- LILIANA (8/5): - posizione, colazione, confort, staff, pulizia e location in generale molto bella al rientro dalla spiaggia la navetta non è passata a prenderci, il bagnoschiuma in camera lo dovevamo chiedere e gli asciugami per la spiaggia spesso non erano disponibili.

Недалеко находится отличный Banana Beach — всего ~5 минут на такси (Grab около 200 бат). Очень красивый пляж, рекомендую к посещению. В family room в первую ночь был сильный запах канализации в двух санузлах. Общее ощущение плохой уборки (особенно в первый день). Пришлось переселяться в другие номера. Не хватило пляжных полотенец в первый день. Завтраки однотипные и быстро надоедают.

- Christèl (8/5): Heerlijke lokatie met heerlijke ruime schone kamer en gym! Perfect om vakantie relax af te sluiten. - De kamer was top! Lekkere bedden en ruim schoon met heerlijke badkamer. De gym was ook één van de betere die ik heb gezien in vergelijking met de andere hotels. Alles was nieuw en we konden ook de gym van het naastgelegen hotel (via loopbrug achter ontbijtgedeelte te bereiken) gebruiken welk ook nieuwe apparatuur had staan en waardoor we een fijne combinatie konden maken tussen de gyms omdat er ook verschillende apparaten staan. Beide airco dus fijn om te sporten. Shuttle bus welk ieder uur naar het strand rijdt was ook top geregeld. Je kan ook naar het dichtstbijzijnde strandje lopen maar de shuttle bus brengt je naar een net iets drukker strand waar je ook op een bedje kan liggen en drankjes kan drinken. Je kan ook nog een halte verder uitstappen in het plaatsje Bang Tao. Ook erg leuk. Veel boutique's en eetgelegenheden. Lokatie erg rustig maar met een grap taxi of een scooter kom je overal. Een aantal restaurants in de buurt van het hotel. ( niet veel maar je kan dichtbij uit eten) Graptaxi is overigens goedkoper naar airport dan shuttle van het hotel. Ik vond het een heerlijk hotel door de kamer en de lokatie ! Dichtbij airport. Niet alle medewerkers zijn klantvriendelijk. Dat is erg jammer want het hotel is prachtig! Het Ontbijtrestaurant is vaak druk en medewerkers lopen daardoor soms wat achter op tafels uitruimen waardoor we soms lang moesten zoeken naar bestek. Er zouden koffiezetapparaten mogen staan. Koffieautomaat is niet erg snel. Handdoeken voor het zwembad of strand waren soms op. Ik vermoed dat de drukte in het hotel net iets te veel is voor wat men aan kan.

Le bruit quand on demande une.chambre au calme et que l on se retrouve côté rue. Les abords (travaux partout) la route pour aller à la plage et au 7 eleven(pas adaptée dangereux et moche). Les travaux sur la plage qui est aussi tres salle. Le restaurant tré 5s très long. La direction pas sympa (bloqué en France nous devions payer un autre billet d avion. Ils n ont pas.voulu trouver un arrangement pour que nius annulions notre séjour sans frais), nous avions une chambre pour 2 alors que nous étions 3: notre fille de 10 ns dormais avec nous . Les gens douche et shampoings comme dans un hôtel ibis (petite fiolle au compte goutte) la baie vitrée salle. C est mal placé , machines à café marchent difficilement le matin. Que des russes Etc...
- Umit Bahar (6/5): PRACHTIG - het mooie was de kleuren , zo open en vrij het is op een zeer goede en gunstige plek gelegen dat je overal naartoe kunt per scooter, en deze kun je in het hotel meteen resereveren, dat is beter dan een uber. helemaal niets ,want het is een schoon en prima hotel de locatie is goed te doen, het is er rustig en open , eten is goed dus ons verblijf was een zeer aangename periode en ook de bediening is goed. dus vooral gaan

- Cindy (9/5): Beautiful hotel with all amenities catered for, but found staff lacking in the personal touch - Beautiful property with everything you need in the rooms and even things you didn’t know you needed! Bathrooms are to die for, beach bags, washing lines, lighted mirrors, magnifying mirror and more than ample wardrobe space. Breakfast was lovely with more than one area. Didn’t receive any welcome drinks and found the staff to be lacking. The hotel is very big with lots of people in reception and they seem very busy but certainly wasn’t made to feel special. Wanted a $50 dollar deposit also that wasn’t mentioned anywhere but we got out of paying this. Still haven’t received deposit back from hotel we stayed in over a week ago. Flight was delayed and arrived late but restaurant and bar closed down at 11pm which was a bit odd.

