• Damon (10/5): Excellent stay. Would stay again. - Very clean and modern. Having 2 balcony areas was fantastic. Great tv if you’re having a quit night or to entertain the kids. Great internet. Great facilities in the kitchen. Up a hill 10 minutes from the monastery and all the shops and bars but a regular bus stop not even a minutes walk away and two small shops and a pharmacy around the corner.

• Fiona (9/5): Great place to stay, friendly host with great communication. - Great communication from the host prior to the trip and on arrival. Clean spacious apartment. Terrace with great views of Las Palmas. The apartment is at the top of a hill, it is a steep walk back up - only took approx 10-15 minutes - felt safe all times of the day. This was not a problem for us. Bonus we arranged parking in the garage. Although, would be able to find some on street parking if you are willing to walk a bit. Not sure if there was air con?

• guy (8/5): Séjour très agréable - L'hôte Heber est très agréable et disponible. Nous avons pu nous arranger pour disposer de l'appartement un peu plus tôt pour laisser notre valise, et la laisser un peu plus tard à la fin également. Heber étant également chauffeur de taxi, nous nous sommes mis d'accord dès notre arrivée pour qu'il nous emmène à l'aéroport à la fin de notre séjour : un souci en moins :) Il faut juste savoir que l'appartement se trouve en haut d'une colline surplombant Las Palmas : très belle vue par conséquent sur les collines et la mer depuis le balcon, mais la montée est assez raide pour y arriver à pied. Nous avons pris un taxi (7 euros) pour y accéder. La vue en valait la peine :)

• Raquel (8/5): - Una vista privilegiada. Es muy recomendable si vas con coche, pues hay la opción de alquilar un aparcamiento, situado justo encima, y que da directo al alojamiento.

• FEDERERO RUBIO (10/5): - Las terrazas, las vistas, la independencia, la limpieza, las instalaciones (nuevas), la comodidad, el garaje. TODO. Ideal para desayunar y cenar con unas vistas espectaculares. Ahh y dice mi hijo pequeño que le encantó la TV para ver los dibujitos Nada, la verdad.

• Elena (10/5): Loved this stay. The appartment was clean, big and it has amazing views. We enjoyed the balcony a lot too. The personnel - The property is new, very clean, spacious, and you have the best views of the city for sure! Everything was perfect
• Ignacio (1/5): Publicidad engañosa respecto a donde se encuentra - La información de la ubicación respecto al centro y a la playa es mentira, también es mentira que hay bares , restaurantes y tiendas cerca.Es un barrio conflictivo y eso tampoco lo cuentan en el anuncio, no nos quedamos en el y esto no me había pasado nunca en Booking.
• Miguel Alejandro (7/5): Cercano a la capital - Ubicación y precio muy bueno Lo único el acceso para persona con movilidad reducida. Mi padre tenía que tener mucho cuidado en el acceso a la habitación.
• Jennifer (8/5): Tranquilo - La zona donde está la vivienda es tranquila Que no había ventana al exterior, mi pareja que fumar tenía que subir escaleras para salir a la calle a fumar y el tema del aparcamiento difícil
• Molly (8/5): Clean, good location, basic but comfortable - If you’re looking for somewhere where you can park easily, within walking distance to the old town (10-15) mins, is clean and comfortable then this is for you. The accommodation is somewhat basic and is lacking views across the city. But if you’re looking for an affordable place to sleep whilst you explore the city this place works fine. Very easy communication with the owner, who met us on arrival. One thing to note is, the place is in the basement and down some stone steps without a handrail, so not the best for people with mobility issues.
