sales de la ducha en la pared de enfrente,no es cómodo. En el salón no hay ninguna percha, dos sillas y una mesa alta para comer dos sofás en frente de la televisión, sin mesita central otra vez la decoración minimalista si quieres un café lo sostienes con la mano. Para el precio que me ha costado y los servicios que me ha ofrecido no lo veo correcto no es equitativo.

Breakfast was excellent although a little on the pricey side, however the alternative meant getting in the car and driving. Alternatively you could provide your own Breakfast with a little planning. Although tea & coffee making facilities were provided, larger cups or mugs would have been nice.

• CARLOS JAVIER (10/5): Tranquilidad a todo confort. - Un alojamiento excelente, ideal para quien busca tranquilidad, silencio y confort. La habitación (mejor dicho el apartamento) está perfectamente equipado, con todo nuevo y en perfecto estado. El baño excelente y comodísimo, la cocina, el mobiliario (de un gusto excelente) la piscina, las zonas verdes, el entorno etc. En definitiva todo resulta idóneo para una estancia muy cómoda en un ambiente muy relajado y agradable, lo cual incluye naturalmente al personal, especialmente a Jenny a quien hay que agradecer su espontaneidad y extraordinaria simpatía.

• Viviana (9/5): - El entorno, precioso y muy tranquilo en esta época del año (finales de Junio). El estudio que alquilamos nos pareció súper bonito, amueblado con mucho gusto, y limpio. Nos gustó que tuviera una terraza con vistas a la Sierra y que hubiese una piscina donde poder refrescarnos después de una mañana haciendo senderismo. Jenny nos acogió súper bien y nos recomendó muchos lugares para visitar. También nos encantó la cena en la terraza del restaurante. Tanto el servicio de cena como el desayuno deben reservarse con antelación. Según la época del año puede ser complicado encontrar sitios cercanos para comer o cenar, recomiendo tenerlo en cuenta (sobre todo en temporada baja). Nos quedamos con ganas de volver para poder disfrutar del complejo con todos sus servicios funcionantes, entre ellos el bar, para poder tomar algo disfrutando de la tarde en la piscina.

We only stayed one night but we would have been very happy to have spent our entire holiday here! The reception lady was very friendly and very accommodating given our last minute booking. Pudimos disfrutar de la mezcla perfecta entre una decoración que conserva la esencia tradicional andaluza y la modernidad en lo que se refiere a instalaciones y confort. • David (10/5): Un sitio en el que desconectar y vivir de cerca la naturaleza - ¡Una auténtica joya escondida este hotel en la Sierra de las Nieves! Nos hemos alojado solo una noche en el fin de semana y ha sido una experiencia inolvidable. El hotel está ubicado en un antiguo cortijo restaurado con muchísimo gusto y conservando todos los elementos tradicionales andaluces como las vigas de madera y los suelos de barro. El personal es encantador y conocen la zona como la palma de su mano. Nos recomendaron una ruta preciosa para ver el pinsapar (árboles únicos en Europa) y nos organizaron una cata de aceites de la comarca con un productor local. Se nota que han cuidado hasta el último detalle para integrarse a la perfección con el entorno natural de la Sierra. Un lugar perfecto para desconectar y vivir una experiencia única. ¡Repetiremos seguro!

Las habitaciones cuentan con camas extragrandes y una cocina completamente equipada. Desayuno con productos típicos locales. Personal muy amable y siempre dispuesto. Nada, repetiremos
