Kata beach is a 15-20 minute walk away. 7-11 and Kata night market are a 5-7 minute walk away. Their bathroom is very clean and the bedsheets smell nice. The balcony overlooked the swimming pool in the property but guests could not use the swimming pool. The balcony has large glass doors and if you keep the curtains open, everything inside your room is visible to other rooms facing you, and vice versa.

• Dominika (8/5): Close to beach and restaurants - A short walk to the beach, about 15 minutes, and close to shops and restaurants but far enough to have a fairly quiet street and get a good night's sleep. Had everything you'd need for a short stay. The air-conditioning took a while to work so it would often be quite hot in the room. The room was a little bit dated.

• James (7/5): Fair price for a comfortable few nights stay. - Well located. Very central. Easy to get to beach and restaurants. Quiet at night. Comfortable bed. Booked an excursion with reception and it was a lot cheaper than some others paid for the same trip. For the price I can’t really complain about much.
• Kathryn (8/5): Good location and great staff. - Staff were helpful in arranging transportation to and from the airport. They were also helpful in suggesting local restaurants to eat at and places to go and where to catch the bus. The beds were a bit hard and uncomfortable.
• Oleksandra (5/5): Not a pleasant experience - The location is close to the night market and a few supermarkets. They made up the room every day. Provided beach towels. Free snacks and coffee in the lobby. Bike rental in the lobby if you need it. The hotel does not look like in the pictures. It’s very old, needs renovation and more cleaning. Spider web in the corners and ants all over the desk, they even got inside our things which we put on that table. The AC right above the bed and it’s very uncomfortable at night. The bathroom is old and gets wet after showers. They provide a toothbrush but no hand soap. The beach towels are old and had holes. The beach is further than it says, like 20 min walking. Unfortunately, we couldn’t wait to leave that place.

Easy walk to the streets for shopping and food, and to the beach too! Daily cleaning of rooms, with change in towels, bath towels and 3 fresh bottles of mineral water daily. Nothing. But rooms are not on ground floor, and there's no lift up. Easy flight of stairs to climb though.

• Arvid (10/5): Best accommodation in Thailand so far! - This was hands down the best accommodation we’ve experienced in Thailand! The location is perfect—situated in a peaceful area, even at night, yet just a 5-minute walk from two 7-Eleven stores. Both Karon and Kata beaches are within a 10-minute walk, and there’s a charming day/night market nearby with delicious food. The staff are incredibly friendly and attentive. Communication was easy as they spoke English well, and they kindly allowed us to check in an hour early, which was a huge relief since I was feeling unwell and needed to rest. This was the only place we stayed that provided free beach towels, and the room even had a smart TV, allowing us to stream YouTube and other videos straight from our phones. We highly recommend this place and would love to come back in the future!

I don't think you could do better elsewhere for a motorbike. If you have any questions or requests they attend to it adequately. The room had a very good airconditioner. Overall I think the price/qualty ratio is good. Location is fine. Everything is close by.
• Mr (9/5): Superb - Daz, Bibi and Joky were excellent hosts and a great help. My advice would be not to leave any spilt food on the floor because you might invite small ants. Everything was to expectation

Disappointed that they asked us to call them when we arrived at 9pm as we had to look around for a phone to call them to book us in. The staff were friendly but did no offer us a competitive rate on taxi’s and tours. We felt like they were very expensive. This wasn’t a problem though as a short walk to a taxi or tour operator nearby solved this issue.

• Maxim (10/5): Great place if you want a quiet location. - The property is situated in a peaceful cul-de-sac, approximately 15-25 minutes away from Kata Beach. It includes some extras such as beach towels, beach mats, bottled water, tea and cookies in the kitchen, etc. The conditioner features an air diffuser. The information provided by the hotel was consistently sufficient. The transfers we arranged through the hotel were always more economical than those offered on the street. The taxis we booked through the hotel were comparable to Grab. The only issue we had in the bathroom was that the shower water drain was a bit slow.