- Inci (10/5): Just amazing - The first impression from the hotel entrance is truly impressive, and the rest of the stay lived up to that initial feeling. The staff were consistently kind and helpful, and the entire property felt clean and well maintained. 【Shuttle service】 The hotel offers a convenient shuttle service to Le Phang Beach and a shopping area called The Avenue, which made getting around very easy. There’s also a 7/11 and Layan Beach about a 10‑minute walk from the hotel. 【Restaurant】 The area doesn’t have many restaurants nearby, so we had lunch at a small restaurant on the way to Layan Beach and dinner at the hotel. On the day we arrived, it was already 22:30, so we grabbed dinner from 7/11 and ate there — they even have four seats inside the shop, which was surprisingly convenient. 【Sightseeing】 The more touristy and lively areas are not close to the hotel, but this wasn’t a problem for us since we wanted to relax by the beach and pool and stay away from the crowds. There are many families staying here, including those with young children, so if you’re looking to party or enjoy a vibrant nightlife, this might not be the right location. However, if your goal is simply to unwind and enjoy a comfortable hotel with a pool and a beach nearby, this place is perfect. Overall, a comfortable and enjoyable stay with great service and thoughtful amenities. We did experience two cases of misinformation from the same staff member. 1. We asked about extending our stay, and he insisted that we should check the website on our checkout day to see if any rooms became available. This clearly wouldn’t work for us, because if there was no availability, we would have had nowhere to go. We needed to know in advance. Later, when we asked another staff member, he was very helpful and completed the extension immediately after a short phone call. 2. We handed in our laundry before 12:00, and reception informed us it would be ready that same evening. When we called to collect it, another staff member told us it would only be ready the next day. After I explained that we had been told it would be returned the same day, he checked again, called me back, and delivered the laundry to our room shortly after. Both times, it felt like the first staff member was answering impulsively without checking the correct information. I understand he may be new, but I would prefer to wait a few minutes for accurate information the first time rather than having to insist or double‑check later.
- K.J.K (8/5): Trevlig semester. - Mycket trevlig personal på hotellet, fina pooler och mycket grönska på hotellområdet. Mycket trevligt spa. Städningen var inte bra på rummet och man märker att det inte är ett hotell som är byggt med kvalité då vi hade läckage under vask där det forsade vatten (fick säga till ett par gånger innan det var fixat) och dörrhandtag som lossnade. Hotellet har väldigt få solstolar, det finns plats för fler så detta skulle de lätt kunna fixa. Det är otroligt mycket ryssar på hotellet där tyvärr många inte kan bete sig, på frukosten tränger de sig fram, lastar upp med stora berg av mat som de sedan inte äter upp. Området Layan Beach skulle behöva bättre infrastruktur med gångbanor som i nuläget inte finns så man får om man vågar promenera på tungt trafikerade vägar. Det är dock lätt och billigt att ta sig med bil genom Bolt.

До моря пешком примерно 7 минут, правда по дороге без тротуаров. Номера просторные, чистые. Ставят по 2 большие бутылки с водой каждый день) 1. Сотрудники в лобби постоянно заняты. Выселение/заселение, а также любые вопросы занимают очень много времени. 2. Постоянно не хватает полотенец для бассейна. Ни разу не удалось получить 3. Очень плохая шумоизоляция с балкона. У нас окна выходили на дорогу - было слышно каждую проезжающую машину

- Abi (9/5): Stunning hotel, very clean and staff was friendly and very helpful. - The hotel was stunning, very clean, sleek and well looked after. Close to the beach, decent pools, gym and food was good. The rooms were massive, bathrooms were massive too. My husband loved the fancy toilet that had lots of cleaning options. Close to the beach and a couple of good restaurants, Mr Warm’s food and drink was the best. It was slightly out the way of the town, but only a short bike or taxi ride away. There was nothing not to like about the property, was beautiful.

Muss man wirklich 2 mal überlegen ob man in diesem Hotel übernachten möchte od - Modern und eigentlich schön ausgestattet aber es ist ziemlich überal renovierungsbedürftig.. Die Reinigung des Zimmers war miserabel, es wurde nur das Bett gemacht und neue Handtücher bekamm man wenn man es brauchte. Im Badezimmer wurde nicht mal der Boden gesaugt.. Frau und 2 Mädchen .. die hinterlassen einweing Haare nach dem Föhnen.. am nächsten Tag nach der Reinigung mussten wir sauber machen.. und das war jeden tag das gleiche , auch nach der 3ten beschwerde wird man an der Rezeption nur schwindelig angelacht das Sie das gleich weitermelden und jemand vorbeikommt.. nichts passiert.. also wirklich abartig 5 sterne kann man schon erwarten das die Zimmer halbwegs gereinigt werden! Vorhänge 2 mal gebeten das sie die richten.. haben diese nur zurückgehängt und nicht wirklich befestigt.. beim zumachen fallen die alle wieder runter und man hat zur frühen morgenstunde die sonnen im Zimmer wo man eigentlich eher ausschlafen möchte. Und Achtung vor Zimmer an der Straßenseite! Der Lärm ist wirklich nicht ohne nachts und auch in der Früh!! Durch die Balkontür hört man leider alles! Frühstück kann man essen ist aber eher wenig auswahl und wirklich nichts besonderes .. hatte 3-4sterne hotel mit besseren Essen. Und noch eines sollte man wissen (nichts gegen Russen!) aber dort sind zu 80-90% nur Russen und auch dass neujahrs programm und andere sachen sind speziell für sie ausgelegt.. könnte man internationaler gestalten aber oke..

- Anastasiia (2/5): - Awful experience ever in my life. The staff completely disrespected me, constantly invading my personal space and crossing boundaries. I was simply horrified — I woke up from some shouting at 8 a.m., not understanding what was happening. It turned out to be the staff, who clearly didn’t care about other people. They can yell, clean rooms, as if I were in the cheapest bungalow or hostel. Breakfast was extremely poor — no proper selection of meats or cheeses, just sausages, lots of local food and a lot of greasy pastries. On top of that, there was some kind of fake concern — hyper-care that was insanely irritating, as if I were in some circus with people who clearly do not understand that I am an adult and, if I need anything, I can ask for help myself. There is no need to run after me and ask about every single step I take. Where am I going? Am I waiting for a taxi? Even when I was sitting in lobby I felt that staff around very interesting about my next step and I should report every step i take. On the morning of my final day, I called to request water, even though I had been considering extending my stay — after this experience, I decided not to. My first call was ignored and no water was delivered. When I called a second time, I asked politely where my water was in a five-star hotel. The staff member responded, ‘Did you call before?’ — implying that I was somehow incompetent for asking a simple question. Instead of resolving the issue, the staff asked endless questions, wasting my time and energy — completely unacceptable for a five-star hotel. When I went to the reception and said that they didn’t even want to apologize for asking me questions that I perceive as extremely insulting and degrading my dignity, their eyes were so indifferent and empty.

- Deven (10/5): Overall we loved our stay and will be back next time around.🇹🇭 - Everything was exceptional. We had our stay for 5 nights. Breakfast was very good with mix of Asian and western touch. We could order lunch and dinner straight to our room. Gym and swimming pool was regularly cleaned and was spotless. 🤙
- Ahmed (10/5): جيد جداً - كل شي جميل وهادئ نصف ساعه عن المطار منطقه جميله وهادئه لكنها تفتقر للأنشطة الفندق جميل و نظيف جدا و رائع والموظفين ممتازين فيه مساحات واسعه للجلوس و الاسترخاء اعتقد انني يمكن أن اعيد تجربته فقط انه بعيد عن الانشطه لكن الشاطئ قريب بامكانك تذهب اليه مشيا على الاقدام

Quite disruptive in the sense that when you go to the toilet, you can hear the water flushing through the pipes. you can also hear when your neighbour is flushing their toilet as well.

- Lindy (8/5): Great new resort with minor noise issue - New property, very cool design. Staff was warm and welcoming. Free parking was helpful. Location is good, Bang Tao Beach is 20 min away by car but road there is a bit bad and narrow. The seal on our bedroom door to the balcony was not tight so we could hear everything as if we were outdoors. So noisy need earplugs to sleep.

The only problem we had was with the room service, other than that everything was great. They also have different areas, and a quiet big, nicely equipped gym. Room service
- İrina (9/5): Good hotel to stay in Layan beach - Very beautiful swimming pool, hotel area is well looked after and designed great, rooms are spacious and comfortable, staff is friendly and Beach near by is fantastic! Breakfast would be good to have little more fresh fruit and vegetables like avocado, tomatoes, cucumbers.. road to the beach is very busy with cars, passing through can be challenging

- Robina (10/5): Amazing place to relax in Phuket - Beautiful property, loved the pools, very clean, amazing staff, delicious food and drinks, very comfortable beds, fantastic massages, short walk to the local beach, 30min drive to airport. Definitely recommend, will stay again when in Phuket!
